Very disappointed in the installation of doors and follow up service. I have damaged flooring and very slow follow up. They need to fix service before any else. Very disappointed. We spent $40,000. with them.

This company installed my windows and they left me with the window lift broken. I have emailed for services issues about two times already in regards to the situation and I have not heard back from anyone in 2 weeks.Pls dont tell me call to your office again . Solve the problem pls

Completely wasted my time today. I set up a measurement and estimate consultation at a clients home. Sales representative came and refused to do service(taking measurements) because he was unable to sell his pitch directly to client. Wasted my time, my clients time, and his own. I dont plan to call back when client is available.

I placed my 1/3 deposit on 8/31/2020, i had 43 windows in my order and many of them are oversized. When we decided to go with new south it was because we liked the fact they are a Florida business and were designed for the harsh Florida climate. When we made the deposit one of the 1st things we asked about was how long the lead time would be for the install. He said standard time frames would be 6-8 weeks but Covid pushed that out to 8-12 so to be safe they are quoting 16-17 weeks. After 2 months with 0 contact initiated from New south i reached out for information and was sent to Justin Shaw and was told the install would be in 5-7 weeks.That would have put the install between the 1st and 3rd week of December. At that time i was asked to make the second payment . When i made the 2nd payment i asked to be updated more frequently about the progress of the windows, that never happened. I started calling once a week for updates as i had to do alot of prep work to be ready for the window installation. Take down curtains, rolling shades, coordinate moving of furniture and so on in every room of the house. We were also trying to figure out a time frame because we didnt want it affecting Christmas decorating, and having our children visit for the holidays. We have a very young grandson who was just learning to crawl at that time. On NOVEMBER 27th i reached out as normal for an update and was told it would be 7 more weeks before installation. When i gave Angela the information i had received from Justin, she told me only 10 weeks of time had passed and that was right on time. I had to then point out on a calendar that on 11/30/20 13 weeks would have elapsed, not 10. I was then told on December 10th that there was mishap in the factory with our order. and some of the windows were broken. For the life of me i cant see how glass getting broken in a window factory holds up your order, unless they move the broken windows to the end of the line to be remade. Installation did not start until January 6th. I say start because as of 4/10/21 it still is not complete. What is worse is after the order was completed they somehow broke 1 of the windows. The last window did not get installed until the end of February. When the Windows were originally installed in January the screens for 22 windows were damaged because they were bulk packed in a box and a tool was thrown through the box and many were missing entirely so i now had new windows and could not even open them and use them without getting bugs in my house. When i inquired when the screens would be put in they put me on the schedule for several weeks out. When they did finally send a technician out he was not given all the information that he needed or enough material to complete the job. We were supposed to have reinforced full screens on all of the double hung windows to keep them from becoming hourglass shaped and none of them were shipped with them so all of the large screens let bugs in. Today the technician returned to install the reinforced screens and upon arrival he realized they shipped them without the center reinforcement so i still do not have the correct screens. The original installation was also a mess. The installer and his son brought only a few tarps did a very poor job of cleaning up and even threw trim with nails in it on one of our beds and a lamp. They created a huge mess outside my home and only cleaned up on the last day. When they did finally clean up they left a mess everywhere in the yard and had put trash all over our furniture and left nails on the floor where our newly crawling grandson could have eaten them. We paid for the hurricane rated frames on the 1st floor due to the size and the installer cut most of them wrong and covered them up with a peel and stick trim that would have left the windows susceptible to water intrusion. Still dont know how they will make this right. At this point the installation has gone on for over 4 months and still no inspection. From my deposit to now it has been 8 months.

Great product, poor installation personnel that needs training, repair personnel done a great job correcting my installation mess ups. but slow to respond with scheduling.

Attempted to get an ESTIMATE for 8 windows and a sliding glass door. They wanted both responsible parties to be at the house to provide an ESTIMATE so contracts could be signed. Well, its just an ESTIMATE. No Contracts needed for an ESTIMATE.Is this a pressure sales tactic?Why is this needed for an ESTIMATE?I should be able to provide the size of the windows and get an estimate that is within 10% of the total cost. These are standard dimension windows!You are JOKING RIGHT?

Excellent quality. Installtion of 9 windows and 1 sliding glass door was done quickly and professionally. Followup call 2 wks after install was done and trim pieces installed. Last month I saved 15% on my power bill. Im very happy with my decision.

I haven’t even received my windows yet. I had a scheduled appointment for 8 a.m and it’s 11a.m. No call from company. I called and spoke to Loretta. Once we got past the fact that someone misspelled my last name ( I had to spell my name, give address, phone number and tell her I purchased my home 25 yrs ago ) we were able to discuss the scheduled appointment. Yes I did have an appointment and yes they were late. I asked if they were coming. I was told yes. I asked if she could narrow down when they would show up, she simply said NO. I asked to speak to someone else because I wasn’t getting anywhere with this person. Loretta said NO and hung up on me.I’ve yet to have anyone from New South Windows arrive even close to the scheduled appointment. The original work order was written incorrectly so I had to resign paperwork because of their screw up. Even scheduling the appointment for installation, which they haven’t bothered to show for, took three phone calls and FOUR days for a return call. If their product is anything like the employees I’ve dealt with to date I have completely wasted six thousand dollars. Edit. Finally showed up early afternoon with windows they ordered incorrectly. We now have to wait another 14-16 weeks. For some reason no one in this company EVER apologizes. Everything is someone else’s fault. I feel as if I’m dealing with children, a simple I’m sorry, we were wrong goes a long way. As a company they are a huge frustration.

