I went into this gas station that’s in my community where I live. My credit card wasn’t read at the pump, therefore I went inside to pay. When I walked in I didn’t see anyone around, said, hello and saw the cashier bent down behind the counter (assuming she was stocking inventory) I then ask for $50 on the pump and she was putting it in and I was reading the prompt on the credit card machine when then I noticed I could put in the Kroger phone number. I then say to her if I could enter my phone number for it and she says, “it’s too late, you didn’t tell me before” I then replied, I didn’t know I could since my husband is the one who typically puts the gas in my car. I then asked politely, are you able to cancel it and start over? Instead of helping me, she said no. She seemed bothered the entire time I was there and it was literally just her and I. I will never go to this gas station again. It’s so sad when consumers have to deal with people with bad attitudes. We all have bad days and that’s understood. What I didn’t appreciate is that she didn’t try to help me.

Ive been here several times and each time Ive never had an issue. I decided to get a car wash today and it wasnt a good experience. If you look at the picture you will see the place that you pay is within the rail. Meaning that you have to drive into the conveyor belt and then pay. Im used to paying and then drive up so the wash can take you in smoothly. Then it takes about 10 seconds before it can grab your car. I think its really old but its just painted. Not to mention you cant hear or barely see the screen thats telling you what to do. Other than that its clean and the staff always greet me. I tried to vacuum but didnt have a code. The vacuum is free with a wash purchase. I had to go inside to tell them. The manager ended up giving me change since he didnt know what to do. I didnt have an issue with the manager. When I finally was able to vacuum the vacuum barely had any suction so that was a waste. I was like wow! Definitely wont be washing or vacuuming over there anymore. It really needs to be fixed. Other than that its a good location.

The car wash doesn’t work. I found out after I drove all the way into the car wash and then saw a tiny sign that said out of order. I then had to reverse and my tire kept getting caught on the guide thing that you have to drive into to go through the car wash. Would have been nice to know it was out of order BEFORE all of this

The Worst gas station ever been to cashier can’t speak English incredibly rude I am a local business owner that spends about four to $5000 a month at that particular gas station and I will never ever go back if any of my guys ever use my company cards at that gas station I will fire them immediately

Employees working here overcharge for items every time I go in to this store. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HERE AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICE. And they end up acting that that is a new price tag they are not aware of.

I can not stand the gas pump starting and suddenly the TV screen on the gas pump shoving advertising videos in my face with audio so loud I cant remember what I was thinking.It is not a clever corporate initiative. It is annoying. When I experience this blaring video, Ive already committed my payment and Im pumping gas. I just have to endure it. But I cant wait to get away. I dont go I side for anything. I dont get a car wash. And I avoid being low on gas so I dont have to stop at this or any other Shell gas station.Its a gas station with no other gas stations in sight. So, its 7;00 am and I see plenty of cars. But, Im going to try to avoid the blaring Video, and keep my mind on what I want instead of what Shell wants me to think about. Yeeks.

I would rate 0 stars if I could! This place is the worst!!! I paid $6 for a car wash that did not clean the pollen from my car. Then I went to use the “free vacuum “ which ended after 3 minutes, not enough time to vacuum the car. And would not accept the code again to complete cleaning the carpet. That’s when I noticed the car was not clean. I walked to the store and told the clerks who didn’t care at all. 1 of them said theyd come out to help, but never did. As I’m writing this up, he still hasn’t come out. This Shell station ripped me off for $6. I advise everyone to avoid this place. I should have driven to a REAL car wash, where they stand behind their wash and don’t limit the “free” vacuum to 3 minutes.

Great location right on Windward but guess what? The pumps don’t always work, either card reader issue or other issues related to the pumps. This is not high expectation to be able to drive to a gas station and expect to pump gas without getting frustrated. The owner really needs to get these fixed instead of of starring at frustrated customers driving away without purchase.

