I was at the door at 4:01 and they refused to open the door to let me pick up a book I need for class. It had finally arrived after 2 weeks of waiting. 4:00 is too early to close for people with jobs. And the Oviedo campus is closed or I would have went there since its closer. Do better people.

I love the Fact I can order online and pick it up.

Great experience, no complaints here. Sometimes the wait times are long, however, it depends when you go in. If you go the first day of the semester you can expect to wait long (duh), any other time it’s a breeze, in and out.

Love the college book store. They are always very helpful and will not sell you a book that yu might not need.

The rudest associates I’ve ever experienced. If you’re trying to price match just order it from amazon or barns and noble, because a textbook can be in-stock online, correct isbn, and shipped and sold by amazon or Barnes and noble and they’ll still make up some idiotic excuse as to why they can’t price-match it. They behave as if they don’t won’t to sell unless your buying with their prices. School has its own difficulties don’t let this bookstore be one of them and use your money elsewhere. Plus, you wouldn’t have to deal with their bleak customer service.

Went to the bookstore with a list of exactly what books I needed along with ISBN codes for them. An associate was quick to help me but when I got home and started my online course a week later I came to find out there was no access code in one of the books I purchased, I called back to ask for a code since I did not get one and the young man I talked to on the phone was very rude and told me I could not get a code unless I purchase another book. Very upsetting that I have to spend another $200 to get a code that should have been included the first time.

My visits to SSC book store was not long or complicated at all. I loved the speedy service I received. I ordered a book for my classes.

Bought a math code for a 6 week summer course and did not need it went back to return the code and was told to go sell it on Craigslist there not giving me my money back. These books are already overpriced so for them to keep my money knowing i wouldnt get anything close to what i paid is highway robbery. I also had my receipt. Students are already struggling as it is.

Fairly easy to locate the books youre looking for. Beside the book costs, the other products offered (binders, folders, etc.) are a bit overpriced.

It is not the cheapest but they do habe everything and they help you pick the right books.

Staff is helpful, the demise of paper books leaves me sad......