The installers were very professional and did a great job! Axel came back to repair a window screen and made sure all screens were ok before leaving. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job on the screen repairs.

On September 16, 2021, New South installed 13 windows in our home. The installer was wearing a toolbelt and scuffed up the walls under 8 of the 13 windows. This was damage that could have easily been avoided. The window screens do not slide or close properly due to burrs in the window tracks. Screens are short in the frames and not properly secured by the splines creating a hole in the screens. After 3 weeks, and with no return calls from New South, it became necessary to call in our own inspection with the city. Lesson to be learned, do not make the final payment on your window installation until you are completely satisfied.

Quality of the windows are great however the customer service is TERRIBLE. Had an appointment to find out later on that same day, the appointment would need to be cancel due the person coming was on vacation. Called to confirm that someone was coming today which per their voicemail message they were coming. However, the front desk had to tell me “let me call you back”. Do people over there not know the scheduling of appointments? Worst of all, they do not provide a time when they are to arrived. Best not make any plans or take a full day off from work because they will keep you waiting. Never using them again!!!

I had 9 impact windows put in by New South. They look nice, but still having a little trouble with the tilt out levers. Should I call them? Why bother, once they have your money they dont want to know you. Also recommended them to a friend . Her windows failed inspection and all New South wants to do is replace the sticker. I dont think thats how it should work. Stay away from New South. They give you a good speech, but once money changes hands they dont know who you are. Oh, and the representative who sold the windows told me and my friend, call him anytime if you have a problem. Now we are being told he doesnt want to get in the middle, dah, isnt that his job ?????? So I would tell you to run as fast as you can to another company.

Working with NewSouth has been a terrible experience. I signed a contract to have twelve windows in my home replaced on 5-26-2020 but they were not installed until 12-23-2020. One of my primary reason for dealing with NewSouth is because they make it sound like I would only have to deal with them since they manufacture the windows. However, during that 7 month waiting period I had to initiate calls requesting status of our order and when I got a response it was usually stated that the production people were waiting on the glass. At times I would be told that they received the glass but it was defective and we would go into another waiting period. Finally, on December 23, 2020 the installers began their work. I was very pleased with the installation and the team. However, two of the large windows needed to be replaced and once again I had to call and request status on those two windows. As of today, I am being told that production is still waiting on the replacement glass.I understand that during this pandemic period everyone is experiencing delays, but that certainly should not override customer service providing updates without my having to call requesting updates.I cannot recommend this company to others because of their total lack of customer service.UPDATE: As of July 9, 2021 New South sent out replacement windows that were either scratched or incorrectly sized which means another waiting period. They just cannot get it right.

Company has a great product, very high quality from what we have seen so far. However, their service and follow up and through are what made my rating fall.First, it took 5 months for me to get my windows and doors and only had updates from the company when I followed up with them. Then, when they were installed, it took them 3 weeks to get them inspected. When the City inspector came out, he did not approve the job because they were missing the needed photos. I then contacted the office who would forward me to the service department who would never answer or return my calls on what would be done to satisfy the inspector. It unfortunately took me emailing the President (Earl Rahn) of the company to get the service department to take action. Even after contacting Mr. Rahn, it took them another 3 weeks to get me the pictures (they sent me the wrong ones initially) and an inspector back out.We then passed the inspection and all New South Window had to do was send a crew out to finalize the project by putting the caps and covers they left off for the inspector, back on and then remove the stickers (had to be left on for the inspector) and clean the windows. This took an additional 2 weeks. Then when the crew came out for this final leg, it was one person who removed the stickers but only halfway cleaned the windows.So, final recap....great product, terrible service and if you do not mind waiting 7 months for the entire process (and 2 months of living with stickers on your windows), this is the company for you. Love the product, wont buy from them again!

I contracted this business around October 2020, to replace all of the windows in my house and my slider door. They installed all but two windows on March 1st because they were the wrong size. The installers were professional and did the best they could. I was told it would take another six weeks for the job to be completed. It’s is now the end of May (12 weeks) and there is no end in sight. I have to call every time for and update, sometimes leaving messages with their call center. I am told someone wouldCall me back which doesn’t happen unless I continue calling. There seems to be a lack of customer service with them after receiving my deposit for the job.I do like the quality of the windows, but I doubt I would ever recommend them to anyone after this experience.

I placed an order for custom 8 ft doors from New South, specifically because I could get exactly what I wanted since they supposedly manufactured the doors, in February 2021. All was great until the doors showed up at my house 10 weeks later and they are the wrong size. I ordered 8 ft full glass doors with blinds in the windows and they sent 6 doors to my house to install. Needless to say, those doors were returned and I was assured doors would be back out in a few days once they were located. Its now been 5 weeks, received 1 phone call to tell me they are now on backorder until September and thats it. I can not get anyone to explain to me anything other than sorry, its now September. Whoever answers the phone is super rude and should not be in customer service.If I do not hear from someone within the next week, Ill report to the State of Florida and sue to get back my deposit of $2600.This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with and by the way, Im a real estate broker who is ALWAYS referring out window and door companies. Highly disappointed and disgusted with this company at the present.

