Walk through the door and smell of fudge and chocolate just washes over you. Handmade Ice cream, coffee, sweets, fudge, caramel apples and more. So many choices. Beautiful shop. Super clean. Friendly and helpful Staff. Walked out with a bag of treats and an iced latte. Absolutely lovely shop. Will definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic place to indulge your sweet tooth. That have fudge, candied apples, ice cream and so much more. They have a great location with free public parking not far away. When we entered the store, the smell of the fresh baked waffle cones greeted us. That is so satisfying and you know you are about to have a very enjoyable experience. They are a franchise, so if you love sweets and money you should get more information. Our ice cream and waffle cones were great tasting and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you stop by the next time you want ice cream. There is a water fountain you can walk through or play in across the street in the city center. The fountain has colored lists. My daughter and I enjoyed walking through it, but she was soaked.

LOVE the toasted coconut icecream! I had this in St. Augustine and was thrilled to learn I could have it in Atlanta, too! The staff were so great with our group of 6 coming in so near closing time. Definitely adding this stop to my return again list!

Delicious ice cream. I’d just recommend some service training to the guy who looks like he smoked some meth before starting his shift. He wasn’t wearing gloves when making the ice cream, either. Yuck. For that reason, I won’t be coming back to this location. It’s very nicely decorated in here.

Some of the best fudge and ice cream in the area. I know its pricey, but you get what you pay for!! Highly recommend this place as a treat for how delicious the desserts are.

One of my favorite desert places in town. I’m mad about their salty caramel ice cream. When you are entering the store you will get the sweet smell. They have many various flavors available and they will have the free tastings. The employees are super friendly and super patient. They don’t have much parking spot available. It would be pretty busy during the weekends.

AMAZING desserts and the most incredible customer service!!! Had a work meeting and was wanting some sweets for everyone to snack on, employees suggested caramel apples and fudge and proceeded to cut them up for me and give me serving knives and toothpicks. Everyone LOVED it and are asking me to bring more to the next meeting!! I am beyond impressed with the employees and can’t wait to go back!!

Love that this place has true superman ice cream (if youre from the north, you know exactly what Im talking about- had the blue-moon/lemon/berry version. Not just vanilla dyed 3 colors!) Great location across from fountain too.

I love Kilwins! I come everytime Im in Georgia. My favorite are the dark chocolate turtle caramel apples 😍 The caramel is so buttery, rich, and sweet; combine the tartness of the granny smith apple underneath and you have a perfect and satisfying treat.You can also sample their fudges before buying, which is an awesome plus to the whole experience 😊Anything dipped in their caramel is sure to be a great choice so be sure to get some of that, too. They have ample choices for candy and treats

All I can say is WOW. Today was really special. Kalem(Kaleb) went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I! We got a quart of toasted coconut (literally the best) and we told Kalem we had a long drive back home so he packed our icecream in a larger container with tons of ice to help us for our long drive! He also had a really positive attitude the entire time even when we weren’t sure about getting the quart!

Our son ALWAYS picks Kilwins as his special treat. The staff is super friendly. We live very close and visit often so they remember us. Gives you that sense of community. You can either eat inside and enjoy the amazing aroma and design or eat outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful views and fountain. Somehow our son always finds his way to the fountain so we learned to pack a towel when we visit hehe 😄.

Good ice cream, friendly staff, and indoor seating made this a very pleasant experience. It is a fair bit fancy and geared toward your rich-people-types and the prices do reflect this. The location is convenient to the large field by the Alpharetta Public Library and that made it a great pit stop after running around for a couple of hours. Parking is limited at storefront, so best to make use of the parking garage a short walk away.

Quality ice cream and treats. The owner is superb and is very genuine when interacting with guests. You can taste test all the ice cream flavors (they have a LOT to choose from). There’s also a huge selection of chocolate and other sweets to choose from. We have always been pleased with our visits to this location and have been coming since they opened in downtown Alpharetta last year. Overall a great place for everyone and highly recommended!

