Unprofessional, front reception had a completely bad attitude who curses and slams down the phone in frustration at calling customers. I always give people the benefit of the doubt before calling judgments but when I seen the doctor he was rough, course and without patience. I have no idea why anyone would treat patients this way. Stay away from this doctor if you are looking for any professional place.

I love Dr Tucker. He has been caring for my familys eyes for 22 years. I would give a 5 star rating if it werent for the rude, loud lady at the front desk.

Their billing procedures/personnel is horrible. This office harassed me for months for a bill that my insurance company already paid! Then, I received a delinquency for a medical collections company. After I harassed my insurance company for NO REASON, I was given the check number and the date the check was cleared by my insurance company.Im kind of busy fighting for this/my country while someone in their office is not doing their job!

Dr. Tucker is one of the best ophthalmologicts in town. He is very personable and respectful of his patient; he is very judicious in his clinical judgement. He has a very professional and competent staff. He always keeps you informed on your progress. I had a clinical event that required several eye surgeries; Dr Tucker coordinated and participated in a a team intervention that restored sight when there was none.I fully endorse Dr Tucker.