Fantastic Product and excellent communication. I read the reviews and found that this was a very reliable company. We had 23 windows installed, and the crew was amazing. They used drop clothes, were very clean. Our windows were customer manufactured by NewSouth Window, the factory salesman showed us samples, went through what to expect, and the office keep us updated on our order consistently. We met the production manager before install and he reviewed all work to be done, which made us feel very confident. We like that these windows are made in Florida specifically for Florida homes. I think its easy for people to complain these days, but this company was fantastic to us and I couldnt say enough good things about them. Our house feels more comfortable, and quieter. Not to mention safer! Thank you

If you are that busy stop taking new orders. A 5-6 month wait for very expensive windows . I really needed some new windows sooner. The dates just keep getting pushed back and pushed back. I have an infant in a room with windows that lets all the heat in. When I signed the contract I could not express to the salesman how important it was to get these windows in before it gets hot. Working with New South Windows has truly been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I honestly consider myself lucky that we did get doors installed within a year of ordering (though it was 2 months after when we were scheduled for installation).Save your sanity and do not buy with this company. They will not call you, period. You will have to harass them for every little thing. Once they finished making the doors we called basically every day for 2 weeks to just get a time scheduled for installation. I was assured installation would take about 5 hours (9am-2pm). Workers arrived one hour after our scheduled time and left around 7:30pm...I had to miss a performance that I had purchased tickets to because I was so desperate for them to finish and knowing that scheduling another day would be impossible.After finishing the doors they left several pieces off so that inspectors could see screws and what not, but left no instructions on what to do after inspection. Are we supposed to call for another appointment? Install those pieces ourselves?? No idea!!!I called again, they have to schedule yet another time to have them come back for those pieces...they’ll call back “tonight or tomorrow”...flash forward one week “we’ll call back in 10 minutes”... I am currently writing this at 40 minutes later and desperate for this nightmare to end.

BUYER BEWARE!!I do NOT recommend New South based on a horrible experience, lack of follow-up, and insulting resolution.I selected New South to replace 7 windows, sliding glass doors and French doors. HUGE project. We selected them because we were told of the custom/quality of windows as well as all the workers were New South employees, not subcontracted work. Turns out we were deceived. The windows were supposed to be installed in March but that didn’t happen until the end of April. The workers were subcontractors. Two guys, one didn’t even speak English making it very difficult to communicate my needs. They’d guys left my house a MESS!The sliding glass door was not the correct measurement and he cut my drywall and framing less than a foot away from my microfiber sofa with NO Covering. Dust was Everywhere!!! Then to make matters worse, they dropped a window in my living room sending glass on pool deck and literally throughout the home. I even found glass in bath mats as well as the side of the toilet. With a small dog, glass is UNACCEPTABLE. They broke 2 glass frames and didn’t even complete the job well.Upon my first complaint they sent Robert Stone to adjust things a couple days later. He cleaned up dangerous debris left throughout the back and front yard, Took off stickers, fixed some incorrect inserted screws, cleaned the windows.I cleaned my house for hours (almost 2000 sq ft sweeping glass, wiping glass tables,sectional sofa), drained/cleaned my pool. After that I spoke to the manager Randy Hyneman . He said we “fixed” the issues right... I said yes after I cleaned up already. He refused to offer me compensation for the cleaning and damage. Sales guy, Rick Haas, said he would take care of it, (he didn’t) and weeks later and multiple follow up calls, they said take this $100 gift card and that’s that.Do NOT use there service if you do not want to clean up your house for hours. They used subcontractors that did not take care of my property. This was not worth the $15k spent. Use another company. (yelp review has pictures)**UPDATE** Sending me a $100 gift card was not enough to clean my house nor drain and refill my pool. We are not rude so the interaction will be pleasant, however your company did absolutely NOTHING to correct the issues immediately. I picked glass out of my chihuahuas paws from walking in the house. You had a lack of quality and care by simply saying take this $100 or leave it. Your company lacks customer service and actual skill to do a job correctly the FIRST time.. You said it yourself, you had to send a lead technician to correct the issues... So again, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Our sales guy, was asked specifically how much of a mess there would be to clean up. He said most of the cutting would be done from the outside and we would not have much of a mess at all since they would be cleaning up as they go. This is NOT TRUE. Even though we taped painter’s plastic around each window and put drop cloths down on all the floors, the entire interior of our home had to be dusted and vacuumed several times to remove all the dust that went everywhere because they were cutting inside the house as well as out. The installers were very nice people and did quality work, but they didn’t even try to minimize the mess they made.After the windows were installed and the inspection scheduled, we learned from the inspector, that we failed. It turns out that photographs of the window bucks were woefully lacking information. Three windows (one of each style of window we purchased) had to be taken out, properly photographed and re-installed. We then prayed that the city would accept these photos and we’d pass the 2nd inspection. Thank fully, we did. We then had the pleasure of getting to clean our house a 2nd time – sort of.The technician who came to take care of the punch list we submitted did a less than adequate job of cleaning the glass, removing residual glue and generally cleaning up the mess made by the installers that was outside our home. We ended up having to hire a professional home cleaner to get the windows clean.One of the windows installed was defective. A new sash was not immediately available it took 9 weeks after the completion of the install to get a replacement sash that would operate correctly. Thankfully, the inspector did not inspect this window.The full time line:Order and down payment: June 2020Installation: November 2020Everything made right: January 2021Communication within the NewSouth organization seems to be very poor. We know they do not communicate with customers very well. In the end, we are very happy with our new impact-glass windows. It’s a shame that the truth about what to expect could not have been clearly communicated.Too bad I cant rate product quality and customer service separately. 5 stars for product quality. 1 star for customer service.

