Interesting enough this Les Schwab needs a training course in customer service. Went in today to see if Les Schwab could help me out with a simple tire flat repair. Unfortunately, when the time came to discuss the issue a worker (who I will not name because in the least I understand professionalism) basically told us the only option we had was to buy 2 new tires to fix the issue. Then when I responded I would not like to go that route he basically told us next time we should take our car to another location and have them fix it for us and refuse to do the tire flat repair which Les Schwab has advertised and offered since it was founded Leslie Bishop Schwab and the current CEO Jack Cuniff.

Fast fixed my flat tire that found a screw, free, as always. Thank you Les Schwab.Courteous customer service.The technician knew how to drive my stick shift Subaru, even with my shifter that has no gear map on top.He didnt ride the clutch or stall it. Two things Im always worried about service people doing (I wont do a valet; I always drive it myself).

I would leave a 1 star but hard to do for a free service. Brought car in with nail in back left tire, they said no problem we can fix. Waited an hour for them and they called and said all done. Got home and nail Is still in tire. How do you take a car customer says nail in tire and what tire, then call customer and say all done when nail is still in tire? I mean am I wrong here? It had an inch wide washer on it.

BUYER BE WARNED: Les Schwab uses locking nuts which cannot be removed in the event of a flat tire. We have spent over five hours of our honeymoon waiting for a tow truck because we couldnt put a donut on the car. Will not be returning and will be sure in the future to always demand non-locking nuts.

This store dont care if your waiting to get a flat fixed and losing money by waiting and not to be able to work. Theres no running up to help here just sit and wait. Get someone to help would have been nice. This is why I stopped buying from this company.

I called because Im local, I fully expected to pay for my repair, as I was transparent about my new tires not being purchased at LS. I picked up a screw in my new tires and needed it removed and repaired. I was greeted in a welcoming way. They were fast and friendly. One of the better Les Schwabs.Went in with a flat tire, I asked the guy behind the counter to check the alignment. He responded, We dont check the alignment, we either give you an alignment or we dont. And they gave me an alignment.

Today I went TO DISCOUNT TIRE for my Ford Explorer flat tire they rejected to repair NOT only this they tried to sell me 4 tires instead. . After that I left the discount tire and reached Les Schwab Aloha Location, they not only repair the flat tire but also they did it free as complimentary and this is not the first time.I used to be Discount tire customer and recently spent $700 last week for my other car they even not care about that they hav already robbed me they still tried to sell 4 tires to me.Les Schwab is the best service even I was not their customer.Thank you for your services.

Bought a battery about 1 1/2 years ago. Car had issues starting recently. Took it back to Les and asked them to check it out . Bad cell = new $145.00 battery @ no charge. Love Les Schwab! Really, their customer service is superlative!!!

Stopped in to have a front end wobble checked out..after 30 mins they brought the keys back and told me what the problem was. (some bolts had loosened on the suspension)..they said they adjusted and tightened everything up..no more wobble..when I asked how much I was told no charge..it was a courtesy..Thank you!!

Always recommend this brand! I popped my tire and came in to a different store then my usual one. The service was great here as any other. They got me on the road quickly with no hassel, it was covered under warranty!!! Love this company!

Was getting routine maintenance done on my car when they noted i had a large nail in one tire that was leaking air. Stopped by Schwab immediately after. They took care of the problem within 30 minutes even though I just dropped in. Staff was lovely as always, still stinks like tires in the waiting area.

Please read before getting flat tire repair here! I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed at the service I got from this place. Had a flat tire & went to this Les Schwabs to get it fix. They said it had a nail & that they patched it, went home & woke up to a flat tire again....Went a second time to have it fixed, they said that the patch they placed had a malfunction. Cool I can understand that... then I went home & woke up with a flat tire again!! Went to a different place to have it looked at & they said that whoever fixed it damaged the tire, that they drill into the tire the wrong way. Like WTH! If anything happens to your clients possession you should own it & take responsibility.

I have no idea if other les Schwab places work as slowly as this one but both times I was waiting over an hour and a half and both times for tire replacement or patching. First time there I was sold a set of tires for 600 but qualified for credit account. Was waiting about 2 hours. I had to ask about the status of my car and was only told it’s good to go and handed a packet. Got to work and realized I had never been explained the financing so I had to call back and have it explained to me. Despite that experience, I went back today to put a single tire for a new vehicle onto my charge account after it had been deflating all week. Came in at 12:05 and at 1:40 had to ask where my car was- it was outside with the keys waiting to leave for god knows how long. I haven’t left a bad review on any business in years but that is how much of an after thought I was made to feel both times at this location.

The customer service at this location is good. They inspected my tent trailer tires, as well as my suv. With no issues found, they made sure to properly inflate all tires. While I had to wait an hour, they did all work free of charge, which is always nice. I appreciate the quality workmanship here, which is why I am a repeat customer.

