I ordered an item I wanted for curbside then realized the order said pick up. I called the store to ask if they could bring it out curbside for me. I rarely use curb side but had a sleeping child in the car and also felt not feeling well. They said due to the item being cold medicine they cannot bring it out curbside because of ID purposes. So you can ID someone in a sore but not outside a store? Target does curbside beer and wine and even restaurants and able to ID at the car when Togo beverages were allowed. I understood the policy and even offered to meet him at the front door so I could be within 10 feet of my car so I could keep it on locked and within my eye sight. I would have even met him at the drive through and provided ID. I use this Walgreens since it’s closest to my house but I’ll be moving all prescriptions to another pharmacy. Also CVS does drive thru of these items it can be done

Bathrooms closed. Being cleaned but no one was inside. Legit some of us drive for work and need places to go. Drive down the street to another Walgreens.

Don’t use the pharmacy here unless you just absolutely love sitting around for hours and hours and hours for something as simple as putting a few pills in a bottle. I’m not sure if they exclusively hire people who love to just express their disdain for people who need their prescriptions but I’m done getting burned by this organization. Told to come back at a certain time only to arrive 5 min early and be told that it’s going to be another half hour. After I’ve waited almost 2 hours. It’s unreal why or how they are so bad at their jobs. Clearly no one at Walgreens, specifically this Walgreens cares about customer service, customers time, or anything that a customer may need. Unbelievably poor service. Will go to Walmart before I go back to a Walgreens.
If you want to shop where folks are wearing masks do not go to this Walgreens. I don’t understand why the tape plays about mask wearing but it’s just ignored. The employees wear masks but do not say anything to folks without them. I was there a short time and there were 4 people without masks. If you have a medical condition and think you will be safe at Walgreens, forget it. Use the drive through instead.
Let me update and give a recent review in the past they were slow but as of recent the pharmacy at the window is much better and wait time isnt horrendous. I Love this Walgreens and itll always be my go to.
I love this place. Im not sure why alot of people gave bad reviews. We have been coming to this Walgreens for the past 5 years and I always get WONDERFUL service. They greet me when I walk in and even say hey to our kids. Anytime our boys are sick their prescriptions are ready when we arrive. Plus we earn points and can get cash off items. There is a lady who works up there and I wish I knew her name but she always hooks me up with coupons that I didnt know about. She cares about her customers. I think they all do and that is why I will continue to visit this Walgreens. Keep up the great service 😊😊
Sometimes review don’t truly reflect a business’ true identity, but they do for this one.I don’t even think one can write reviews about a pharmacy, but the store manager here is one of the worst one can find around.Either they were short of employees or they were busy some where else, the manager (who I asked for after the event) sees me waiting and looking for someone to show up at the register for a good 3 minutes, she comes closer and go “are you expecting someone?”. I replied I was just waiting for a cashier, but almost done with my sentence she goes “I guess I can help you”, with you can imagine what tone by now.Debra I believe was her name...
Slow pharmacy. Will literally ignore that youre there waiting and after filling here for over a year am told that the wont fill my prescription. So 6 hours later after having to go back to doctors office to get a printed prescription, since escripts cant be transferred, my whole day has been wasted.
Employees are rude, noone wanted to help us. We also overheard a female manager saying her employees have Carona. We left immediately, and we wont be coming back any time soon.
Sorry to say my shopping @ Walgreens is over. The Longwood location is closer but by the time my husband got finished at the doctor Longwood was closed so he went here being the closest Walgreens open late, as hes done before. He came home fuming. He was treated horribly without reason. I stopped using the pharmacy years ago but have continued to shop here because of great savings & rewards. Also have always liked the store staff. The pharmacy couldve killed me & my daughter due to their mistakes.Now my husband refuses to spend his money here by principal that includes my money.Anyone looking for a fantastic pharmacy try Medicure in Longwood. He truly cares & respects people. He looks out for your health & well being.
Time wasters. Don’t get your flu shot here at the pharmacy. They take forever, and they don’t know how to use their own online reservation system. While you wait, you get to hear them yell out your and others’ protected information. The clinic location was so much better than this.The pharmacist who vaccinated me was excellent! To be fair, I am very hypercritical when it comes to health care. If the office isn’t professional, I don’t want to see the clinician there.
Worst place ever, horrible customers service in pharmacy, waited 6 hours for them to tell us that we needed to go to a different location because they do not have the correct product I do not ever reccomend using the pharmacy, worst help ever, need to re train or re hire entire pharmacy staff. I went to my regular Walgreens to pick up a prescription, only to pull up and see the store was completely empty. I made a phone call to this pharmacy and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I then drove over since I got no where while still on hold. Once I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited another 5 minutes until I was even acknowledged. Once someone finally came over, I was in the middle of explaining my situation and the lady rudely interrupted me telling me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I asked if I can get my prescription here given the circumstance the other store is permanently closed. I was told they don’t have my medicine in stock and never offered an alternative. I asked if maybe there is a generic, since I needed the medication ASAP. I was then told it would be another hour. I’ve never had issues like this at CVS. I seem to always have an issue with Walgreens not having my medication in stock. The customer service is below horrible. I’ll switch my insurance based on never having to deal with Walgreens again.
Omg Do not go to this store, I called to fill my sons prescription and the tech Katy had the worst attitude ever and insisted they did not take my sons insurance when I tried to explain they do she became argumentative and hung up in my face, After calling corporate I then called back to get someone different so I could fill my sons prescription being that I called because he needed it when the tech Zach answered I said hi I’m just calling to fill my sons prescription because the other tech hung up on me he then stated was that the one that u swore at, Oh my gosh I had had it so now your basically accusing me of something I never did and number two why on earth are you discussing other customers in your store so unprofessional I then told him I would be in tomorrow to speak to the store manager and assured they will no longer have a job when corporate reviews the calls and he said even if I come in tomorrow I still won’t be getting a prescription because they don’t accept it and contained to argue I have never in my life been so aggravated and disgusting with such a well known company i have filled a complaint with the bbb and requested they review the calls and someone has to explain why I am being talked about as a customer and why these people behaved this way.