I owned a few glass companies and in business for over 20 years and was trying to start buying custom windows from this place But apparently they don’t want to sell. Horrible customer service ! The owner or mananger of this business have to give a better training for people that answer the calls.

By far the best window company out there! We ordered 27 new windows last June 2020. Covid delayed our installation until January 2021 which was fine. Be patient and you WILL get the best, most energy efficient, storm proof windows out there. The staff was professional and always returned my calls and answered any questions we had. Chris the installer and crew did a great job installing all 27 windows in a day and a half! They were prompt, friendly, courteous and Cleaned up nicely. The new windows are amazing! Super energy efficient and QUIET! We can no longer hear the traffic outside which is such an unexpected blessing! We also noticed our energy bill went down dramatically the first month! One of the windows did have a scratch but they immediately ordered a replacement and will be replacing it ASAP. Robert did an great job coming back a few weeks later to clean, remove chalk residue and fix a broken screen! He worked all day by himself and did an amazing job! He was polite, professional and paid great attention to detail! We would highly recommend this company! We no longer have to spend two days putting up Storm windows during hurricane season! Thank you New South windows, we are beyond thrilled with our new, beautiful energy efficient, storm proof windows. We have NEVER been happier with a vendor! They were extremely friendly, not only on time, but early, cleaned up any messes, bent over backwards to help us with anything we asked for, did an incredible job, Windows look so very good. I cannot think of one thing to complain about. The initial estimate visit was very interesting, engaging, informative, and such a nice and gentleman; we were extremely impressed with ALL aspects of this company. Even though the pricing was a bit more than expected, it was worth every penny!

Ive been dealing with this company for over a year in getting impact window installed. Please refrain from using this company, they are incompetent, lack customer service, not reliable and lack communication. Im soooo, soooo frustrated with company and just want to get rid of them finally. I took off two days for inspection and no one showed up, so I called and now they want to apologize for not reaching to reschedule appt. Why does the customer have to call to get information on schedule/work??? Just note you will have to call and follow-up on everything they claim they say they going to do..

We ordered nine replacement windows for our home and everyone we were in contact with from the salesman to the installers were professional and friendly. There was a delay due to Covid but they kept us informed along the way. We did have some issues after installation with some water intrusion and eventually had to replace one of the new windows. New South stepped up and honored their warranty and installed a replacement window for us. I have more windows that eventually will need to be replaced and I wouldnt hesitate in using New South Windows to install them.

It’s been five months and the job is still not done! A window was cracked during installation so they won’t finish the inspection until that window has been fixed. Five months! This is ridiculous. Multiple calls and all we get is the runaround. Cannot recommend this company at all!

Very Professional Staff and high quality product. From sales to installation - highly recommended. When a minor issue arose, the GM personally called daily and walked me through complete resolution. The installation Team were of the highest caliber and need to be recognized formally.

I called they told me to go to the show room. I went to the showroom gave them my information Of what I needed And my contact information after 3 weeks still no response. Even if I had Spam mail from them that would be something, But no nothing at all.

We researched a few companies that we received feedback from friends/relatives. One company the sales person never called us back. One company we didnt even bother to check since we heard the install was a bit less than desired. We checked New South and another leading company and felt the product was better and the sales person knew the product very well. He showed us the windows, went over the options with us and helped provide guidance. He came to the house during install to ensure everything was going well. The installers did a great job with out windows. Our house is made of concrete and stucco so it was a bit of a beast! We are very happy with our windows and thank Brad who was our sales person and Mike and his colleague handled the install. Thank you New South Windows!

New South Window Solutions is excellent for window and door replacement! We are first-time homeowners, and we replaced all our old spring-loaded windows and our sliding glass door. The material is quality and will withstand strong Florida winds. The craftsmanship is superb! These windows are made to last. Same for the installation. They arrived on time and got everything installed in one day! I highly recommend this company!

The sales person after we purchased was non responsive.We waited for 25 weeks!! AND ONLY GETTONG A PATIAL INSTALL!!They kept saying oh they will be done next week!!We called to confirm our installation date and time the receptionist was extremely rude and said she would call back, never did.The windows are horrible with scratches caulking issues and so much more!!We asked for insulated frames, we didnt get them, you can easily talk to someone outside of the window!!

We originally had windows installed in our home in 2015. Over the years the seals started to fail, and after callling New South they were quick to have a technician come to our home to inspect the windows. When the company advertises that their windows have a lifetime warranty, you can believe they will honor their warranty! This week they replaced all but one of our windows. Ed arrived wearing a mask, and wore booties over his shoes. He was pleasant and efficient. Randy, who originally sold us the windows, still works for New South. Hes always been pleasant, as well as the other employees Ive spoken with on the phone. We highly recommend New South!

