I don’t typically write reviews but, this is the perfect scenario for a good one! Walked into another CPR store they didn’t have the screen for my phone to be replaced, tyrik pointed me in the correct direction that had a screen for me. Walked into the Sandy Springs CPR store and the staff was quick to acknowledge me as well as were extremely friendly! James took care of me faster than I was expected and got my phone fixed!!! Thank you James and Dandy Springs staff for the quick and efficient repair!! Hopefully I won’t be back but if I do need to have a phone repaired it will be at this location!

BLOWN AWAY! After a challenging month with my parent in the hospital then transferred to a health facility.... during a visit a cup of water fell over and on to my phone (just bought in Oct 2020). Fast forward a day later I got the black screen! I went to CPR because it was the closest shop to my job, since I walked in, Tarik welcomed me and after hearing what happened through my cracked emotional voice, patiently explained the process of repairing and the options I had after his diagnosis. He was not pushy or technically show off-ish, he was kind, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Best of all, he fixed my phone. Old school kindness and excellent service. Broke my phone today and could not have had a more pleasant experience. My repair only took an hour and a half and I was back in track with my day. Tareek, the store manager (I think, Im very forgetful with names) handled my repair and all of my questions, including being more than friendly about me hopping into the neighboring T-mobile to weigh my options. Like I told him, I hope I dont have to repair anything soon, but I know the company to go to.

Nice guy but I can buy a new phone for what they wanted to repair a cracked screen. Also could buy a laptop for 29 dollars more than they quoted me to replace a keyboard and I was supplying the part so again extremely over priced. The phone was fixed timely and was returned back to brand new. Service was good.

Broke the screen on my old Samsung phone and every other place I called for repair told me I would have to wait at least a week. Some said they wouldnt even repair it. When I called CPR, Tarik said he could get the part tomorrow but when I went in to make the deposit, he said he could get the part this afternoon AND do the repair same day! Other workers in the store were courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend this location!!

Went in with a port issue on my iPhone and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I took my Samsung phone here on Monday 2/17/2020 because my battery needed to be replaced. It swelled up and popped the back cover up in one corner. The guy who gave me a quote said it would be $45 and it would be ready later that day because his boss was going to pick up the battery on the way. I got a call around 2pm and he said that he cracked the back glass on the phone getting the cover off and that the battery would not be there until Tuesday. I went up there Monday at 5pm to see the phone and the back glass was completely shattered. He said it was not typical but it can happen when they heat it up to remove the seals. They said it would be an extra $10 to replace the back and it would not be at their store until Friday because it had to come from their distributor. We were able to get them to agree to cover the $10 because they shattered it.I called Friday afternoon and they said my phone was ready. I go to the store and another guy is there and he gives me my phone, the back is still shattered, but they put clear tape over the glass... I asked about the new cover and he said that it comes from China and they were not shipping stuff until May... I said ok, and questioned why they had my phone that long, without any contact to me about the updated situation. He said that I told them I couldnt pick it up until Friday, which was not true. He said he would give me a $15 discount... and I looked down and the paperwork said $79.99 for the battery replacement. I told him that I was not paying $80, because I was quoted $45 when I brought it in. The guy was very apologetic and reduced my cost to $45. Needless to say, we will not be bringing any of our phones here again for repairs.

I was in such a panic yesterday after someone had stepped on my phone and made it completely nonfunctional. I went to Verizon and they referred me to In and Out and they were so amazing. They explained everything to me and were extremely friendly. I was able to drop it off and then come pick it back up after school. The prices are competitive and the employees are great. Definitely worth going to.

Great customer service and the best prices in town.Brought in a Surface Pro 4 which is notoriously difficult to repair. Compared the quote to other places and quickly found out CPR offered the best price. Turnaround was quick and my SP4 is working perfectly again.

Great experience! Very friendly and a great price (especially compared to the outrageous quote I got from the Apple store!). I had a shattered screen on my iPhone and happened to drive by while running errands, so my husband stopped in and dropped off my phone. Only took 30 minutes, so we went shopping next door while we waited and got a call when it was ready. Now the phone looks good as new and screen is covered under warranty. Staff was really sweet to our kids as well. Chatted with them and gave them candy. We have already shared our great experience with family and friends and will continue to do so.

I looked into several places before choosing the best price to get my screen repaired. I went into In & Out Smart Repair and they quoted me the same price I had seen in the mall, which was the cheapest out of all I had checked, so I went ahead and did it. The man working was very polite and fixed my phone as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with the service and I would go back to them again. I would also tell my friends to go there.