Pharmacy. What a bad and slow service. We were more than an hour waiting for a medicine. We were almost 8 people waiting at the cash register in the same situation. I dont like to complain but we had a bad time.
Billy in photo was more than helpful. This was my 2nd walgreens I went to just because noone could not assist me in getting a picture sized to a 16x20. Billy knew what he was doing and got the picture I wanted sized to a 16x20. Thank you Billy!
Been filing here for over a year. Always slow. Never good customer service, and out of no where the pharmacist Secayna says she wont fill my prescription because she tried to call my doctor and he didnt answer the phone. Ridiculous.
Pharmacy was extremely slow and after waiting an hour they advise they couldnt fill the prescription.... they werent sympathetic and didnt even seem to care.... CVS across the street was far better and faster... dont go to this Walgreens

So, where to start!!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life!! I am 31 yrs old with severe high blood pressure. I recently relocated to Altamonte and sent my first HBP prescription here on 1/23/19. Later that day I received notification that I need a approval from my doctor and it would be faxed to her. On 1/25/19 I contacted Walgreens to follow up on my prescription I spoke with someone by the name of A-relio... he informed me that my asthma pump was ready to pick up- I informed him I was looking for a different medication- he then began to advise me that hadn’t received anything yet?! Well as a pharmacy tech shouldn’t the pharmacy manger or tech be on top of making sure the prescriptions get filled in a timely manner?! Either way I said nothing and said thank you I will follow up with my doctor! He then stated “Ok I’m going to put the pump back then” so I said well why would you but my prescription back? I need that. He said well your not calling on that one so I guess you don’t need it? My response was are you serious why in the hell would you put back my prescription because I called on a different one? I asked if there was a manager there he stated yes and I asked to speak with them he said ok and within a second hung up on me! So, since I’m not old I went to the store to see what gives him the right to treat anyone that way!! He was smiling and nodding his head! The other to gentle men seemed quite off guard concerned and somewhat helpful....but didn’t seem to take it very serious! I am writing this review from my hospital bed as the anger of the level of disrespect I received cause my heart rate and bp to increase nearly double then before I called Walgreens to follow up on my medication!!! I am applauded that such a large corporation allows this type of service!! And to allow this person not only near my medication but others medication seems dangerous! I will continue till I reach the highest person I can for the corporation!!! God bless his soul may Los santos take care of you A-relio
Youd think working in a pharmacy you wouldnt have a phobia of people who are Ill, especially the common cold. We had one of the most embarrassing experiences here when the clerk was too disgusted to assist us since we had a cold.

Pharmacy cannot seem to get their act together; ExTremely slow service every time I stop in. Always someone new who doesnt seem to know what theyre doing... Expect to wait at least 25 to 35 minutes TO DROP OFF A PRESCRIPTION..! I hate this place, but its the closest one to me... uggh! Walgreens - PLEASE help this location!!! Your nation brand isnt represented as accurately as I assume you would prefer.

The women at the front register did nothing but talk with the women in front of me about her kids sucking and biting on her tatas when she had them... didnt care one bit that I was standing there. Time to switch to CVS across the street. So sad, I used to love this store.
The ONLY reason Im even giving this store pharmacy 2 stars is because after waiting on hold for 20 mins I was finally able to speak with Zack who is the pharmacy technician and he fixed the problem immediately with a good attitude. I have problems every time I use this pharmacy which is 4 times a month. They either cant figure out how my discount card is used (even though its right there on the damn card) or they are extremely rude. There has not been one time that Ive called where they didnt put me on hold for at least 15 mins. The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because its closest to my house and the next one is at least 15 mins farther away. And from what Ive read on these reviews everyone is having the same problems with this pharmacy which is ridiculous, youd think they would care enough to try and fix this with that many people complaining.
Very rude... said i was a week early picking up wifes medications. but when her medications are moved around and changed had to go through the most lengthy process just to drop off the prescription for a new medication

Wish I could give the Pharmacy ZERO stars! The new Pharmacist that started there a few months ago is the most condescending, sarcastic, disrespectful and unprofessional person Ive ever encountered there or anywhere. She seems to have a power trip and has no respect for loyal Walgreens customers. I would NOT recommend anyone spend any money at this location until they clean house in the Pharmacy staff. I wish I remembered her name but shes the only afr.am. female Pharmacist there. The most disgusting attitude combined with violating my privacy PLUS shorting my Rx amount of pills, this Walgreens has turned into a disgrace. After being a faithful customer for several years I now regret every dollar Ive spent there. The worst part is, the store Manager and Walgreens Corp. allow their Pharmacists an obscene amount of power and control and they are not held accountable for their mistreatment of customers, no matter how egregious!

They are the slowest ever, inside and drive through. I recently filled a prescription and instead of telling me they didn’t have my brand they gave me something else and I didn’t know till the next day when I opened it
All of the staff have regularly gone out of their way to help me with any problems or complications that come up with my prescriptions. This, despite it being a very busy location.

Dont call this Walgreens Pharmacy department. They will be rude to you. They will put you on hold for 10-15 minutes, and then they will hang up on you while you are on hold. I dont know what backwoods community college Walgreens found these people in- but they suck at customer service.