After the decision of New South Windows installation, my wife and I the quality and value of the product after the excellent home demonstration.The tech arrived to measure all the windows and doors. After manufacture,the installation team arrived and installed the product. We were amazed at the punctuality of this team. They worked until all the windows and doors were installed, and sealed.They had a few minor repairs, and made a list of things that needed further manufacturing. After they received the items, the tech repaired or replaced them. We were very pleased with the overall professionalism of all the people involved, the Responsiveness, and complete installation.EXCELLENT JOB :)

The entire process was good. We had an issue and it was taken care of immediately....by the president of the company no less!. Had nothing to do with installation...the men who came to install were polite, and respectful. They showed me the wood after they took out the old windows and explained how the new ones worked. Locking automatically and how to tilt to clean. And showed me how to take out the screen in the garage if we want to put a window air conditioner out there. We will be using them again for the rest of our windows. I highly, very highly recommend them!

Very happy w the installation team. Mike and his partner were here on time both days and only stopped working to take there lunch and back at it again. The doors work better than the original 8 year old builder grade ever did. The old ones were never right from the builder even after having the doors adjusted six times in two years. Mike and his partner got the doors in Solid and they work great. The crew worked tirelessly for 2 solid days to make everything look great. Very impressed. We got the best install crew I’m certain. They answered questions as they went along and gave a completion tutorial and what to expect next from New South before leaving.On the only down note we have; Although we decided to go w the same setup of French doors in both the up stairs Porch balcony And the lanai downstairs, we were wanting to increase the view of our pool area and lake view w bigger glass in the French doors, however when the doors arrived the glass in each panel was disappointingly the same size as the glass panels in the old doors. What had changed was the door panel allowing a bigger view w the doors fully opened, but that was not what we were trying to achieve. We went w smaller side panels to give us the bigger door panels which we thought would give us more glass, however we gained more wood on the door. Had we known the trade off we would have gone w a different Style door altogether. Other than that the doors look great and are a much better quality than what was originally there.

Exceeded expectations and outstanding installation team.

Back in March we had New South Window Solutions come to the condo we own to replace the windows. Romeo did a great presentation and were impressed by the quality of the samples we saw so we ordered a full window replacement. Romeo kept in touch while we waited for our turn for New South Window to build and install our windows. This took a little longer than I expected but on Monday 7/13 received a call the windows were done and the install could start the next day. The installers installed 5 windows in the back of the unit on Tuesday 7/14 and the last 5 on Wednesday 7/15. The installers took great care not to damage or disrupt anything around and did a quality job not only with the windows but also cleaning up. If you are looking for windows New South Window Solution should be on the top of you list!

We had researched various windows and New South came through, met all expectations and our house has been cooler since the install. The installation was quick and the installers were knowledgeable and professional they did a great job and were finished with 7 windows in just over 4 hours! We are more than satisfied with the new windows

Just had new windows and doors installed and they look great. It is amazing to hear(or not hear) the difference when windows are open and closed. Noise reduction is great! We are looking forward to see what this does for our electric bill, but it seems I can already see a difference in how long the AC runs.

A bit more communication throughout the process would have made this smoother. I had to call too many times to be informed on status with limited to no response. Technicians were great did good work. Great deal on the windows and I love the new look. Hopefully it will be a smoother ride with our sliding doors.

Personally, my wife and I met with four companies. We did our research and decided to go with NewSouth Windows. The ladies that answered the phone were very friendly, the sales rep, Michael, was informative and made us feel very comfortable. We received a thank you call, met with their field manager, Dan, before ordering and a follow up call when the order was confirmed. We were really pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail. The windows were manufactured and installed, and the crew used drop clothes, cleaned up and was really better than we expected. It was a very nice experience. We LOVE the windows, and the front door. Our home looks beautiful and seems quieter, more comfortable and it soooo nice to have windows that function so well. Ty to the whole team and Marandy, for the great communication.

We really like our new windows. Outside noise has been reduced drastically. Inside temperature is stable and have notice the heater/AC not running constantly. Service was outstanding. Install crew knowledgeable. They were here when promised. A really good experience.

This has been the most frustrating experience with a vendor. We placed our order on April 20th with a contracted date of 12–14 works. We are now at week 19 with absolutely no updates of the status of our windows or when they would potentially be installed. I call weekly for updates and am told the same thing, no updates. Was promised to be called back with updates, no one ever calls. This has been the most unprofessional, unorganized organization I have ever worked with. I would not recommend.Update: my last name is Valencic please look up my order placed on 4.20.

It has been approximately 21 weeks on an installation contract that stated it would take between 14 and 16 weeks (approximately). NO updates are givien to the consumer unles one calls, then the standard answer of we are waiting on the window with the rounded top from the factory it will be done next week. this has been going on for a couple of weeks. then they will convince you that we contacted a manager and he will be in touch with you as soon as posible. It has been a week and I am still waiting, todays answer was I just spoke to the production line and your windows are ready, So I Asked they will be installed next week and the lady says elt me call a supervisor to get a better grasp of the situation she proceeds to tell me that she could not get a hold of the manager becaus production was sut down(which one is it) it cannot be sut down and working at the same time. I was supposed to travel the first week of Feb, but cannot go overseas until they finish the job. Or maybe refund me my DOWN PAYMENT. Im sure they can hire competent personnel to run logistics and competent personnel that can cut glass come on people its not brain surgery .

The installation crew was courteous, helpful and professional and left absolutely no mess!! The windows are superb and I can already tell the difference in the inside temperature. So much cooler!! The windows made my house look so much better!! Best investment I have made!!!

