This place is amazing!!!! They printed my sister’s wedding invitations and they came out looking great and were exactly what I wanted. I needed the invitations quickly and Susan and Raphyel went out of their way to make sure I had the invitations printed in time. Their customer service is top notch and I will definitely use them again. Thank you guys so much!!!

Love the work they do. They have designed my ads for me and helped with a power point presentation. I highly recommend their work. They are great with deadlines too.

The prices were very reasonable. However, the service was poor. I called and asked about a service, was amazed at the price it would be. I was told to email the document in and that it would be ready in an hour. I sent the document and told the receptionist that I would be in the next day to pick it up. When I came to pick it up the next day, I was told that my document didnt come in. A minute later, the receptionist said oh no, I did get it. I understand a small mistake, but I wasnt offered a discount or store credit. Not even an apology for overlooking the email. Good prices and product, but the service could use some improvement.

It pains me to write this, as everyone has been very friendly.I have spent 2 months trying to get a brochure project off the ground and have had far too many problems.-My project manager quit as soon as my project was taken on.-My project was moved to another store without my input.-Despite a mutually agreed upon timeline and project process, no deadline has been met. No progress has been made in 2 months!!!-Every time I attempt to move forward or follow up, Im told: (exact quotes) Yes, we are still on target. I will try sending it again..... with nothing getting sent. OR I will have everything to you this evening.... with nothing getting sent. This has gone on for over a month.Unless youre doing something very simple, forget about Minuteman Press...And for those things, theres better options on the internet.

I used Minuteman Press for all of my wedding mailings. They were so helpful and professional. The quality of the prints are amazing and they had a wide variety of paper types for me to choose from. I will continue to use them when a printing need arises!