Took my wife’s iPhone 8 into be fixed for a cracked screen. They replaced it and the next day we noticed that it had major ghost touches on the screen. Took it back to be fixed and they put another screen on it and they did but when we got home, we noticed that the screen wasn’t secured properly so we had to go back up there to have it fixed again except this time, the idiots stripped the home button cable rendering the button useless. Told us we can either have finger print or an actual button but not both. So we opted for the button and they offered us a $20 refund. Well about a day later she got a call and couldn’t hear anything so she took it back up there and they had to replace the speaker and they offered us another $20 refund. Now the home button occasionally works but only sometimes. All in all we paid about $80 after to refunds for a broken phone and they haven’t tried to make anything right. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find a better company to use.

I came in with a screen-broken iPad Air and they nursed it back to health! Their service was excellent and the location/interiors was really well designed. It had a great atmosphere. In addition to going a great job, their prices were really low. I recommend them to anybody looking to get a professional phone/tablet fixture.

If there is minus score, I will give them -999999999👎👎👎 I spent $90 to repair a crack on my iPhone 7 screen, they replaced the screen and destroyed the touch ID home button!!! The new screen is also bad quality. The staff there obviously has no knowledge about how to repair screen for iPhone, not professional at all!! I shouldn’t have ignored the negative reviews, it turned out I have to spend extra many hundreds of dollars to buy a new phone!!!Go to apple store or other repair shops if you don’t want to ruin ur iPhone. Don’t go there you will regret!

If it was possible to give a negative rating I would, but sadly you cannot do it on google. I took my phone in for a screen repair and while they did fix the screen they did break the Touch ID. Fixing it is beyond their ability and they refuse to refund the money so I can get it fixed elsewhere. They are playing the old ploy of we dont know if it was working when you brought it in., even though the phone was shown working to the tech when it was dropped off.The best quote from the tech was when we replace iPhone screens there is a 50/50 chance the Touch ID will work. To make it worse the owner admitted his employees violated store protocol, but that the repair for the phone is my problem now. The manager/owner said that there are only two ways that the touch ID will fail, both must have happened previously to bringing it in and would need a complete phone replacement to fix.One simple google search gave many reasons why it failed, the leading reason being a cable between the touch and logic board was crimped by incorrect screen installation.Be smart. Take your business elsewhere.Note: I took the phone to the Apple Store and 15 minutes later I had a completely working phone for the cost of a new screen. All it took was a qualified technician to fix it.

Still very unhappy but a deals a deal. If you need a cellphone screen replaced I might trust this vendor. But for anything even slightly complicated I would avoid them. Because they honored our deal I have upgraded from one to two stars.

I was sent from Assurant on an insurance claim with a broken screen. Not only did they replace the screen within 24 hrs they also informed me when opening the phone th hey would have to go through the back which was also cracked snd that it would nkt be able to go back together. Essentially leaving mynphone backless and vaunerable to anything. Not only did they not report this to Assurant which would cause them 5o deny my claim, they offered a low cost repair at only 39.99 (without samsung logo but as ling as I have a bacn i dont care about a dang logo) . TV hese guys were so amazi glt considerate and patient . And the manager at the alpharetta location is absolutetly fantastic his undenaiable care and concern for his customers satisfaction and happiness is a rare and truly refreshing. If i could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to everyone at the CPR alpharetta location.

Very nice people but dont take your Moto phone to them. Took weeks for screen to arrive which was wrong color. That they installed with out letting me know. Disabled the finger print bottom during the install. Which they explained was a very delicate process. But not what I paid for. So Moto phones are not their expertise.

Still are spots the phone wont work. I have a warranty though. plus it took way longer than quoted. I needed the new though🤣🥱😴

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received at in & out smart repair. They not only fixed our iPhone screen but identified an issue with the battery and provided a battery replacement free of charge because even though the battery was likely defective they did not want us to incur the extra charge since we were trading the phone in . The owner is extremely nice and had a great conversation while we waited and provided adice around making sure we got done type of insurance coverage. One other thing that impressed me was that he spoke specifically about the vacillation of his own supply costs and indicated that when prices for supplies come down for him he immediately passes that savings off to his customers. That was very clear as the screen relacement was 30%-35% cheaper than other vendors. I will us in out as my primary repair shop going forward.
