This Walgreens has the worst customer service. Waited in line then got up to the counter and the blond lady with glasses just walk away didn’t even say I’ll be right back or anything so I’m standing there waiting and this lady at the other register was like I don’t know why you are right there the line starts here and I said well I was waiting on her I thought she was checking me out but she just left well I ended up checking out I walk outside and that lady is sitting in the grass smoking a cigarette. Really professional it was extremely rude and you could have at least said I’ll be right back or excuse me for a few min. I will never walk into this place again. Extremely rude employees and no customer service at all.
45mins behind schedule for shots. Same deal last week. Pharmacy worker said they’ll get to it soon, and verbatim she said “I’m not in the mood to deal with this today”.Get your shot(s) elsewhere.
Dont use this location for dropping off your FedEx packages. FedEx accepts some USPS packages and I do thredup returns there all the time. The instructions say take to FedEx and thats what Ive done for months without any problem until today. When I walked in with a package the cashier who was doing nothing didnt call anyone to help me so I went and asked for someone. He came over and said that USPS doesnt work they only accept FedEx. I explained that FedEx accepts it and Ive done this many times before and to try it. He started arguing and say even if it scans its not FedEx. It made me very upset. And guess what? I went to the FedEx across the street and there was no problem. I wont go back to this Walgreens for any reason.
Managee asked me for my ID (Denis) I provided to him … it’s in french and valid … I pointed all details, he refused to sell but then said it’s my fault that he can’t read it … waisted my time and didn’t wanna provide the store ID number! Poor customer service and for him to tell me it’s my fault that I provide him an Id he can’t read when it clearly says identification card is disrespectful and unacceptable… no one ever had an ID issue there with me beside him, he is unpleasant and profile people… at least from my experience.
Jeanne Marie is an amazing beauty consultant at Walgreens. I first met her w my grandma 3 yrs ago and she gave us a make over as well as recommended the perfect skin and beauty products for both of us. She has continued to help me over the yrs in a professional and friendly manner and always guides me to the best products. Walgreens is so fortunate to have such a caring, hardworking beauty consultant as Jeannie Marie.Further, the Minal, Priya, Salam, Ashley and the entire pharmacy staff is more than amazing.I have complex health needs and they have been helping me for years in a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable manner. I have to have special medications ordered each month and they always make sure that they come in on time so that I do not miss a dose. I cannot thank them enough for all that they do. Walgreens is absolutely fortunate to have such a professional, hardworking pharmacy team with an overall excellent attitude!I am so thankful that this is my Walgreens and it is what keeps me coming back!
Had an appointment for covid vaccine for my son but still had to wait 45 minutes. They seem unorganized. I do like the guy that helped me find the juven in the medicine aisle. Thats the only reason Im give two stars instead of one.
Worst customer service ever had. Waited for the covid vaccine for 1 hour. Even though we had an appointment at 4:00 pm they came for vaccination at 5:00 pm. Better dont choose this pharmacy ever in life again
I had the pleasure of being awesomely assisted by employee Jeanette-Marie! She was beyond courteous and her customer service is excellent and exceptionalManagement on today and Cashier Robert was friendly as well. Look fwd to doing business there in future.

Web site says close at midnight. Door says closes at midnight. Closes at 10.00. Be sure you call before you go....assuming the automated system knows they close at 10.
Kicked us out of the store for literally standing there waiting in the ac for an uber to pick us up
I entrusted this Walgreens with developing 5 film rolls. I came back to pick them up and there was no trace of them. After about 10 minutes the manager found the order number. The manger then called FujiFilm and told him they had sent the order back to Walgreens. I spent about 35 minutes waiting and silently praying they would be able to somehow find my order. The pictures I wanted to have developed had the last remaining holiday pictures of my deceased father. The manager then said he would follow up on Monday... which obviously did not happen.I don’t often type reviews but I wanted to prevent anyone else precious photos from being lost.
Horrible customer service and Dennis is rude. I told Kathy the manager who didn’t seem to mind or care very much. Instead she made up excuses for him. I rather drive 10 minutes down the road to another Walgreens. Horrible customer service don’t waste your time.

Jeanne is the BEST beauty consultant Ive ever met at Walgreens!!! She is always able to sell me something and Im always happy to purchase cosmetics from her!!!!! She is always so enthusiastic and enjoyable!!!! I always look forward to seeing her!!!!! Amazing sales person and super knowledgeable about cosmetics. Shes recommended new products for me to try and I love her for that!!!!!

Worst pharmacy experience Ive ever had. Im in severe pain from an infected tooth. After leaving the dentists office for the third time this month, my girlfriend and I stopped by to drop off my prescriptions.A few minutes pass, and the pharmacy tech comes back and says she cant fill these. We asked why and she told us the pharmacist DIDN’T WANT TO.She refused to dispense prescribed medications! She didnt talk to me, just said no.I strongly recommend you take your prescriptions elsewhere, dont waste your time here. Youll be treated like a criminal for filling medicine prescribed by your physician. The employees are friendly, but the pharmacist is a joke.

It’s a roll of the dice whether the pharmacy will actually be open on the weekend. Although they are more than willing to charge your credit card and tell you it’s ready to pickup. I’d like to know so I don’t drive down if you don’t have adequate staffing to open the pharmacy. Or maybe hire more pharmacists
The older lady working in the evening has some issues. Might want to check out the fibre aisle. Store is adequate otherwise and probably not bad without her sparkling personality.

