Good quality chocolates. I am a fan of Godiva. Whenever I visit North point mall, I make sure I visit this shop. Never disappointed. Good customer experience.

The level of perfection and detail is beyond impressive. Perfect spot for a quick treat. The chocolate and fudge here is amazing. Been here a few times and never a bad experience.

I came in on Valentines Day and of course the store was hopping with eager customers to purchase gifts. The staff member her name was Andrea was top Notch !! I am a regular customer as my family enjoys Godiva Chocolates. She was very kind to my Mother that was visiting from out of town and a smile and professional attitude was welcoming to her !!

I think I am little basis because I love Godiva. But the store has everything a sweet tooth needs. Plus great customer service is always a PLUS

Located in the first floor of North point Mall. Great for chocolates and hot chocolate. Simply love the dark chocolate range. They got it just right- not too sweet-- not too bitter!

Let me just say Godiva is the best quality chocolate and I have continued to purchase them over the years, and the dipped fruit has been truly an amazing indulgence until recently. Just over a week ago I decided to visit the North Point location to see if they had anything different from Perimeter location. I purchased a cone of dark chocolate covered strawberries and to my surprise they were mushy and clearly moldy. I was very disgusted and threw the whole thing away. I returned a few days later and noticed one of the banana kabobs had mold on it. There was a customer that was going to purchase it until one of the girls I recognize from Perimeter saw the mold and refused to sale it. I dont understand how the quality of the fruit is horrible and the people who make them think its okay to sale. We are customer paying so much money expecting to get high quality fruit but getting fruit thats inedible, mushy, and moldy. Ill just have to go a little out my way to the Perimeter location until the North Point location can get a hold of their quality control.

The shopkeeper at the North Point Mall in Alpharetta (store 259) mentioned the chocolates were at a certain price before we made a selection, and charged us double that price at the cashier. We realised that quite late, it didnt make sense to go back and argue. On the check she punched in only one item with a total price without a breakdown, so its hard to go back and try to figure out what happened. Very, very unpleasant.

The most delicious chocolates and shakes! They truly hold up to their brand, despite competition like Hagen Das a few doors away. Worth the taste to experience!

Theres some new employees at this location and they have amazing customer service, dariel I think thats how you spell her name she was very attentive and respectful had patience with my grandmother and continued to help and was so sweet and another employee named Kyle was the same exact way this is the best experience I ever had!!!! I highly recommend this location.

People here are so kind and friendly this the best customer service Ive ever had, I bought some items for my mother and they was so patient because I was unsure what my mother wanted and they helped me by directing me towards the gold ballotin which was a mixture of white, milk, and dark chocolates and my mother loved them so much, thank you so much Godiva great job and good team work Im definitely coming back!!!💜

Ive been willing to pay the high prices for the indulgence every once in a while, as their chocolate truffles are very good. But, I expected better service... when I needed to return an item that was obviously spoiled the manager refused since I didnt have my receipt (it was a gift!).

1st time at this location and I must say it is incredible Kimberly was super helpfull I was having a party for the business and she recommended the GQ section induwhich had a wide variety of individually wrapped chocolates. Defenitly I will be back
