Was told to basically get out because they were closing by the cashier as she through her hands in the air ….was a short female with brown hair and glasses… I have never been treated that way in any store and will never return

The customer service there was excellent and the associates very knowledgeable!

I was greeted as I entered the store. The store was clean and organized, making it very easy to find what I was looking for. The employee working today was Abby (Abigail) and she was fantastic, she answered all my questions, explained the benefits program (although I declined). This employee was overall very pleasant to work with. I ended up spending $59.00 with her and will visit this location again. Go check this location out.

Unfortunately, didnt have the game I wanted in stock, but they looked for it at nearby stores and that was nice.

Ive been here before because i buy anime stuff but im going here again to buy nintendo eshop cards and the people here are nice and helpful. Definitely would go here a bunch of times to buy stuff i want or need.

This gamestop is shady and I would avoid going at all costs. Had a list for PS5 consoles, yet allowed 40 plus people to wait in line for several hours. When asked if we could put our name on the next list, we were told by the manager that it was against store policy to make a list. When asked a the hypocrisy, she blamed it on Covid.

Awesome GameStop. They have the largest toy selection compared to any other one I’ve seen. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

My son loves this store gives you option to buy used for less and just as good as new.

Lots of good stuff here mostly everything you need for gaming and even some clothes but the store is pretty small.

I wish there were a no stars option. Tried to return a game system given to me for Christmas. I was not interested in that model and did not even open it. the employee accuses me of having opened it. Then would not let me return it and claimed the person who purchased it had to. So someone else has to return it. Poor customer service would be an improvement. Dont go there, just dont.

1st time at this location I spoke to Laura She is very helpful in assisting me with a great deal on a PS3, witch they had a promotion going 20.00 off and buy one get 1 50%off on ps3 games cant beat it. Defenitly comming back.

I called this location looking for something specific. The person who answered the phone informed me they had the item and the price. I asked if he could put it on hold at the register for me. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have the item. I was a tad bit confused due to misleading information. Not great customer service.

Pre ordered a game and Laura, who I believe is the manager there, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth! She was a pleasure to work with, and it is refreshing to see that people still care and take pride in what they do in this world!Long story short, An issue came up with my pre order, and I thought it was a lost cause... But Laura worked hard to make sure I still got the pre order bonus. We need more people like her! Thanks again!

Pretty much all GameStops are the same but this location is great because its located in the mall so you can get all of your other shopping done at the same time. The staff here is usually very friendly but more importantly helpful. The selection of used games is what makes this place stand out, if youre looking for used PS3 or XBOX 360 games than this should be your destination.

Not impressed with them trying to sell me a Call of Duty B04 pre-order in Atlanta, when I told them Id be buying the game in my home state.They say I could tell gamestop at home to transfer my pre-order, on the day of release, but why would I go through that hassle instead of ordering at home?Also, she couldnt even answer my questions about the Xbox One X console releases.Her only concern was selling pre-orders. Didnt care one bit about what I actually came into the store for.

Went to this game stop at 620pm. 40 mins before closing time and the gates were closed. Lights were on and two employees were behind the counter.

Its unfortunate that Im having to give this place a bad review, but they have no respect for serious customers. I wanted to deliver a PS4 gaming console with accessories and a bunch of games to my nephew (who is not in the same town as I am) on the day of his birthday (tomorrow which is a Sunday). Best case was to buy online for 24 hour delivery (which would have been Monday) or have it delivered to his local store for pick up. After shopping around online on Walmart and Bestbuy, they didnt have the bundle that I wanted, I ended up at gamestop. Called the nephews local gamestop store in MS at asked if they carried the bundle I wanted (and they did) and if I could buy it online or pay for it on the phone, they stated neither was possible (delivery would take longer than the birthday) but the best case scenario would be for me to walk into a gamestop store in my town and buy a gift card for the amount I was trying to spend and they would gladly take the gift card number with pin over the phone or in person from my nephews parents. So I priced everything that I needed with the person on the phone in the MS store and the total came about 650. I go to my local gamestop (this one at north point mall in GA) and after a long and patient wait in line for about 25 minutes, the assistant manager treats me as if Im there to commit fraud. She had to call her district manager (after reviewing my credit card and GA issued drivers license) and the district manager declined the transaction, citing the transaction amount was too much.. It was kinda frustrating as the assistant manager knew what I was there for and for what amount (she asked me while I was waiting in line). Oh well I told them that they lost my business and kindly left the store. I was actually thinking of buying a console for myself as well so ultimately this was going to be well over $1000 sale. Thankfully Walmart doesnt have the same policies and about the same stock that I was after, though not the bundle I wanted but whatever, I bought my nephew the extra game that I wanted in the bundle, and Walmart earned the extra dollars.. Sorry gamestop, this was my first and only experience at your store.. and the impact of this experience will be more than just this one transaction that you lost. Later...

Weve had some problems with this Gamestop, very different from the outstanding service weve come to expect from Gamestop stores. I recommend finding another store to patronize.
