Great staff nice surround in no hassle no bustle wonderful atmosphere beautifully location very nice manager very generous store always clean and smell free I would recommend any and everyone to go shopping at pac sun in the altamonte springs mall may the good lord bless and keep all of these great workers inside this store.

The workers don’t know what they’re doing doing half of the time, you’d think for a simple job they’d know what to do. They’re the complete definition of clueless. They’re rude and it’s always this location that’s bad. I’ve been to all the Pacsun areas especially in the Florida mall and they’ve been nothing but kind. -1 for this location

I really do not want to give them even one star, they will play with you guys money and money. And after they could not find how to cancel the item, they just shut-down the computer and said you are good to go and after 1 hours I check the my bank account, it charged me price, not cancelled. WORDdo not give me any information but ordinary customer service number and say good luck.Even customer service is keep saying that wait until 3 to 5 business day after they charge the price of what I cancelled.

When is your store ever working. Rewards system down and I come back the next day and return system is down.

As long as there is Brandy Melville and John Galt, I’m sold. But I really dislike the lack of customer service in every Pacsun I’ve been to, this one included. The sales associates do not greet and they don’t help you with a dressing room. You basically go yourself, clean up the mess of clothes yourself, and wait for a long period of time for an empty room. Employees are a bit unenthusiastic.
