If you dont want to go all the way to the mall, this store is perfect for you. I went here in 2nd week of Nov. Just like the Altamonte Mall store, this store is also following the required covid measures. At the entrance they have a small cart with sanitizer spray and shopping bags. Also they limit the store capacity so you have to stand in line outside when they reach there capacity.The lady outside was very cheerful and friendly. She also kept wiping the door handles as people walked in and out. Being a stand alone store...they are quite busy. I went on a Saturday. Not sure how weekdays are. The staff inside was helpful and attentive.Products wise, I like there hand wash and body mists. Japanese Cherry Blossom is my favorite so far. They have some nice and new winter collection. I got gel hand soap from the winter collection.

If you’ve never been here, then come! If you’ve been away for awhile, then come back!Semi-Annual sale starts after Christmas till about 3rd week in January - then again in June!The check out lines move fast. Theres plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

As soon as I walked inHelp was at the door. It felt a little overwhelmed. I didnt feel like I could take my time and look around. The vibe was off to me. The store was small, clean and dimly lit. I dont think I would pick this specific store to shop at.

The experience was overall great! They are doing the absolute best job at keeping people safe and not sorry! When we got there we were told to wait for some people to get out and we were given hand sanitizer. When we got inside we were welcomed very nicely by a worker named Ross! He was very sweet and he made sure that we got everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend! I’m definitely coming back here soon!

Stopped in for a candle sale. Before it was my turn I notice the cashier was super helpful to the customer before me. Cashier offered to help to search their email for coupons and everything. When it was my turn I was barely greeted and the cashier rung up my single wick candles incorrectly causing me to pay regular price instead of 2 for $20. Of course I didn’t notice the error until I was home. Overall I felt rushed during my transaction and discriminated against.

I went with my wife and all the employees we encountered where super nice.

Amazing place to shop for the holiday everything smell so good. I saved so much money. Big sale day in candles and everything else on sale. With coupons and gift cards from friends I only spend $12.50 I brought more than $70 of stuffs

So glad this location has finally reopened!!! Went yesterday for the reopening and was one of the first customers in the store when they opened!!! Oh how I have missed Rachel and her super friendly staff!!!! DAVID was amazing outside keeping things moving nicely! The store was so clean and stocked well. Lots of social distancing and cleaning the register areas after every customer checked out!!! They have a variety of products and always have sales. They are only allowing 13 customers in at a time at this location due to covid. All employees at this location are great. The store is orderly and clean. While in line they offered me a chair to sit (im pregnant) and they were on it by cleaning high touch point areas. Great job at this loaction.

Bath and body has a menstrual collection and guess which loves the noir and bourbon my husband and my teen boys so I went in for the 75% sale and rack up for my men, then I went to Pink/Vs as a loyalty card holder it had some perks and benefits I couldnt pass up on😘

Beautiful place for body cremes, shower gels etc. The only thing I disliked was how quickly they discontinue their products. I say, if you fall in love with one like I did (IN THE SUN), go back immediately & purchase a bunch to last you. I ended up finding mine online & bought as many as I could afford to.

All of the sales associates were great!! They just finished putting out their new fall fragrances so I had so many wonderful scents to choose from.

They are over the top clean in there, which is a good thing!

I walked in & was never greeted. The smells were so crazy overwhelming, you could smell it out to the parking lot. I was unable to buy anything from this store as every scent started to meld together.

Love their sales and Rachel our helper was super sweet. I decided to stop by the 3rd week of their major sale, because the first week looked like an apocalypse was happening lol.

Always has super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Whether Im there looking for something specific or needing help to pick a gift. If they are busy, they still acknowledge you with a smile and a welcome. Great place to shop and I definitely recommend!

Too strong of a smell immediately upon walking in. All of the items being sold are sold in a way that encourages the purchasing of too many items in order to get a discount (i.e. buy 5 candles for $25 when all want is 1 candle).

Best time to go is midweek early morning hours. No lines, no crowds, perfect time to browse and enjoy while deciding on a purchase. Great customer service. Sales and coupons added bonus.

They have a great sale at that body go get it its their new arrival called got the name of it its in a blue and white bottle you cant miss it soon as you come in through the door I think if Im pronouncing it right the whole store right now is buy three items get two free you cant beat that deal at all

I love this place although the prices are astronomical unless you get the special sales along with the coupons thats the only reason I go there the smells are quite overwhelming all in one place so I do get a headache while Im in there but I think they do need to just put a better ventilation system cuz its too many smells at once but other than that great place

This review is for the store located at:280 S State Rd 434, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714This store tried to refuse a return of online purchase with invoice and packing slip, and all products unused, within 30 days of the purchase. They do not even know their own return policy, they turned my husband away and I had to have him go back in ( I was having a biopsy the next day and supposed to stay off my feet) this was unnecessary stress, and wasted time of his, because he had to go back in the store to argue and show them their own policy on the receipt and online it is also clearly stated that you CAN RETURN online merchandise at a store for store credit or CASH as long as you have the receipt (just not original form of payment, for that you have to send in via mail). They still refused, saying they could only give me store credit, for again a return made within 30 days (actually 19 days from date of purchase) made my husband wait for 30+ mins while they called customer service, and then customer service supposedly did a refund to our American Express, I wont know for several days. But after this stores refusal of my very valid return (also I have never returned anything else to Bath and Bodyworks ever!) I will also no longer being doing business with them. No over priced hand soap is worth terrible treatment, piss poor customer service (an I dont know what to tell you, we just dont do returns for anything other than store credit) when following THEIR rules, this store simply did not want a return against them, when it was an online purchase despite their own company policy. Do yourself a favor, if you are going to go into a bath and bodyworks in Altamonte, at least use the one in the mall, perhaps they will treat you better. And i hope their district manager sees this because the flat out refused to get any outside assistance for my store return.#AwfulCustomerService
