The level of professionalism shown from the beginning having our interest as a family as the only priority is the most gratifying experience we have ever had. When we tried to explained what we wanted to accomplish, Doug stepped in with his expertise. He helped us accomplished all what we wanted and safe us money with a great design. He kept us well informed through the process. Delays due to COVID and the supply chain issues were dealt promptly. We are looking forward to our next home upgrade. I have been building homes since 2003. I’ve definitely used many different companies that all have their good points. No one has come remotely close to this company. As a two time builder of the year I can say hands down that this is Company cares about what they do and who they do it for and my happy homeowners surveys show it. Even in this current crazy backed up market for orders they continue to make their cabinets and hit their dates with ridiculously great quality. Creative Kitchen Designs did a great job upgrading our kitchen cabinets. Doug helped me redesign our layout making the kitchen much more efficient and modern. It was a great value to upgrade our home! The installation crew went the extra mile to make a professional and clean look.

I was blown away with the professionalism, craftsmanship and overall experience with Creative Kitchen Designs. They exceeded all my expectations and would highly recommend them.

I’ve never left a negative review but Doug and his crew more than earned it. We had new construction kitchen cabinets installed with defective mechanisms, drawers, warped or bowed cabinets. Now, emails go unanswered and they will not correct or warranty the problems on this new install. For 30k, you would expect some quality, professionalism, responsiveness, or punctuality. Regrettably, you will not get that. The showroom was nice and the receptionist was pleasant but it ends there. Don’t make the mistake we did.

I first met Doug 9 years ago - he was a referral by his assistant Darlene - who was a trusted employee of my husbands family owned private home builders business prior to the sale of their company. We purchased a home in Winter Park - and that needed a complete remodel. He was able to take the area that was dedicated to the kitchen and helped me design an incredible kitchen!!!!!! Very contemporary - and now 9 years later - there is nothing I would change. The cabinets look brand new - there has been no maintenance or repairs necessary. Last year - I wanted a custom built in dresser in my master bedroom - again - an incredible job. I highly recommend Creative Kitchen Designs