I do NOT recommend New South to the worst of my enemies!Horrible experience, terrible communication and lots of gimmicks. We replaced 9 windows around the house, and for us New South wasnt the cheapest option rather on the mid-high end of the four quotes we got. We picked them cuz we strongly believe in supporting local companies!First thing, early communication was terrible. The guy who came out for the final measurement gave us a different timeline than the previous guys, then as we waited for the windows, the installation was pushed back and every time I called they gave us random invalid excuses like having factory delays on oval window which we didnt have at all!Worst part of it all were the installers. One of the two was very inexperienced, managed to shatter one large window inside the house, did a terrible job cleaning up. We found glass pieces EVERYWHERE afterwards! With a 2 yo around the house that was unacceptable. They had to cut out around some of the windows cuz house is brick/stucco and made a HUGE mess, took no measure in directing the dust outside, no tarps, nothing. I mean thick layer of dust everywhere after they left. this is despite them telling us that the installation will be clean and insisting the they will completely clean up afterwards. Now, comes the best part! To install on of the windows, they cut out piece of the bottom of the frame, their own custom window frame! see the pictures and be the judge! I mean who cuts out a visible part of a brand new window?!We were told we had to replace the sidings on the bay windows, no complains there as we knew the area was rotted and we had agreed to pay for such things in advance. But given all the other circumstances, Im having a hard time trusting the siding was as bad as they claimed. My handyman showed me nails that were screwed in air just because there was no siding!Besides all these, most windows are super hard to lock/unlock, one factory-made screen has a large tear along the edge, one pops up 3 inches as soon as you unlock the window. one lock is so tight that it has already chipped off the paint after few operations, one window doesnt close enough to even be locked.Theyre sending someone out to finish up the job and take care of the issues. Ill post an update once its done.

After having New South Windows replace my front door and two adjacent windows in my older ranch style home last year, I rehired them to replace the remaining fourteen with beautiful, energy efficient ones. This installation also initially seemed to go smoothly except the building inspector failed it because the installers did not drill enough fastening screws in thirteen windows to secure them as to their documented specifications. New South Windows promptly responded by sending a technician the next day to add the additional fastening hardware and hopefully this time will pass the re-inspection.. I really do love the improved functionality and beauty of my new windows with tan frames that match the house paint. Overall, I am happy with my new windows and wish I could give the company five stars instead of four but they are still recommended by this repeat customer.

We ordered five replacement windows on June 2, 2020. We were told there would be a 12 to 16 week wait. We agreed. At 12 weeks we called to check the progress. They could not give us a definite answer. At the 16 week time period we requested just one window be installed to allow us to finish a remodeling project in our home. No one was interested in doing that. We have since spoken to our salesperson (who suggested we talk to Fred in the factory who was unavailable for us to speak with), the office manager and someone in production. No one can give us a definite answer. We have now been waiting five months ( 22 weeks) with no end in sight. To say we are disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.

The installers were polite and efficient. They asked for my opinion whenever applicable and explained what they were doing and why whenever I asked. The cleanup was good. The doors are very well made and I noticed a difference right away in sound reduction.

Bumper-to-bumper, the experience was great; installation of sliding doors went off without a hitch. Landy and Carlos were extremely professional, respectful of our home. All in all, very pleased.

Took awhile to get two windows with arches and four panel sliding glass doors, but understandable to the latest pandemic. Installation was to be done in one day but took half the next to do the doors. Windows and doors are made of good quality material as advertised. With the temp outside 100+ the inside was 88 and cool to the touch, old windows would have burned you. Price is higher, but worth it for quality and made in Florida for the Florida climate. Still waiting for the final inspection to clear up a few minor issues. Overall would recommend using NewSouth Windows.

Purchased 8 impact windows, impact front door and impact slider. LOVE them! The installers, Victor, Vic Jr, Jasmine and James were awesome and professional. Took them less than a day and even though it rained on and off they never stopped until last window installed. Highly recommend NewSouth Windows and also this install team. Thank you all.

Expensive windows with cheap service.

New South Windows replaced all widows and doors with hurricane impact glass and did an excellent quality professional installation. All went according to schedule and being an occupied home installers were very considerate, respectful, and informative of daily work with meticulous cleanup. Window and door construction is far superior to other window and door systems we researched and your purchase is factory direct saving consumer inflated middleman costs. We are very pleased and highly recommend contracting New South. From estimate to final code inspection New South kept us thoroughly informed and asked of any deficiencies. A quality job well done.

New South Windows are awesome!! We purchased horizontal sliding options instead of traditional window over window style. The are like sliding glass doors! Super quiet, we don’t hear any outside noises, not even the noisy neighbors on New Years Eve.They are super efficient, with us saving money monthly on our electric bill. They will ultimately pay for themselves. Added value to our home too!!The New South Techs are neat, courteous and thorough. Price is right and they stand behind their product.

We purchased high impact windows from New South in March and gave them a down payment. They were delivered and installed the beginning of June, however one window had broken glass when delivered. As of today Oct 5th we still do not have the replacement window. We were told a month ago it would be two weeks, and today when we called we were told that it would be two weeks. They wanted us to pay in full when they installed the broken window, and then suggested I could hold back $500, I am glad I held back $2,000, but apparently that was not enough to get their attention. They have lost credibility. I might add that I referred them to two other people that signed significant contracts with them, and will not be giving them any more referrals if this goes on past two weeks.

The 2 gentlemen who installed our windows were great! Friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend New South to our friends and family.