Usually they are fast. Today was 1hr and 45 minutes to check a slow leak. Could not fix. This is the second flat on new tires same tire. Bad repair on the first repair. Only 2000 miles. Had to order a replacement tire. Inconvenient to say the least.

Very helpful place..I took my car in there I thought it was having break noise, but they said no. The transmission is going out they wont try to take your money theyll just tell you straight up whats wrong with your car very honest shop....

Great customer service. Ive been having a roaring sound coming from my 4runner for a couple of weeks that has had me stumped. One of their technicians in the back shop checked my wheel bearings and all of my suspension parts since they were aftermarket. Everything was in good shape. He gave me his suspicion on what it was and he was absolutely correct. It was the wind flair on the roof basket I install around the same time I did my lift. The flair was vibrating against the basket at certain speeds. Easy, simple and cheap fix. I dont remember the technicians name but he has saved me a lot of future headache and stress thinking something was about to vibrate off that I couldnt find the problem to. Best of all they didnt charge me a cent for thier time. Much appreciated.

Dont buy from here if you have an all wheel drive. They will only warranty the 1 tire and make you buy the other side at a ridiculous price. Put my spare back on and sent me and my family away. 8000 miles on the new tires. Gotta go somewhere else.

We went to price tires at the Aloha Oregon Les Schwab. They wanted to sell us four tires at $847. So, we decided to buy two because two of our tires have really good tread on them, still, and were purchased at Les Schwab, also. The guy there wouldnt do two tires only because he said the tread on the back ones wouldnt match the front ones and would wear differently. So, he would not sell and mount two tires only! WHAT???!!!

Worst customer service of all time!!! I had the front differential, CV axles and front drive shaft replaced last week because the front hubs somehow got stuck locked in and broke the front diff. Well the front hubs are still locked in so I brought it back today and was trying to explain to the manager whats going on. he cut me off twice with a yeah, well take a look at itand clearly didnt want to hear anything I had to say. I can tell you they are lucky its a company rig and not mine or I would have come unglued!!! Accept some responsibility and treat your customers right. Pretty sure as a carpenter I know more about vehicles than anyone in that store.... Ridiculous!!!!

I ran over a nail and had a flat tire. It was right before Christmas and I was low in money from buying a few things for my kids. I didnt know how I was going to afford buying a new tire and buying stuff for Christmas dinner. I was hoping they could patch the tire but they could not. They were able to find a used one for free for me. I cant tell you how much this helped me. It was a choice between buying food and the tire and they just saved me here. Thank you so very much for restoring my faith in humanity.

AT A LOSS FOR WORDS......the service we recieved was beyond remarkable!I lost my mom earlier this year and had received news my aunt was in the hospital with hours before passing. My husband and I had just got on the road with a 5 hour drive ahead of us when we realized we must have a flat tire. We saw a Les Schwab, circled back, pulled in and rushed inside.The young woman at the desk said it would be an hour. I said, an hour for a flat tire! Why so long? I shared with her why we were in a hurry, my aunt was on her deathbed.She said we have a full waiting area pointing to other customer. Turning to my husband I asked if we could go to the parking lot and fix it ourselves quicker. He said it was safer for our long trip to let them.After only a few minutes, as we sat at one of the tables waiting, we noticed our car had already been moved inside. Twenty minutes after we arrived we were safely back on the road. We made it to our destination safely and spent precious hours with aunt before she passed away the next morning.Saying THANK YOU will never be enough. There will never be enough words to describe the way it feels when customer service becomes this level of caring.

Before I could get out of my car there was someone there to great me and asked what he could do for me. I had a slow leak in one tire that had gone on for months. They found a nail in it and patched it right away, for no charge! I went out of town the next day, and it was so comforting to know that it was all fixed, and I wouldnt have to worry about it. I love Les Schwab!

It felt wobbly when I drive. I took it to les Schwab last week because I thought it just might be a tire imbalance but they said I had a problem with the suspension and charged $1000 to replace the suspension. After they replaced that it was still wobbly so I took it back and they said they finally figured out the problem (engine mount bushings) but they cant fix that. Wish they figured out what the actual problem was before I dropped $1000 on something that wasn’t the actual problem.

$200 for a non-LS winter tire changeover! Totally absurd. I’ve had a winter changeover every year since I was 16, and never had any indication or expected to pay anywhere near that. My family has supported consistently at LS local locations around PDX over the years, so I’m not upset unjustifiably. Good Selection of tires and rims, and minor issues are freely fixed. I’ll give them that. Fortunately, I got a $160 credit for unused chains on the account on the third try, but I would be perfectly content never going back for tire/wheel needs.