Holy cow what is going on at this pharmacy? 3 people working, one customer at the counter and phone calls not answered, placed on hold, one guy wandering around doing what appeared to be absolutely nothing, one lady who spoke english as a second language who tried to help but it seemed a challenge, and one lady working at a computer who wouldnt even acknowledge people. Extremely poor customer service across the board in the pharmacy. Unprofessional. I havent been to a Walgreens in years and they have really gone downhill. Maybe they are going to fold and just dont care anymore.
The blonde white manager with glasses that worked on 9/29/2019 was by far the meanest Person I have ever encountered in all my 20 years of being a Walgreens consumer. She looked disgusted just my presence, she literally made me want to cry. I will be sending emails and letters to Walgreens’s corporate! Awful, absolutely terrible experience.
I have always had a good experience with the Pharmacy here. Just saw a post that was talking about how bad they are here, but I have never had a bad experience, and I have been going to this Pharmacy for 6 years. One time they told me that I was too early for a refill, but not like I cared, they just asked if I could pick it up in the morning.
Im only giving one star because you cant choose 0 the pharmacy staff is the worst Ive ever seen. Rude and uneducated. Im transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy Ill pay more money but its worth not ever dealing with those people ever again
I asked a question to the pharmacist and she told me to get a product and later I found that Its not a product that I wanted so I returned it. She mislead me. Later I’ve been to target and found that they are so cheap over there. Good that I returned it, I should stop coming this shop, it’s pricey and it’s waste.
This location is absolutely terrible. Impossible to get somebody on the phone. Terrible pharmacy customer service. DO NOT send your prescriptions there if you need it in a timely manner. Called to speak to a manager or supervisor and none were available to speak to me. I would put 0/5 stars if I could.
Prescription called in at 12pm. Call an hour before my lunch at 6pm and they tell me to give them an hour. I go at the end of my lunch break and still not ready. No issue with the prescription where they would have had to call just not ready. Everyone seemed disorganized and lost. The pharmacist/manager was rude to the employees and everyone could hear. Saying what do you want him to do and that he was leaving at 9am sharp. I just told them to cancel everything and I would go to another pharmacy. Worst experience I have had in over 15 years with Walgreens.
OMG, super undependable texting regarding prescriptions. I understand that this location does not control the generation of text messages but on multiple occasions Ive received texts saying my RX was ready for pick uponly to visit the store and learn that they did not have all of the items in stock. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a larger pharmacy that can more frequently provide the items immediately.

My aunt and my mom went earlier to this store. They started using coupons. My mom gets home and tells me that the MANAGER wouldnt sell them the things they got because the price was too low . OBVIOUSLY thats why they are using coupons???. Why does he even care it doesnt come out of his paycheck or does it? He said his name was jay but he could be using another name. This is just bad customer service and if I were to be there I would of spoken up.
This place is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. All the negative reviews are true. They get confused about my prescriptions every time despite how many years I’ve been coming there for the same meds. Always slow. Their app and email system is assinine, as it’s always wrong. Staff is RUDE. Sign on drive thru says ask for these meds to be added to your and she rudely snapped that you have to go inside to get that. Then when I pointed out the sign she huffed and got visibly irritated. Only when I’m about to pull away does she explain it’s only that type of medicine in particular because you have to sign for it. Had she not been so incredibly rude and explained why, wouldn’t have been an issue. People there including pharmacist seem clueless. Will be changing pharmacies immediately. DO NOT waste your time! The only business they should focus on is the business of shutting down. I’d give them a -5 stars if it was possible.
I have been calling this Walgreens for more than 2 hours. No one answers the phone. You can tell someone answers and puts you back on hold without saying a word. very unprofessional
I went in to get some over the counter cold meds. Restroom was calling me, they are absolutely disgusting. This was not filth from a busy day. I couldnt even use the facilities. In a store where people are coming to get meds no telling what you could catch in there. At a time when consumers have so many choices. You should do better. Lesson learned. Disgusting

They had the worst customer service. I had returned a product worth $15 but they refunded $5. I noticed after coming home and called back but they are not willing to refund the money without I revisiting the store. I couldnt go to the store as I was on the way to catch the flight. The manager was very rude and was not cooperative

The Rite Aid (now a Walgreens) by my house closed for renovations, so all of my Rx information has been transferred to this Walgreens location. Im just trying to refill a prescription and I have been on hold with the pharmacy for OVER 30 MINUTES! They should have an automated system for refilling prescriptions if you know your Rx #, like Rite Aid does. This is just awful...I cant imagine what picking up my Rx is going to be like...will it take HOURS? Just ridiculous!

I have been a customer at this Walgreens for years. I keep telling myself that I will change pharmacies because EVERYTIME I go there I am treated like crap. You would think after literally YEARS of going to the same place for the same thing, the pharmacy staff would atleast recognize me or greet me nicely or dare I say- treat me like a decent human being, but no, they are completely rude to me each and everytime I go. I really cant think of anywhere else I hate to go to more than this pharmacy. I guess its my own fault for not taking my business elsewhere but it is quite convenient to my work and home. Whoever is managing this store, needs to examine their pharmacy staff closely. Seriously, have someone pretend to be a pharmacy customer and see how terrible they treat people. The only positive thing I can say is there is one lady who is very kind, a brunette lady who has the picture of her dogs in the window. LITERALLY, the ONLY nice person there! Shame on you Walgreens!

Pharmacists are rude and terse. Called to check on a subscription filled via their app that was on hold for doctor authorization. I find out they removed the order and never called the doctor. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
