I went to the store once to change my phone and I liked it so much ! That I always go there Cristina is excellent!

I visited the Metro store in Altamonte Springs on July 8, 2021 at approximately 7:00pm EST and received NO assistance!After calling metro to switch my phone number to a new device, I followed the directions entering my IMEI or serial number as instructed and found out that I needed to turn the old device on as well as restart the new device.Upon restarting the new device, it then asked to insert the SIM card from the old device which is what I needed help with.When I walked into the store after the phone call . Felix, a sales representative with Metro greeted me and ask what I needed help.Clearly, he was too busy on his phone on Instagram and listening to music after I told him the issue.Felix proceeded to tell me that I needed to change the SIM card but that was what I needed help with.Felix provided me a key to which I honestly did not know how to use and said this key can be used.After several attempts of figuring out where to insert the key, Felix responds “oh that’s not where it goes and pointed to the side of the phone” with no offer to help.Felix continued to use his personal device, playing music and what not and I ended up completing the service on my own ( changing SIM card ) .What was the point in explaining him the issue and him not offering to help ?His lack of attention and failure to provide adequate assistance shows that he needs more training or that he did not care.Why is he working here.I’m hoping that future patrons of this Metro store has better experiences.In the future Felix, please give your full attention to your customers, patrons and guests.A 4- year Metro Customer

It has being outstanding experience visiting this store. Ilka has provided an amazing customer experience. Explained throughly all promotions and services they provided. I am very well satisfied. The service here is awesome! The two employees working named IIka and Sabrina went above and beyond to help me set up my new iPhone. Ilka especially stayed after the closing hours to help me make sure everything transferred from my old phone! She was amazing and truly a first rate at technology! Would recommend going to her for all your needs!

My husband is recently blind and wanted to switch to an iPhone since the accessibility is better with them than Android. Crystal and Sabrina were so helpful and friendly. They experimented with some of Siris capabilities on their own phones to demo options, and let him feel the phone cases before he chose one to purchase so he was sure he was getting what he wanted. When we switched to the new phone, it reduced our plan in the system, and Sabrina noticed this and took care of it before finishing the activation to keep us at our unlimited plan. I cant say enough good things about the staff. They made us feel comfortable and took as long as we needed for my husband to get everything the way he wanted it.

Ilka was amazing! She was very friendly and efficient. It was one of the best customer services I have ever received. She was also a very fast worker and she also explained to me all functions that my new phone has.

Ilka was amazing! I walked in to browse phone cases and walked out with a new phone and a new case. She new exactly what I needed and was very kind and patient. She even went the extra mile and made sure everything transferred over and was set. This made my whole day! When she assisted me it was like catching up with an old friend.

Went in looking to switch service, and to get an iPhone. While the one I was wanting was not in stock, I was able to get the iPhone Xr. Ilka told me that they didnt have that one in store but she went out of her way to get me the phone, by traveling to another store to acquire the phone. Before she left, she took care of everything, got my plan set up, transferred my existing number, and was absolutely stellar. It did take a bit for her to return, but you know central florida traffic on a friday!All in all, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely recommend Metro and this store to others. I was at your store today this evening July 1st I asked a gentleman if you could print out something with my name on it showing that I paid 60 a month he said he would as soon as he was done helping a customer. A young lady came out after she was done helping yet another customer I asked her for the same thing she offered nothing but excuses she said that she couldnt print anything out showing that I paid 60 a month I knew that wasnt true because I was in your Kissimmee Florida office and they were nice enough to do it for me I couldnt understand what the problem was you guys work out of the same system Ive been a customer for over 13 years at lately I havent been too happy with Metro PCS customer service definitely considering changing to another company

I went to get a new phone. I arrived around 9:10 am. There was only one rep in the store. She greeted me she let me know she would be with me shortly. The customer she was with was getting new iPhone and they were having a lot of issues. She again told me she would be would be with me shortly she also told me another rep would arrive at 10:00. I am new in town so I did not was to go to another store. The other rep was late arriving at 10:10 he asked what he could do for me. I wanted the new Zte max phone they do Not have the phone. I was very aggravated after waiting so long. I had to go to another store.

Both of the ladies came up to me the first 5-7 in the door and asked me how I was doing and if they can help...I was in and out and the were both helpful, and the were very beautiful on the of that 😉
