Love this Chanel boutique! The first time going in, I was a bit hesitant, expecting to honestly be unwelcomed. That wasn’t the case at all!! Sophia welcomed me in and was so extremely nice. She even followed up with a little card and gift after my first visit. I love coming back and seeing her and the team!

Excellent experience with Sophia Tediashvili during the busiest time of the year. Her gift wrapping ability blew my family away and the little attention to detail with the bow was very well done. Not to mention, Sophia is also a great conversationalist. Looking forward to coming back.

Very healthy, no not healthy. Helpful. Havent gone into a Chanel store in a couple of years for medical reasons....Was like a child in a candy store. The colors, the prettiest bottles. I love this brand Period.

Ridiculous! You can’t touch anything and you have to wear a mask. Won’t be shopping at this store. I’ll get my Chanel at Nordstrom.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here from beginning to end. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I worked primarily with Meray and Sophia, they were incredibly warm and helpful. The rest of the team worked so well together. Offering for help one another throughout my visit. I will most certainly be back!

Great boutique, with a staff that knows Chanel and how to do make up. Cindy is absolutely wonderful and has worked for the brand for many years. They also carry unique items you dont find always in the large dept stores.

Wonderful experience visiting Chanel! So much better than going to a department store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. Definitely where I will buy all my Chanel beauty from now on!

Disgusting attitude in here. I am a paying customer and was inquiring about a few products to purchase since I’m an avid Chanel shopper. Was speaking with a very nice and polite associate when someone from the corporate office came out of the back room and said “no soliciting is allowed here”. Do you understand how DISGUSTED I was? I felt as if I wasn’t buying items there and they had no clue what in the world they were even speaking about. I reached out to the corporate office in New York and they have yet to contact me to apologize for this rude and disrespectful behavior.
