Its pretty laughable that you can only test makeup above your mask, but if you have a drink, the mask can come down. Where is the logic? Does COVID stop at the presence of a straw? Let the people test the makeup, sell more product, have happy customers. Simple as that.

Tiffany was EXCELLENT! Excellent excellent service! She helped me with everything I needed. I’ve never used makeup seriously (dibble dabbled as a youth lol) so I didn’t know where to start. I found a palette I really liked but the only one they had looked like the tester (despite there being nothing indicating it was, but it looked heavily used). So an employee approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked if maybe they had some more and I was overlooking it. She looked confused and asked if it was some sort of Tik Tok thing before ‘looking in the back’. She never returned after waiting roughly 10 minutes. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t, I just don’t appreciate being abandoned, and she seemed pretty clueless. Why work in a makeup store if you don’t know anything about makeup?

I always love Sephora and end up spending more than intended. They did not disappoint. I appreciate the sales reps helping me find my way around the store and giving me opinions on which products they favored and which ones disappointed. I got bumbum hand lotion, Nars lippy items, Laniege overnight lip treatment, a perfume and a couple other items. I could go on but really made this review to drop an honorable mention on a sales rep named “Jake” (I think!)- he was helpful and kind.

This was my first time at this Sephora and last. The attitudes that were shown to me were unbelievable. I almost walked away from the counter in tears because of the treatment that was displayed but had my daughter with me so kept it together. The attitude came from 2 employees during my return and gift pick up, and I believe one lady was the manager. I am disgusted that people feel it’s okay to treat others so rudely!!!

My whole experience was amazing I just got into makeup so I decided to go to Sephora as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Sadia she provided Amazing customer service! Sadia helped me so much with all my makeup needs . She is very knowledgeable, helpful, patience. Anything I need as far as makeup I go to Sephora I definitely recommend this place to anyone, and when you go ask for Sadia she is amazing 🙂.

I visited this store last week and really enjoyed my experience. I simply stopped in to pick up my FREE birthday item as I do, proudly, every year! I was assisted by a beautiful young lady named Kiera who was so gracious with me. She engaged me in meaningful conversation and even explained the Sephora rewards system to me and how the points work. Ive been a member with Sephora since 2015 and no one has ever broken it down or explained it to me. I definitely felt valued and happy to interact with her that afternoon.Keep being awesome Kiera! You made my day, truly.

Edit: the Store Director (Amy) gave me a care package 🙄 and stated that she would look into it, but never did.Is it store policy for Sephora employees to grab customers by the arm and ask them if they need help?Because this just happened and when I spoke to the other employees there what happened, they couldnt care less. I did notice that they were all trying to crowd me (a Hispanic woman) and kept following me around.Stop judging others and dont grab your customers.

Poor customer service. When you walk into the store no one greets you, you have to look for assistance. I stood waiting for assistance 30 minutes and no one never came to assist me. This was my second time in this store and receiving no assistance. I will not be returning to this location until the understand the ethics of great customer service.

I came in today (Im a rouge member) and bought eye shadow, mascara, foundation and concealer (Dior). Bottom line: spent a chunk of change. Asked for a couple of eye serum samples. As a rouge member, its supposed to be a benefit. Was assigned to Holly. She was quite rude and unhelpful. She talked about hydration and moisturizer interchangeably to me in a condescending tone. She didnt help me at all. Totally dismissive. She passed me off to a lady who was aggressively pushing some Amore Pacifica line. She must rep just that line. The eye cream was $400+ a small container. I left with no help, no samples and very frustrated. Christian is always helpful to me when hes there. These ladies shouldnt be working there. I let Holly know my frustration as I was leaving. Save yourself the waste of time going to the mall. Buy online if you chose to patronize this store.

The absolute worst Sephora I have ever been to. I went in with sister the other day and looked around. I asked a sales lady about a mascara and she literally rolled her eyes at me and talked to me like I was stupid for asking it. I had a similar encounter with another sales person about a skin care product. Extremely rude and It made me feel very uncomfortable. Hopefully they eventually have better customer service and learn to treat customers with more respect. I have never been to a worse Sephora than this one.