Windows and doors are of good quality. Customer service is poor with this company. On the date of my windows and exterior door install the wrong front door was delivered. Was then told it would have to be ordered and that would take another 6 weeks. Ended up taking about 8-9 weeks to get the correct front door installed. There was no follow up or communication, I had to follow up and ask what was going on. Not once did a manager call me or was a discount or reimbursement offered for the front door that they screwed up in ordering. I sent a letter to the president of the company nearly 4 weeks ago and have still heard nothing from anyone. You take your chances with this company in my experience. If something goes wrong you are on your own. Pleased with the finished product, not pleased with how they handle their own mistakes. With how much new windows and doors cost these days they should really have a customer service manager or someone who focuses on delays and mistakes on staff to handle these matters.

I have to change my original review when they completed the installation. When going through each and every window after the installation crew left I noticed their cleanup wasnt thorough. The shavings from when they drilled were never cleaned out of the sash or sill. With the price they wanted they should be able to afford a small portable vacuum cleaner. This company obviously has no quality control whatsoever for their manufactured windows. I saw that some of the windows had adhesive gunk on them which should have been corrected at the manufacturing plant. They never shook out their drop cloths after each window dragging the dirt from room to room. Broke three branches off my hibiscus bush. Didnt receive a screen with one of the windows. Again quality control. Buyer beware dont let the slogan of Windows manufactured in Florida for Florida allure you.

After putting down a deposit of one third, I was told it would be approximately 12-16 weeks for installation. Ive been waiting on my windows for seven (7) months now! Installation has finally begun but not all windows are available. Ive been told the pandemic has been responsible for supplies to be available

Ever part of my experiance with the window installed was very profectional. the windows are more than was expected, They have cut down on out side noise. Are clear looking out from the inside and dark looking in from the outside in also they cut down on outside noise. This more and the best tah could be expected

Entire process has been fairly smooth. Received great pricing and we shopped multiple places for windows. They were amazing at time of delivery and answered any questions I had and they pointed everything out to me (good and bad). Any issues I had they wrote down and I received a call the next day to let me know the next steps.I followed up over the next few weeks and they kept me informed. They came out and fixed all the windows with issues.Marandy has always been helpful when Ive called. She and everyone else has been very polite.I could not have asked for better service with getting my windows replaced. I was thinking it would be a more painful process.The windows are great. We have noticed a significant difference between our original 2001 single pane windows versus the new windows.Would definitely recommend and have to our friends looking at new windows.

Horrible experience. Please Beware.We paid premium price hoping to get the best.Windows & doors were installed in August 2019, & now it is December & they have still not replaced my front window that did not have matching grids. At the time of install we were promised that they would expedite the bad window & have it in 2 weeks. I am still waiting. They apologize several times but just do not care.The installers are sub contractors that wear their logo t shirts. If you do not know to supervise the work, you do not know if the job was correctly done, it will only look pretty on the outside. I had to correct them & they did not fill the gaps properly before putting the tape. What good does the double pain do if the joints are hollow in between.I had to personally inspect their job & give them a list of things that were not proper like, sliding door missing a stopper, windows not opening, torn screens, big gap between the tiles .The technician was my only blessing, he works for them & very kindly fixed the issues.The job work was also very messy, it felt like the entire house was ripped apart, rather do two windows at a time.I worked with them as they had a cancellation with a short notice, but once they received their payment, they don’t care.I taught what you pay is what you get . Not in this case.

From the initial meeting and proposal to the installation follow-up the communications were excellent.The initial installer, Billy and follow-up by Travis made the process as easy as possible.The windows and patio door installation look great and appear to be of high quality as thoroughly explained by Mike at the initial meeting.I can tell already that the exterior noise has been reduced. Havent been installed long enough yet to see electric consumption change but expect to see positive results.There is a peace of mind that goes along with having these quality products installed in my home.

It has been 14 weeks and 3 days and we have had ZERO answer on the time frame/progress of our order. I finally got a hold of the Affiliate President (Tim Nagle) and he shared they are not able to provide any update and are not able to contact or get a hold of the factory (which they own) and produce the windows from. He said contracts are no longer applicable as part of the pandemic and there is nothing he can do. Very terrible communication, if you are considering New South do not waste your time or money. It will be a LONG and disappointing process.Response to the owner: Delays happen- however, it should not take until after the contracted date to be notified of them. We are now over 14 weeks and are hearing for the first time there is a delay without any notice of an ETA. This is horrible communication, change management and not good business practices. We are left completely in the dark. This could have been reconciled if upon initial delays we were notified of what to expect.

Product initial price was about 10% above other quote, but sales rep then offered a 30% discount good till 7/31. Then he offered an additional 15% if I signed today. I HATE these type of strong armed sales techniques. Its win dows not time share.

The staff at NewSouth windows were friendly, informative & followed the timeline given. I love these windows & have seen a decrease in energy usage within 2 weeks of having them. Decrease outside noise levels are also nice. If youre looking for windows, I highly recommend NewSouth Windows.

New South was recommended to us by friends, and we are very happy we chose them to replace our 20 ➕ year old windows. They were very professional, arriving when they said they would, taking 2 days to complete the job as promised, and leaving our house clean of dust and debris both days. All the installers were friendly and polite, and although we were here both days they didnt get in our way at all. They were friendly to our 3 dogs, and took extra precautions to make sure they didnt escape while the doors were open to bring in supplies. (We said wed close them off in a room, but they said it wasnt necessary) Our installation was done on days when the temperature was in the high 40s, and after the first day we used our digital temperature gun to compare the new windows to the old, and there was a10 degree difference in the surface of the windows!! We would definitely recommend New South to anyone looking for a reliable company with a great product at a fair price.

