Wish I could rate it below a one.. terrible service.Im from NYC and this place still tops the worst sneaker store,store in general.This store defines LAZY.Close early open late ALL the time.The sneakers on the website arent even in store tho it clearly says it is.The store associates, mostly all of them,sloth slow dont wanna be there.Ask for a sneaker size thy act like its a favor to get them from you the Do I have to mentality.Please dont fall for the,we always open on time its just our system they at this everyday.The entire mall would be open except them.Super lazy,super unprofessional..the lowest form of sneaker shopping.

The manager Brittany is rude and seems to run the employees and store how she wants it to be ran. When entering into the store I never receive any kind of service or help from anyone except for the Spanish male employee. None of the women employees acknowledge me when entering the store and they are always rude or disrespectful when inquiring about a shoe. Yesterday, I went in to purchase a shoe and was not helped then was told that I could not purchase the item. Today I went into the store and again the manager refused my purchase. Today an actual employee was trying to help me and she instructed them to not do so, and that she will take of my purchase… no purchase was made as she requested my information on paper illegally.

Do not go there on a day that the manager Brittany is not working because she will make up her on rules. I called corporate and corporate tried calling the store and she we back to answer the phone but to put it on hold so that corporate could not reach her. This is very unprofessional on any standard.

This place always makes us feel welcomed & the staff is always helpful.

I wish I could give negative stars. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. One of the managers Aveont, absolutely lied to me over the phone stating they would hold the sneakers that I won the raffle for and when we arrived she told me they sold out. I drive one and a half hours to get the sneakers. Had I been informed that they would not hold my sneakers that again that I won the raffle for I would not have taken the drive. I usually take my loses well but the lies and disrespect is what lead me to this review. ABSOLUTE TRASH, ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Great customer service!! Rick was awesome. Compared to all other places he was informative and asked questions. I never buy shoes at the mall but my next purchase is here. My cousins from Costa Rica were also very impressed because all other places didnt have good customer service.

This store is nestled in the Altamonte mall. I travel from the UCF area often to pick up items for my son. The sales associates and management are always kind and helpful. They make sure that I am able to retrieve whatever purchases I need for my son. I really appreciate that.

Not impressed with this location at all. I went to Hibbetts to look for soccer cleats. I found some online and it said that this location had the brand and size that I wanted at this location. I went to the location and was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance- no big deal, right?. I was able to find the cleats section, but disappointed they only had 4-5 adult shoes.I went to the cashiers and waited a bit because all employees were talking to each other or playing on their phone (given I was the only customer at this store).Finally, I was asked if I needed something. I asked if they had any more soccer cleats since I only saw 4-5 adult cleats. They said whatever is there is there.Okay fine, I left. I looked at the website again and went back to the store just to double check the cleats. I showed the guy and girl the picture of cleats that I wanted. The guy walked me to the cleats section and showed me the shoe- however, it was in a kids size.I asked if they had an adult size. He checked his system and said no they didnt. at that moment, Something did not feel right, it felt like when he checked, he did not look properly.I left the store and called the store 30 minutes later, just to inquire cause the website says I can buy and pick up at this location today (I know that product availability may not be accurate online). I asked another associate at THIS same location. This guy said that they had the exact pair of soccer cleats that i wanted in my size at this location.I placed my order online and picked up the cleats today at the same location I was told that they did not have adult sizes for this shoe.Horrible customer service, waste of time.

Nice clean big restaurant has round bar. Had lunch of wings and drink. Wings where good.Bartender Leslie never came back and ask how my food was until.I was eating my last wing.Has a sport store inside. Different games.Restrooms where very clean. Much better than Winter Park. Bar area was nice and clean no fruit flys flying around like Winter Park has. Seen them and saw them in a friends drink 4 days ago.Over all Altamonte Resturant / Bar would be going back.
