In general, my experiences inside this store have always been good. I had an issue with the sizing of something, so I took it back in a few days later to exchange (item still fully unopened, and I had my receipt for the item). While my overall situation was taken care of, I did feel like I was being called out a bit for something that was not my fault. The item rang up differently than what was listed on the product packaging, so I was asking if it was possible to exchange it for the right size/price. As a retail manager myself, I understand that there are some things you need to call into question on returns, however - if I have my receipt dated within the 30 days, have the product completely unopened/unused, and have clear proof that the item was not priced correctly, Im not really sure why there were so many questions regarding my exchange. As stated above, my overall need was met and I was able to get the right size for my item, so I will still give 4 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely love the store. I just wish I could shop them online as well. It would be so cool if they created a app.Since I first shopped here my wardrobe only consist of their shirts. The best shirts I can ever ask for. Thank you.

My favorite store in this mall. I live out of state now and every time I visit family i make it a point to swing by this store. Just wish they were available online!

Absolutely love this store!!! The staff is always welcoming and helpful!! They sell all kinds of cool shirts, hats, jewelry, stickers etc! If your an ocean lover like me I highly recommend stopping in and checking out all the stuff they have to offer!! You won’t be disappointed!!

The customer service at this store is amazing! My wife and I went in to just browse and get me another sticker for my truck and ended up buying my wife an awesome pair of Costa sunglasses that are awesome. We love this store and now that we know its family owned and operated we will definitely keep returning.

Do not shop here as they do not honor their ticketed/ marked price. Saw some bottles marked 29.99 and all had the same price. Manager Mike said an employee must have missed priced the merchandise I had to pay full price. Would honor the price said he didnt have to sell or to us. Never going back there and telling all not to as well. Horrible management and customer service.

Drove 2 hours to this store intending to spend at least $1,000 on Metal Fish 66 sculptures. After 30 minutes of looking at the various options and being ignored by the salespeople, I left with my money, never to return. Management needs to rethink their culture or Amazon will be their demise.