Just popped into the shop with my family and we had such a great experience! Todd made the most of our visit with generous samples of fudge as we walked in, and even gifted us with chocolate dipped treats as we enjoyed our ice cream! I also got a caramel dipped apple to bring home, and I can’t wait to get into it!

Oh my lanterns - Went into Kilwins late last week after my Thanksgiving feast (gobble gobble) with a hankering for a sweet treat. I walked away full of the most wonderful ice creams and even more full of joy.One associate behind the counter, James, was especially delightful during my time there. I sampled several flavors (my indecision was showing per usual) and James patiently waited on me while I made my final decision (Traverse City Cherry with pecans...YUM).I will absolutely go back time and time again. Consider me a customer for life!

This is the only place in Georgia where you can walk in and buy delicious and flavorful ice cream (32 unique flavors), homemade fudge, and an amazing assortment of chocolate delicacies. The owner, Todd Bridges, values each and every customer and takes his time to get to know them on a personal level. Not to mention the incredibly helpful staff who make you feel welcome the moment you step in.

You can find beautiful yummy chocolates that always make a great gift. Not only is the chocolate amazing but the ice cream is so good! We LOVE Kilwins in Alpharetta! We always receive the BEST service and of course, the desserts never disappoint. The dark chocolate sea salt caramel apple is my personal favorite and my nephew loves the selection of ice cream. The fudge is to die for and makes great gifts! Who doesnt have a sweet tooth, am I right? Todd is probably the nicest person I have ever met. His passion and love for his business and his customers is obvious. If you have a chance to check it out, I encourage you to do so. Its worth splurging on!

What a great addition to City Center and a great spot to take the family for an awesome treat! I loved toffee and this was the best that Ive ever had. The ice cream is better than you can get anywhere else and my whole family loved all of the different chocolates. This is a must visit, you wont be disappointed!

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever been! The environment in the store as well as the staff is very warm and welcoming! The treats are so delicious and you can get almost any desert you want, from ice cream to carmel apples! Definitely recommend this place after dinner, quick treat, or gifts for the holidays!

Came here tonight visiting the area and never heard of Kilwins. Looks like a great sweet heaven. However, tonight I was looking in the case and asked to try the dark chocolate nonpareil, JUST ONE. It was the size of an M&M, no joke. The clerk then told me as he grabbed it out that I have to pay for it first. Seriously? I have to pay for something I don’t know if I like? He said they don’t sample. I get if it’s a chocolate covered pretzel or cake but this was so small, it could be the difference between me buying a whole pound of nonpareils or nothing. I was dumbfounded and looked over to the other clerks and manager I think and said ”Really!? Sampling will make a whole world difference in sales” They just looked at me and didn’t say a word. I left the place immediately, pretty ticked off a place like that can’t even sample something you don’t know if you should buy more of. Common sense, sampling increases sales more than people sampling to just not buy anything. You lost a customer, bye.

I went into Kilwins for the first time and met the owner Todd. He really made my family and I feel genuinely welcome. I can even tell from his hospitable staff that they ensure to create a positive environment for everyone as soon as they walk through the door.

This shop is a welcome addition to Alpharetta! I live nearby and have visited frequently. The ice cream is amazing...very creamy and delicious. So far I’ve had 5 of the multiple flavors (toasted coconut is probably my favorite). When I feel the need to cut back on calories I’ve ordered both the lemon and raspberry sorbetto, both delicious and refreshing. The owner, Todd Bridges, and staff are so warm and welcoming. They are generous with samples so you can be sure you love what you are buying. The fudge is incredible and depending on the time of your visit, you may get to see them make it in-house. I’ve purchased their melt in your mouth assortment of truffles and tonight I picked up a box of dark chocolate coconut clusters (yum!) They have lots of gift boxes and you are sure to find just the right candies to make someone happy. I highly recommend this place! I’m so lucky to have it right in my neighborhood. On my next visit, I’m trying one of their caramel apples!

This was our first time visiting Kilwins and it was a nice visit. There was four of us and we all tried a different icecream flavor. There were 32 flavors I believe and the icecream was rich and flavorful for all of us I must say and the portions were generous. The staff was very nice by the way. There are plenty of chocolate goodies there as well by the way.