Stopped in today for a second opinion after car dealership told me my tire was not repairable and would cost over $100 to replace with a used tire. Les Schwab repaired it at no cost, even though the tire was not purchased there. Repair is guaranteed for the usual life of the tire. They just earned my business, once again, when the time comes to replace all four tires. THANK YOU!

A little bit of a wait since there was only once worker at the counter and no greeting, but the guy that checked my tire pressure was very nice. They also have a clean and open waiting area if youre having work done. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience with Les Schwab, customer service seems to be pretty important to them. :)

Very fast service when using online appointments

I have received help from them for free. Came to my car and fixed the problem and replaced the part for free. I was stranded with a 6 month old. Although I have great credit. Yet they wanted me to put a down payment. I went somewhere else. But its awesome they finance.

Pick a different one, these guys dont seem to want the business. Quoted my niece a price on the phone, but when we get there they dont have the tires and try to talk her into a set of tires that cost TWICE the quoted price!

Not the greatest welcome ever. Felt rushed when explaining that I had a nail in my driver rear tire and wanted to have all of them checked because I was taking a long road trip. Was not charged for repairing it! That made my day but they could improve on welcoming people and listening a little more instead of rushing. Will be back!

I am here again today, apparently after I checked the tire pressure from my other car. I found a metal screw stucked on 1 of the tires. We are traveling and needed new pickup truck tires. We were not sure where we would be able to stop, and found a Lesson Schwab Center in Aloha. We did not have an appointment, but they took us right in with no hesitation. We left and had a business meeting and a nice lunch, and came back to our truck fitted with the new tires. I went in to get a tire looked at. They showed me it was bulging. I was glad I came in. I ended up getting all four tires. They put customer safety first. I almost always go to Les Schwab. I have been ever since the early 70s. They have always done right by me.

Did not rotate my tires as I requested and lied they did. Not even a smudge was Disturbed on the lug nuts and I still have the same issue I originally took it in for. and i specifically asked to balance the tires and did not do that either. Ive been a Les Schwab customer for a long time and all other previous ones Ive been to were able to help and actually do the work.

They always try to sell you something extra that you dont need and at a very high price. I recommend that if you are capable of doing you own brakes, you should because you will save yourself a lot of money !

Im a long-time customer of Les Schwab and have confidence in their work. At this location though, I had one experience that stood out for me (that other people seem to share):I needed additional (minor) work following my drop-in check-up, but was told I could stop by any time and that an appointment wasnt necessary.Stopping in one early afternoon, I was told I would have to make an appointment on a different day for something that ultimately took a mere 30mins.Typical, speedy work from Les Schwab, but I would appreciate better communication and more accurate expectations from the staff. Next time Ill be ready to ask the right questions!

I have had a great experience here all three times Ive been here. The first time they fixed the flat tire for me for free even though it was not one of their tires. The next two trips were to get back and then front tires for my car. Both times they were very friendly and I have my car out with new tires in less than 40 minutes.

Asked for tire rotation, balancing and alignment. We were missing a weight from the front drivers side. When we picked up the car, we were told that the struts were leaking and the tie rods were shot, and the wheels needed replacement. Took it to our regular mechanic, he said all those things were not true. Further driving at high speed revealed that the balancing hadnt been done, it shimmied just the same. Looking at the tires, there was still missing the front drivers side weight. So, clearly they didnt rotate, or balance. Normally theres paper you get detailing alignment, we didnt get one. We figure theyve done nothing. Calling the state is our next step. Dont go to Les Schwab.

After 15 years this was the last time Ill be going to les schwab. Ive had too many experiences were they cant help me because of some excuse they manage to find. Then I get talked to like a child that knows nothing. So I end up taking it to someone else and I get my tires or alignment fixed with no questions or qualms. If you have a stock car and buy their tires Im sure you wont have any problems. Anything else find a different shop.

They stayed late to repair my tire. They were awesome about it. This is exactly why I buy tires from Les Schwab. Well done and thank you!

I noticed the flat tire on my car about ten minutes before closing time at Les Schwab. I pulled up right as they were shutting down, fully expecting to just leave it and pick it up later, but they brought me inside, put a new tire on (the old one was completely unfixable), and had me out the door about half hour after closing. I am so thankful that they took care of me today, and the price I paid was totally reasonable. They were friendly and really went above and beyond what they had to do. I love these guys!

My inexperienced son took his old RAV4 in to get his tire pressure checked--he didnt say more that that. Not only did they make sure that the tires were all at the proper pressure, but they also fixed his flat and put it in place on the back of his vehicle with the cover on it--WITHOUT EVEN BEING ASKED!!! Had a flat tire at 530. Got to this location at 540. Even though I was last minute and they had to stay a little extra after closing, they were amazing.