I would rate the gas station a ZERO!! The attendant was extremely RUDE! I changed my mind about a purchase and she proceeded to tell me “NO” I could not change my mind I had to buy it all because she had already figured out my change. ‘WHAT” are they not able to reverse a charge?? I called the manager and he stated he would handle it, but honestly he was not helpful. So if you do not have to stop here please don’t. Great Customer Service is a thing of the past!

Terrible gas station. They are doing a merchandising reset of of their 20 oz drinks during lunchtime on a Thursday, so dumb. They have drinks all over the floor. I go to buy drink that are clearly labeled 2 for $3.50 and they dont ring up correctly. I pulled the sign down and the cashier said it was an old sale. What a bunch of lazy employees. I definitely will not be spending my money at this gas station ever again.

Ive been to this gas station multiple times in the past year because I work close. Everything is over priced . Gas, snacks, alcohol, & tobacco. Warm food isnt good even for gas station food. Always cold and/or theyre out of something. Gas pumps are frequently broken or out of gas. I think they dont care because they know people will still use this gas station because its close to a lot of big businesses and a Hilton hotel. I work around the corner but I will not be returning.

Terrible location, they dont deserve to be on Windward, prices are higher than anywhere in the city, the pumps dont always work, the digital screen is almost invisible making it hard to see what it says. At the register some lady always acts like she doesnt know anything it is always her first day at work.... Im done with this gas station!

Too many broken screens and pumps with broken auto shut off. You only ever wanna get full body splashed with gas once, so I will buy just enough gas to get to another station if the auto shut off does not work right.

The African American cashier working there is horrible. Very disrespectful and racist, throwing change back at you aggressively. Laughing at your face. A person like this shouldn’t interact with customers. She was cleaning her nail at the front register with a condescending clearly look. Shell should check its customer service around its franchises more often. I’m giving it one star because I’m too kind, I’ll never come back to this place, go to the other gas station close by, they have better customer service people as cashier. Its open 24/7 so Idk why this says closed till 9 am!This is Sams Mart. The only reason why I go here is bc its the only gas station for miles around unless you want to drive on either side of Windward pkwy which is usually busy! Prices are extremely high, employees needs to go to classes to learn how to treat people.. BAD attitudes for a few employees. Theyre usually clean (the store) but again their way over priced! On products AND gas. I guess they can do that sense their the only gas station around and thats opened 24/7. I just came from the store and the night shift worker acted like I was interfering with whatever she was doing because I asked her for coffee. There wasnt any made and its 4:30 am. People need coffee!If you can go to another store I would.. If they had a few nice employees and lowered their prices on a lot of items then this would be a 5 * convenient store.

Very rude cashier, on 5/23/2018 I prepaid $25 in gas used my Shell Fuel Rewards card to get $0.05 off inside the store. I then went right back to add another $10 in gas after I pumped the $25 and again use my fuel reward card and the cashier told me I could not use the card in the store. She argued with me and told me to step aside, then preceded to tell the next customer he can just stand there. I then made the statement you just allowed me to use a card you have advertisement for in and around your store, but now I cant. After 5 mins. she set the pump up and told me next time you pay outside at the pump! My remark there will not be a next time! Take your money else where, its obvious this is a poorly ran station.

Does not provide returns or exchanges for goods sold one minute prior to request. I purchased an item before reading the warning label- which I wasnt alowed to read because it was a behind the counter item. After asking for a refund or exchange, the clerk flat out denied. I was his last transaction, the product was not tampered with, yet I could only exchange the item for the same deathtrap of a product. What a joke. This store will not see another dime from me.

The midgrade and the regular fuel price are same ... their should not be same price. needto change it or people will be takeinf a very big advantage of the midgrade price low.

I feel safe with this location the attendants are very friendly.

This is the closest and only station on windward parkway east of GA 400. I would not recommend the car wash here as its not well maintained .

My usual gas station stop on the way to work. Friendly employees. Only issue is trying to buy cartons of cigarettes. Usually they dont have them readily available.

The tamales there are made of 5% meat, and and the rest is made of flour, not worth the price
