Jason returned my text promptly as I had a broken garage door spring. He came out that afternoon and replaced the springs with an upgrade, which was needed, and was by far the best value. I had called several other companies, but Jason was the only one to ask about the garage door dimensions, and give me an accurate quote. He was a gentleman and very personable. I would highly recommend Jason for working on garage doors.

All of the reviews of people who leave 5 stars are only friends or family of Jason. Everyone else has lost their deposit and has not received the door. This is such a sham and should not be allowed by Google.

Probably the worst company in town! Beware of doing any business with them. I had worst experience with them.I had issues with my garage door and thought of giving them a try. I called up Jason and he seemed quite professional and I thought the job will be done without much issues. Jason sent Casey for inspection to fix the door and looking at the repair he mentioned that it might be cheaper to replace garage motor. Trusting him I agreed for $300.So after a week Casey returned back with a new Craftsman garage door opener and started to dismantle it. When installing he barely had any clue on how to setup the new system. He used youtube as a reference to put together and then be able to program it. I was surprised to see it.Anyway I let it pass as I had already committed to them. However to my utter astonishment they did not replace the keypad at all. When I asked them about it they quoted me additional $150 to do so. I was shocked as when replacing a unit it is all but expected to replace in its entirety. Casey bargained for $50 and then said that he will checkout the device and soon install it. And that was the last conversation I ever had with them. Since then he stopped picking my phone, I called numerous times but to no avail. Now I have non compatible useless keypad and motor!Couple of days later the garage door only opened half way through and hit my Acura when trying to back up breaking up my tail light. The repair itself is far expensive then what I paid for garage repair. I gave them one job to do and they did half of it and that too not properly. Thats Gameday Garage for you :(.** ConclusionFor me it was a very bad experience with them. But because of Casey I did learned that youtube is not only helpful to them but could be helpful to us as well. My strong suggestion to everyone reading this is to try and see if there are any helpful videos in youtube before reaching out to anyone. And if at all you do not find a solution then I am sure that there are far better people out there who would professionally handle your job than Gameday Garage Doors!

*WARNING* He will steal your money!!!Jason Hunt came to my house 7/22/19 to give me a quote for new garage door. I agreed to give him a deposit of $1850. He took my money and ran! Never returned calls or texts. We had a court date on 2/11/2020 and he didnt show up. With court fees and have to hire a private process server. He currently owes me over $2300. Currently in the process of taking him to court for Theft by Deception (In GA this is the only way to make him pay or he has a arrest warrant). If I could give him negative stars, I would!

Amazing service! Came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. We have used Gameday Garage Doors for all our garage repairs and new installs and will continue to use them again for any future needs. Thanks Jason and team!

I would avoid having Jason on your property. Jason came out and gave me a verbal estimate of $6000.00 on the 3rd of September. I requested a breakdown of the jobs plus the costs per job. He informed me that I would have the written breakdown of the numerous Jobs that I needed to have done that same evening from repairing a garage door opener, cutting trees down, Bobcat work, landscaping work and irrigation work. I never heard back from him. I did a follow-up text to him on Thursday the 5th without any response. Do not waste your time in having him come out because he does not follow up on something as simple as providing a written estimate. I can’t imagine how he would complete the jobs if he was hired when he can’t even follow up with the estimate breakdown.Find a professional that stays proactive with a customer especially when he’s quoting $6000. As an educated consumer I then decided to purchased an operator for my second garage door. The technician professionally installed the operator and very happy I used this company.

Jason is a professional. He explains to me what he needs to do to replace the sprint and what is the difference between one sprint and double sprints. He completed replacing the sprint in less than 30 min. The garage door now works perfectly. The rate was fair. I definitely will recommend him and call him again.

Fantastic job and fast service! We had a tension spring on our garage door go out. I contacted a few companies and ultimately went with Gameday Garage Doors. Jason was professional, answering all of my many questions, stayed in contact with me, showed up on time and fixed the garage door within 45 minutes! Called him and he came out that day (free estimate) and he replaced it with a new door less than 24 hours later! All while being knowledgeable, competitively priced and honest. Had 2 commercial doors at my business that broke springs within a couple of days of each other. Called Gameday Garage @ 7:15am, they answered and had someone here in about 1 hour. Ordered 2 springs and had me fixed the next day. Very professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

The owner Jason Hunt is extremely unprofessional and has terrible customer service. After having scheduled a date and time window for him to come he shows up 3 hours earlier with out notifying me before arriving. Since I was at work I was concerned that 1. The job would be completed properly and 2. How to be able to pay him once he was done. He told me that he would send me an invoice and I could mail him a check. I mailed the check and noticed that almost after 2 weeks it had not been deposited. A few days after that the check arrives in my mail box with a yellow sticker on it saying “undeliverable business address”. Stephanie in the office began to call and I told her what happened and sent another check in a different envelope. The same thing happened and that check was also sent back with the same yellow sticker. I sent them an email with photos for proof that I sent them and to let them know what was going on and she stated that she would try to come by to pick up the check. I never heard from her, but - few weeks later Jason called and left a message saying he fired her that he would come get it. Weeks go by and he never showed up but decided to send me a text message saying he was getting his “legal team” to contact me for not paying and stated that he knows I tried to send him payment a few times. He also stated that I could pay a 2.5% processing fee to pay via credit card on the phone or to hand deliver it to his office. Awful customer service and Jason is Very unprofessional. Be careful doing business with GAME Day Garage doors!!!

Jason with Gameday Garage doors is fast and great to work with! My new garage doors look great.Our bedroom is above the garage and the new motor is so quiet you can hardly hear the doors open. Highly recommend!

They installed my door the owner and his 8 year old son whom be scolded the entire time he agreed to remove and take with him the old track and motor from the second garage door that I had previously enclosed removing the door already my self the track never got removed as told also was told installation would only take a couple hours well took the better part of a full day nearly 6-1/2-7 hours i napped during half woke up to him screaming at the poor child couple months has gone by I called explaining my door is now popping when opening and closing he arranged to come out I asked the owner if he could bring the smallest universal opener he had as I needed one for my motorcycle he got there and had a standard universal which wasn’t very small my father and I working on his Harley the owner never even checked my door he was so “envolved” in the motorcycle work after 1-1/2 hours I was running late to doctors appointment I had to leave my father asked the “owner” if he could follow him to his 83 year old mothers house my grandmother to look at her opener got there he only had to reprogram her remote took all of 5 minutes chargers her $40.00 the drive from my house to hers less than 5 total minutes mind you never looked at my issue while there began to tell my father and grandmother people who take disability are worthless and no good all the while knowing I’m disabled from the military and a car accident then began telling my father all hell hire are convicted felons as they have to have a job or go back to prison they are never late never call in and he sends them into unsuspecting peoples houses unsupervised while he’s off playing motorcycle mechanic very unprofessional and I still need my door looked at!!
