Took my truck in for a tire rotation since my tires were feeling a little off when driving. After finishing the vehicle he was working on Scott got my truck in right away. When he started to rotate my tires he noticed I need a new control arm. He showed me and explained how it all worked so I understood. He was very thorough and after explaining, he finished rotating my tires. I was in and out quickly. They also put new tires on my daughters car for a great price. Brandi was very friendly and courteous, not just to me, but all the other patrons who came in while I waited. I would highly recommend their services!

This place is great fast honest and they know what they are doing. The new manager and his wife are the best and the price was why better they any other quote I got to have my head gasket replaced. I will definitely go back if I need anything done again.

Most pleased with service! Since under taking new management I’ve found the most adequate service not to mention being greeted and helped by staff before even walking in the door. Very reasonable and knowledgeable in any problem you may bring to there attention. This is a place where customer is definitely #1 and I haven’t found better automotive service any place else. They have a large array of customization options as well which is something you won’t find many other places. For sure the place to go 👍

Stopped in to have a noise checked out, the front counter woman was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and the mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly. The counter woman found me the best local price for parts and they had them there and in and had me back on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend them for any vehicle servicing needs

Scott the new manager and his crew gave me excellent care and service. He figured out what was going on and fixed my vehicle after two other shops I won’t mention took my money and said it was fixed when it wasn’t. I would gladly recommend this shop for my family and friends.

I just want to thank them. I was 400 miles away from home and hit a potehole in some road construction and bent a wheel. These guys were able to have me a new wheel and tire and get me back home safe. Went to a few tire shops locally and they tried to patch my wheel . Thanks again !

Excellent service! I pulled into this shop after noticing that there was a noise coming from my front tire. Im glad they took care of more than tires because it was a wheel bearing going bad! I can honestly say that many people in business could take a lesson in great customer service from here. I arrived in the middle of the worst snow storm since living here. He dropped everything he was doing to put 2 tires on for me and during so stopped to help 2 disabled vets and a 70 year old woman with a flat. All with the most helpful pleasant attitude. I recommend you give them a shot for your auto care. Thanks again for all you did.

Independence tire is the only place I trust to work on my vehicle. Not only is the staff friendly, reliable, and trustworthy, its also very convenient to me. Its a one stop shop, I can have my vehicle repaired, my oil changed, and my tires rotated all in one appointment. When in a jam I can give them a call and know that this shop is going to be there for me!

Use to have very good service, dont find that to be the case any longer. Purchased set of cooper tires, need much weight during balance. Found out tires with dots are to be mounted in a certain manner this was not the case. Also upon re- torquing wheel nuts at home, found some over tighten which can cause warped brake rotors.

I used to take my vehicles here for years. Fast knowledgeable service was number one. They had a ASE certified Master technician with valuable customer service. Nothing like that now they have a wanna be machanic with no brains. Just because he has a liscence doesnt mean he has experience. He was very rude and his inexperience has caused me to never take my vehicle there again. The supervisor was very rude and less knowledgeable then the machanic. Not taking care of issues at hand and keeping in mind the customer is number one. Until there is different staff Ill take my money to ball tire. Ultimately disappointed

Took my truck here several times for an alignment and they could never get it right. Finally had to take my business else where. Doesn’t seem like the mechanics know what there doing. Also, put new parts on prior to going there and they told me they had to be replaced. Will not be going here again..

I have not had better service or dedication to detail anywhere else. Matthew and Scott went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would highly recommend them to get any work done on your vehicle.

Made an appointment for an alignment and tire swap. Was told I needed new lower balljoints because they were completely shot, and uppers were not far behind. Was quoted $850+ for new balljoints, alignment, and tire swap. I just had uppers done a year and a half ago. Took car home and my heavy equipment mechanic boyfriend found one bad lower balljoint and one upper needed a new boot. They also refused to do the tire swap, after I asked for just the swap. The moog upper balljoints I had put in a year and a half ago by a different shop cost me $185. I dont like when people try to rip me off because Im a female. Maybe try doing what the customer asks, will not return.

I love the top notch service they give and great prices too. I wont go anywhere else for tires.

I called and set up an appointment with these people to get my exhaust fixed on my truck, Not only was I not helped but I was told that my truck was not too loud, I was told that my truck was quieter than what would be required to get a ticket and then promptly got a ticket for loud exhaust. I wont give these people in my business ever.

Dont like a shop that in the last few months has a turn over of techs and office managers. Never the same face there.

Pulled a spike out of my tire and got me back on the road in about ten minutes

I was very disappointed with the service and customer service I went to get my tires changed and I wanted my old tires so they threw the tires over my box side and just let them go not caring what would happen if one bounced wrong and my truck stunk like cigarettes when they got done I was very unhappy to say the least when I left and I will never go back and make sure my friends and family dont waste there time going there its a very amateur shop!
