The eye doctor was amazing with my child. Very detailed, patient, and thorough. The glasses technicians were very patient and informative. Our glasses came in about 5-7 days. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have been seeing Dr. Barrows for over 10 years. He is professional, patient, and thorough. Highly recommend him. The staff is not so great, but he is worth seeing!

The eye doctor is nice and professional. Theres an older man who works with the glasses that is helpful and informative. If it were just the two of them Id highly recommend the place. But, theres some very rude and impatient workers there that have made me decide Ill never purchase from here again.

Dr. Barrows is amazing. He took amazing care of my daughter when she had a eye infection and I figured I’d come see him for my eye exam BC Americas Best has been horrible to me for the past 3 years . Dr. Barrows corrected all their errors and I feel amazing today after leaving his office . MJ was great assisting me with ordering my contacts.

Do not work with this vision center. I ordered my contact lenses in May 2018. It’s is September and I still do not have my order! I have had to call, call, call, show up repeatedly, and call again to see inquire about my contacts. They don’t let you know anything or keep you updated whatsoever. Now they’re refusing to give me the number to the corporate office so I can file a complaint. This issue is clearly on their end and they are in no rush to fix and have no sympathy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They told me that my daughters glasses would be at the office in 2-3 weeks and then I call to see were her glasses were at and then they tell me it could take six months and then told my husband that the order was cancelled. Not professional. Will never come back again.

This place is horrible. They don’t care about people’s time. I spent almost 40 minutes there and they didn’t apologize for the delay. I left the place really disappointed.

Had a contact exam, everything was on time, people were professional. Color did not seem to be an issue at all. The contacts i wear were in stock and left with some new packs after the visit.