I came to this store looking for a quality settting powder and I asked for helped. The lady I asked said that she was leaving for the day and couldn’t help me, she said that she would get someone else to help me. I waited and waited, I’m assuming the lady she told that I needed help was a manager. She said that she didn’t for get about me and I continued to wait. I never got any help but I noticed that other women (not of color) was getting help before me, even though I was in the store before they were. Please fix this Sephora. Have a blessed day

I have always been treated with a friendly and warm manner, every employee goes out of their way to service all requests. I also shop at the competitor but always love the knowlegable staff at Sephora. KUDOS! I have never been treated anyway but NICE!

Horrible Customer Service!! I went to North Point Mall with my mom and my two daughters. On our way out I remembered that I had to do a return at Sephora. I didnt have a receipt but I knew they would be able to pull my info up. They have NEVER in the past had an issue doing that. So I went in and as I approached and older blond haired lady who I thought was an employee. She clearly saw I was coming toward the register but didnt think to say anything. So I asked Do you work here? She hesitantly replied yes. Her name is Staci by the way. Well Staci spend 20 minutes trying to pull up my info and the whole time Im being patient and asking did you find anything and she seem as tho she doesnt want to help me. After 20 minutes of I dont know what she prints out a receipt and says I cant return it. I really just wanted to exchange this thing. She says she cant pull up any of my info. Then she says When you do SO many returns then they just decline it . Say what?? SO many returns? This is my second return on the same transaction the whole year. The way she said if was so embarrassing. So I asked a sweet young lady that was next to her to help me instead and she was able to bring my history up and see the item I was trying to return. She did this in like 2 mins and said she was new! what the heck was going on for the last 20 minutes with Staci?? Im upset about her whole demeanor. She clearly seemed like she didnt want to assist me and it clearly showed. I can clearly tell the difference between a persons trying to help and not wanting to help. Got in touch with the general manager and she kept cutting me off mid sentence. I never shop at JCpenny but for Sephorah but I will NEVER step foot in one again. I honestly fell she didnt want to help me because Im African American.

On sunday March 24,2019, round 3.30pm I went to this Sephora because I ve heard great raves about their brand. I also had a gift card from someone that insisted I try Sephora. I went into the store and as soon as I walked in a older later maybe 50 yrs old, dark brown, blunt, shoulder length hair, white lady began to follow me around the store, peeping around every corner possible to keep an eye on me. Other people walked in, even men and she still followed me . I took my time anyway because I tend to tune out these kinds of things by force and sephora has LOTS and LOTS of brands& shades to explore. I came with a friend and she noticed as well.I never felt untrustworthy til then. I picked up a few things and took them to the counter to pay, the same cashier rung them up, I opened my purse making sure she sees I have money and a sephora gift card, then I told her to cancel the total and I left the store.I didnt get nasty or cause a scene, I simply wanted her to see that i had money and a gift card so I wasnt going to steal. My friend, whom is white, immediately felt embarrassed for me and insisted I write a review because her behavior was unacceptable.Gladly spend your money at the Sephora inside the actual mall ladies.

Id rather drive out of my way to go to another Sephora location than go to this one. Its not horrible, but dont expect to get good customer service at this location. The staff is is nice (or at least the cashiers are), but not very helpful. The only time Ill go to this location is if I already know exactly what I need. I went to this location on Saturday looking for a new foundation. I found one that I thought would work, but I needed a second opinion. I walked around looking for someone, but couldnt find anyone. I went up to the front to ask the greeter if anyone could help me. She said it would be about 30 minutes to get an associate to assist me because they needed 2 associates on register and all the other sales associates had appointments. I understand that you can make makeup appointments at Sephora, but Sephora is not a salon. If you see that all your sales associates are booked one day, maybe you should schedule other sales associates to help people that are trying to shop.

I walked in specifically to buy primer but wanted help. There were at least 6 salespeople standing around and not a single one of them approached me to see if I wanted help even though clearly I was reading labels and testing products trying to decide between Smashbox and Laura Mercier. They seemed more interested in watching other customers in case of shoplifting. Totally put off by their lack of customer service. There was a line 5 people with only 1 cashier while the other sales people just stood around. Never going back to Sephora again!

I very rarely do reviews of places and services but today I have to do it due such a bad experience at this Sephora. I requested help from a staff member to help me choose a color of a foundation that I want to try. She just did a quick swatch on my chin and told her I didnt like the color. Then she said it was not her fault I had discoloration on my chin- which is not true- she did not offered any help to me find the right match and walked away saying it was up to me to pick a color. During this time she did not answer any questions on the product I wanted to try or even made any recommendations.This is not the first time that I come to this Sephora and find out their staff is quite rude. I wish Sephora would read these reviews and train better the staff to help customers.