Came here to shop for windows but they were not friendly at all. The showroom staff was rude. It made me look into their reviews, which i see now are terrible. Maybe they are not of fan of the Hispanic community??? Anyways, Ill take my business to a company that will appreciate it.

This is the best experience Ive had with any company for any service. Their customer service is oriented toward seeing the customer satisfied. Their windows are top of the line. Ive had many compliments on what how beautiful they are and contractors have said they are great quality - and asked - who did you buy your windows from?If you are in the market for windows - their price is excellent, and if you have any issues at all - they will back up their product and see it through.

Our installers (Francisco & Jonathan) did a great job of installing our windows. They were very professional and helpful.

New South Windows have made a wonder change in our upstairs. I always kept the blinds closed with my old windows to keep the heat out, but that is no longer necessary. My new windows are easier to open and close and they have even enhance the appearance from the outside of our townhouse. They were definitely worth waiting for!

Love the Windows.Installation was excellent.Interior caulking left a lot to be desired. I’m going to have to go over much of it. The foreman said he would leave me a tube of caulk for this purpose. He did—AN EMPTY TUBE. Please bring me a full one.Windows are filthy—smeared with dirty cloths and lots of caulking specs to be scraped off.The problems are small but are still irritants and work that I have to do.One other thing. They basically ruined a hedge right in front of house when they could just as easily walked around it.

It might seem expensive but you get what you pay for. Great windows, professional installation and follow up after the sale. I have recommended New South Windows to numerous people.

I could write a book long review about how awful this company is but I’ll try to make this short and simple.They seem like a great company up front, sales guy was great all the way up to day of installation the company kept in touch letting us know what stage our windows were in. HOWEVER, Day of installation was awful, they dropped a window in our house. Shattered everywhere. Started taking off the wrong window, left broken glass outside of our house. I am not kidding when I say we called almost every other day for two months just to be able to talk to a manager. When we finally got him on the phone he did not care one bit. Didn’t offer anything to us, didn’t even APOLOGIZE.Would never recommend this company to anyone. Once they got paid they didn’t care about us anymore. Funny thing is they’re losing business because we wanted to replace a the rest of our windows in a few months. Also had given a referral to our neighbors and told them not to move forward with them anymore. Will be going elsewhere.

I love my new windows. The work was done on time and the husband and wife team that installed my windows and French door for the best ever. I have never seen a team so in tuned with each other and the work and clean up was fantastic. Their eye for good work and accuracy was phenomenal. I highly recommend this company and their workers. If you want windows you will have to wait a lifetime, also dont believethe salespeople they will tell you anything then forget what they said.And I have not even had them installed yet. Might be a nightmare....

I was initially very excited when I began working with New South Windows this past summer. However, the experience since I signed with them has been nothing but frustrating. From unreturned phone calls, technicians just showing up unannounced, and now having to wait almost 3 months with plywood over an improperly measured window to be installed, I would strongly advised against working with this company. Great product, but just a poor experience all around.

Everything went perfectly, from sales negations to install. I had New South windows installed two years ago just on the back of my house and went with them again for the remaining 13 windows because I was so pleased with them. The quality of the windows are amazing. The staff is wonderful to work with and the installation team was top notched. I have an older 1935 home with window openings out of square but installer, Landy, expertly installed the windows two years ago and this time and they look amazing! I have two picture windows next to the fireplace and I selected their rainfall obscure glass and it is gorgeous! So much nicer than frosted. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend New South Windows!

Called for a repair, nasty receptionist !!! called 2 days before the date i was given to get a time and was told I did not have an appointment !!!!

At first we were skeptical using New South Window for the first time, but we are very pleased with our new windows and sliding doors. After all the installation was completed they cleaned up and everything looked good. We had a few small issues with the sliding door and they were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. They were all very professional and courteous. I would certainly refer them to my friends and family.

We are very happy with our new windows. They have been installed for almost two months now. They look so good and the reduction in noise from outside is incredible. We were pleased with the service from our visit to the showroom to each encounter when someone came out to the house. The quality of the windows is evident. They are solid an well constructed.

Great experience all the way around! Manufacturing took a little long but it’s custom windows. Install was quick and clean. 11 windows took about 6 hours. the office has been great answering all of my question. To top it off they have a lifetime warranty!

My New South windows are excellent. I see improvement in my cooling bill due to their insulation properties, the operation of the windows and doors is smooth and easy. The windows were made to fit my openings and the installation went very smooth. The process from quote to installation was flawless. No pressure sales and quote. The salesman was friendly and on point. The final measurement was friendly and quick. Complete nightmare. Signed in Aug19 still dealing with trying to get the right products in Feb20. Shady pricing, poor communication. You must threaten to speak to the president to get a call back. Best of luck to you if you try them. I have nothing but regret. Maybe one day I will have the door I wanted and this can be over.

We are still waiting for the completion of our window installment. Our contract is from 2019.

We have had our windows for nearly one year and I would give anything to go back in time to make a different decision about doing business with this company. We were comfortable paying a premium for what we thought was a premium product but from installation to leaking doors and windows to hearing every little bit of noise on the other side of the glass we could not be more disappointed in this bad investment.
