Typical Publix shopping experience. It was smooth.From shopping carts to fresh produce or whatever I was looking for everything was adequate and the staff I interacted with were nice.Only thing Im concerned or wish couldve been better is theres no self checkout. I dont remember if Publix checkout.

Publix has the most over-priced produce. However the sushi chefs are really nice and the sushi always pretty fresh. Usually they keep it pretty stocked up. I got lucky and got the last veggie roll of the day 😁

This is one of the best pet shops around. I don’t know for sure, but I think it’s tailored just for dogs specifically. It’s located in the best neighborhood ever in the wonderful city of Chamblee.

At 9:30am on a Thursday according to the seafood worker his department isn’t open yet even though the store has been open since 7am. I had to go ask management up front to get me what I needed and it was sitting right in front of the seafood case which was still being put together 2.5 hours after store opened not sure why!?

Very knowledgeable staff. We stopped by on the 4th to get snacks. Publix makes the best chicken strips for sandwiches. One of the employees told us of a good place to watch fireworks since the park had reached max capacity.

Store seemed well stocked with most items. Clean. Prices going up. Prices seemed comparable to most other grocery stores nearby.

This is a good solid Publix. But the selection is kind of limited compared to the State Bridge Road store. And not one of the more modern interiors like you will find in Johns Creek. However its, clean and the staff is friendly.

They have some really nice mountain bread that makes awesome toast with great crunch and flavour, and the Flying Saucers are addictive. I enjoy shopping there.

Good store; bugs me to no end they only have 2 to 3 open lanes in the evening (after around 6.30), and that its typically 1 person behind the sub counter (which takes forever as the employees cant help it), but all in all a good shop with good assistance while shopping.

Clean, pretty well organized. The staff is usually friendly. The selection(s) is/are usually full. Probably the only issue I have ever had is that there are occasions that Cara sit in the parking lot under the shade of the trees and not in actual parking spaces (which makes them an obstacle that has to be avoiding and is annoying). Not the fault of the store though..

Publix at Haynes Bridge Road is the one place where you can always find everything you need. The store is always very clean. You are blessed when the cashier, Lucinda, checks you out with her warm, beautiful smile.

Basically this is my Publix. I do everything from shopping, eating to getting my prescriptions from the pharmacy. The employees are all nice and helpful. I dont think in the 10 years Ive been shopping here that I have ever had a bad experience.

Theres only Kroger and Walmart as big grocery stores. So I went in to see how it is. I like this place. It has more variety.

They need to refill the food trays just after 12 pm wave. I hate not having options

Ordered a sub online. Very easy to do quick and easy. Then I was able to just walk in pick it up and go! Oh they make great subs!

Out of produce AGAIN! I don’t understand why I keep doing it to myself. Every time I go to Publix they are out of at least one of the ingredients I am looking for. Moreover, chicken was half the price at Kroger, just 2 miles up the road. Publix (Alpharetta) you will be out of business in less than a week if HEB ever comes to town.

My favorite grocery store as the employees are always polite, knowledgable, and they have a fully equipped meat area. They can cut steaks for you etc.

I was checking out, and realized I got Petes hot sauce instead of buffalo sauce. One associate immediately said she could run back and get the correct bottle,....and did....before I finished checking out.THAT is what makes it where....Shopping is a pleasure.

I am rewriting a new review, the deli has improved by far, the food choices are fresh and they are never out of chicken. :)

This is the only publix Ive been to that doesnt have arrows on the aisles and when its super crowded like it was yesterday afternoon, the only social distancing whatsoever is at the checkout aisle. Ive been to 4 other Publix and they were much better at labelling directions and controlling the crowds. so avoid if youre paranoid .

Kudos to them. The store was crowded (like every grocery store today) but lines were short because they had a cashier and bagger at every register. Staff seemed to be working hard to keep shelves stocked as well. The staff I spoke to were as calm, friendly, and upbeat as usual in Publix. Great planning from the stores management and amazing morale among the staff!

Why are people still going down the wrong way through the aisle, and the staff members of Publix are not telling them to go the right way theyre just turning their head. Cant wait till next week when everyone is mandatory to wear a mask, parents stop having their kids run around the store. Have a great weekend

I love Publix. This one is the closest to my home and always clean and friendly. Each time I have gone in they are cleaning the carts, have directional aisles for social distancing and have senior hours which I very much appreciate. I am, however very disappointed that there are so many employees, especially cashiers and baggers that do not have masks or gloves. This makes me very nervous.

I got to this Pulix staff were always so helpful and pleasant .Today was a first time I had an issue with a deli worker “Kathrina” I gave her my order for a sandwich then she asked if it was all, I asked for BBQ sauce she laughed in my face as if it wasn’t a right to add BBQ sauce on what I have. I had to let her know like what is so funny ? We all have our differences in taste and food selection and you should respect that .I felt like that was very rude and unprofessional.

Ive been shopping at this Publix for about 5 months now and usually stop by for a few items 3 - 4 times a week (Im the Branch Manager at the Library a block away). Ive always had an excellent customer service experience at this Publix. The employees are always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure shopping at this Publix. The folks there are doing everything right!

Check cashing policies are not conducive to elderly, especially during Covid. Will never shop at Publix again.

The whole experience was great, Mike on the meat department help us with grinding fresh pork meat because it was nothing in stock and Mohamed our cashier was really polite and friendly.

They are doing a great job under the circumstances. They are sanitizing all the carts and working hard to keep the shelves stocked. The employees all have great attitudes!

We buy 5 times for month or morewe like have veggie, legumes, beef, chickenany products for cook.

Yes, very good customer service as with all other Publix stores,but for some reason this one is always over crowded and could hardly even make it down an aisle without almost running into someone. Even in those open spaces it seemed like suddenly a shopper would be blocking me off?! Unfortunately their is nothing that Publix can do about these inconsiderate people who frequent this particular location...