I was greeted by Christian, the sales associate. He was quick to recommend a full makeover due to me returning an eyeshadow primer because I was not sure I was using it correctly. He was able to fit me in right away, as I was on a tight schedule. Amazing Bianca greeted me and we were on our way to her introducing me to a new skin care regimen, and new makeup ideas and products. She did such an AMAZING job. I was in shock at her skills. She is definately an asset to Sephora, and she is also very personable. Christian was extremely sweet and made my new look happen. Even though my husband will be wide-eyed looking at the account statement for this month (lol), I had such an awesome experience! Even other staff were stopping by to check out Biancas awesome skills. Staff also spent a considerable amount of time helping a customer locate her missing phone which ended up being in her purse. Every customer that entered was greeted, as I have always been upon entering the store. I absolutely LOVE Christian and Bianca!! And Sephora as a whole! Way to go!I can only imagine that the negative reviews must be due to customers upset because staff are busy doing makeovers and cannot stop what they are doing to help a different customer.All in all an amazing experience. Thank you Sephora!!!

The male casher with yellow hair is the worst casher I have seen. He give me attitude all the process, looks like he owe others a million dollars. He is not like other normal casher who ask customer if they want to use credits to exchange any gift, when customer ask about the gift, he is so reluctant to explain. Worse Sephora experience, I have been a customer at Sephora for years but never had an experience like I did today, the lady in the skin care section spoke to me as if I was a child said she needed to “educate” me because I didn’t know about skin care because I asked for a sample of a mask I had been debating on for months. She was rude, disgusting and yelling for no reason. Some of the other advisors on duty were willing to help with my other purchases but NOWHERE NEAR as inviting as other Sephora locations. I’m so disappointed I honestly feel like cancelling my Sephora play and stop shopping there all together.

I do want to say I love this store and the variety of product.Today, I walked into my usual Sephora store. I bee-lined to the Sunday Riley skincare section knowing exactly what I was looking for because it was a repeat purchase. I was a woman on a mission. But I was pounced upon by a Beauty Advisor. Even though I said no thank you I dont need to see your product for acne prone skin because I already found what I came in for. She clearly didnt care who I was (a VIB Rouge customer, and going to this store for 15 years) and she said oh but i want to show you this. And Im socially awkward so I nervously go because I have again been profiled as a poor acne prone girl who needs everyones help. If I was confusingly walking around not sure of what to do definitely help! But as a former Beauty Advisor I rarely went up to customers who were power walking and clearly checking a list on their phone. But today even though I knew what i was purchasing and have been a loyal VIB Rouge member I was still profiled as a know-nothing. Just because I went to Sephora while I was in the middle of a stress break out. I wish advisors would read the customer better - and not push product because thats the best way to make me not want it and to not come back. This is not the first time this has happened (hence my woman on a mission bee-line), and its really made me feel less confident in myself and what I look like.

I dont recommend this location to anyone, Im still sharing this experience with my Co-Workers, Customer Service is horrible!!!!!! At Sephora inside JCP at North Point Mall. I asked for a fragrance sample and was told that Customers are to get 6 pumps or 6 squirts counted out from the tester into the vial, this was my first time ever hearing this!!!! normally Sephora give enough sample for a week to see if you like the Fragrance before you buy. Fragrance companies are a Billion dollar industry they are not losing anything by offering the samples. I made a purchase as well, left the store and the Sephora Rep did not put my purchase in my bag. yes! I should have checked behind the Rep to make sure she put my purchased in my bag since they cant be trusted to do so, but its the Reps job to make sure that the Customers Purchase are in their bag Im spending money!!! I was about 2miles away and had to go back to Sephora at North Point Mall in high traffic time. They are bad at answering their phones also!!! When I returned The Sephora Manager inside JCP had my merchandise at the register. I told her since I had to returned to the store burning extra gas I wanted a refund and Ill go to the location at Mall of Ga!!! I received my refund and got the Managers name to report the BAD!!!! Customer Service I received on 6-6-2017. Sephora Reps need training on Their Customer Service Skills.
