Lisa has quite the nice operation here in the King Farm center. She is able to ship your UPS, FedEx and Amazon returns for you. I am really impressed with this family run store. Ill definitely be back.

I used this location for U Haul service. The person working there is so rude and not talking politely. I don’t advice this service to anyone.My rating will be 0 at this service. I asked him to wear mask but he rejected and saying doors are open to go. People has right to ask some assistance if there is any problem with service but this person is not talking politely.

Im so glad I found this small, honest location to ship my packages. I highly recommend this Parcel Plus is because the prices are so fair. For sending USPS, there is only a negligible service charge which makes this a much quicker and more convenient alternative to the post office for close to the same price. Having taken similar packages to another shipping location in Alpharetta, I was amazed at how much more reasonable the options were at Parcel Plus. You can also ship or just drop off FedEx parcels as well. The owner is helpful and seems to appreciate his customers, again in stark contrast with a different shipping store further up the road. Parcel Plus isnt fancy, just fair and friendly.

Went to drop off a package and he wouldn’t give me a return slip. If my return gets lost there’s no way to say I actually dropped it off. You’re crazy if you think I’m dropping off an expensive return with no receipt that says I dropped it off. Employee was not friendly.

Great Service with custom shipping options

Great place to do business; owner is always friendly and extremely helpful. I sell a lot of items on eBay and they do all of my packing and shipping at very reasonable rates so theres no need to buy shipping peanuts, bubble wrap, boxes, etc. Ive never had a item damaged in shipment.
