I have only dealt remotely with Cicio but even though I have never met them in person I trust them completely with my 2014 GTR Track Edition. Give them a chance

I spent a few hours at the shop on 7/16/21, my GTR was in for fuel pumps. I just want to say that these guys are the real deal; you will understand when you go there, the moment you pull into the parking lot. I feel blessed that I live nearby to this shop; it has to be one of the best shops anyone could take their GTR to in the country (also Porsche, Audi, Corvette or any popular tuner car, yesterday they were tuning an S2000). I had so many great conversations with the guys yesterday about a multitude of cars and setups; I learned. I got to ride in a 950whp GTR. Nathaniel is fair, and he cares. They race on the weekends, they live a life that I wish I could. Im a civil engineer, but in another life, going mechanical instead - I would have loved to work here and be a part of this. If you love street cars and you want to be able to trust someone to know what they are doing with yours, this is the place, no question.

I ordered Cicio Performances lowering kit for C8 Corvettes with the front lift and it worked like a charm. Worked well and great service that I ordered Soul Performance Cat back exhaust as well through them too. Highly recommend Cicio for aftermarket C8 Corvette parts

I would have loved to get my Car tuned here but unfortunately the Tuner was at an Event, at my Scheduled Appointment, so I had to find Tuning elsewhere in the Area... They did call Me and Apologize for the inconvience- 20 Minutes after my Appointment and after the 4 Hour drive from NC to get there. I know they are capable of great Things, hence the 3 Stars, but I hope they get better at not standing up Customers! Ill take that grey GTR #56 for Consolation though...

I used to work there and that comment about them blowing up cars is by far the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen. Well I didn’t expect Nathaniel to destroy my 2019 corvette brand new from the show room he had no knowledge due to the fact it was brand new he kept it over 6 weekends I would never use them to dyno tune or any work for my new race team corvettes

Seriously the most amazing service imaginable. Im a frequent buyer of exotic automobiles and have extensive experience in dealing with a multitude of vendors and shops. I recently took my McLaren 650S Spider to TopSpeed for modifications to the ECU and the exhaust. I truly cannot believe the level of personal attention and level of professionalism that was delivered by the entire staff. I picked my car up slightly after hours and the ENTIRE crew came out to greet me and each spoke to me personally about the individual roles they played in the work performed. It was a true experience like no other. Rarely am I left jaw-dropped but TopSpeed pulled it off. Cicio, the owner, played an integral part in coordinating the work personally and completing it on a crunched time frame. He and his crew delivered on-time and over-delivered on their promises. Just cant say enough here. These guys should serve as an example to the automotive industry.....and wow! They build some CRAZY cars!

Been through several rounds of mods on my 2010 GT-R with TSM. From bolt on mods to a full 1300 whp build. Always professional, top level work. This shop and its team are a one in a million. They put their heart and soul into everything they do and enjoy every minute of it. I have yet to go here and not see a mass flooding of cars inside/out that are just getting started or just getting finished or halfway through some high high horsepower builds. The place is insane and will treat you like family when your with them. Every time I get my build done I actually go there and pick up my car so I can enjoy the drive back to TN (6hr drive) and its an amazing feeling to honestly be able to fall in love with your own car all over again lolI never thought that would be possible but these guys have done it on more than one occasionThis is the only performance shop that will touch my GTR

AWFUL customer service!Every time I call Mike to check on my car I get told that he will give me a call back when he gets a chance - he has NEVER called back. I have been given multiple dates of when my car would be finished and somehow there is always two cars ahead. It has been 6 months now and my car is still not finished! This is very frustrating and unacceptable behavior.10/10 would NOT recommend and will not be returning.

There are very few places you can go where highly skilled people work together with enthusiasm in an atmosphere that fosters exceptional work. What Cicio has built at TSM is one of the few. Ive had an 06 and a 16 STi worked on and tuned there. Each time, Mike and everyone there made me feel like family, respected. They are forthright, but not pushy. They talked about my goals, went after them realistically and reasonably, achieved and exceeded my expectations. The tech who installed my modifications did a beautiful job and Taylor, the tuner, gave the car all the time it needed.Oh, the car? Ive been laughing out loud since I drove it home. Stupidly happy. I have owned several GTRs over the years from FBO to Alpha 9s. Im big into road racing so big builds have never been my focus. While doing a lot of road racing I kept running into Cicio at events. After getting to know him and laughing at the comeaderie between him and Leh Keen you just have to love these guys. Fast forward to this January I ran into Cicio at the 24hrs of Daytona and just chatted about whats new.This summer I decided to build out my latest GTR and contacted Cicio to go over some options. We start discussing options and capabilities and it sounded like the new ELITE system was the way to go.Its one thing to say TSM is a good company but let me tell you about their employees. I emailed and called Mike dozens of times over the 2 months of the process of decision to build. This guy ALWAYS answers the phone, ALWAYS spends time and figures out everything, ALWAYS talks to you and never avoids you even when there is bad news. Then there are the guys in the shop. Super cool and really love what they do Justin and Brent! Heck I even hung out with 2-3 of them after work as we all have a common interests! On the final day we spent the day tuning the car. This is when I met Taylor. Such a professional experience and all around good guy. I cant say enough about these guys!!At the end of the day I drove the gtr home 300 miles. This is an elite build with a fully built 3.8 with race heads. Smiles all the way!! 3000 miles later and I am loving this car. The power and is just insane. By far the best build ever!!TSM done their homework and these turbos perform EVERYWHERE!Michael

Absolutely top-knotch tuners! Brought my 2004 WRX STI here for a pro-tune, and these guys knocked it out of the park. Taylor worked his magic and ended up getting 54whp and 30lb-ft over the off-the-shelf Cobb tune.The staff are passionate about what they do and its evident in the care they take and the time they put in to make sure the job is done right. I will certainly be using these guys again for my future tuning and performanc needs. Highly recommended!

Showed up early for an appointment, was told the tuner was at an invent after my 4hr drive. Went right around the corner and 2J Racing came though and got me on the dyno.
