Had to replace my husbands phone quick as his broke. Stephanie took such great care of me. Helped me find a phone, used my upgrade, and got me out the door quick. She didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want, didnt try to force me into anything like some other Metros in the area try to do. Will come back to this location soon to upgrade my own phone.
