From N.Y. for a vacation and found this store as I wanted to learn about 3D printing. Signed up for a 2 hr basic 3D coarse. Andy was the instructor and was super knowledgeable and made learning interesting and fun. The shop was was clean and well organized. This coarse with Andy’s knowledge made it worth the visit on my vacation. Thanks again Andy
SUPERIOR!!! not only you get a local 3D printer store, but you also get awesome customer service with a LOT of experience. Prices are a bit higher than Amazon but... its freaking local, and even work on Saturdays! I support local businesses.
Rude. Called to ask about turn around time for a piece I need done and asked if they offered expedited service for a fee, as many other 3D shops do since they typically have projects that are already in que and your project will be behind those. Was told we cant speed up physics. Clearly not even close to what I was inquiring about. All that was needed is a no we do not offer expedited orders. Plain rude for no good reason. If you ever need service head over to SolidPrint3D. Not only are the much kinder, they are also helpful and their turn around is amazing.Edited to add a response to owners comment: I didn’t ask if you could speed up the machine, I asked if y’all offered expedited services, like other shops I talked to claimed to offer. I was very nice on the phone and was met with sarcasm and rudeness. I didn’t demand anything, I simply asked if expedition is a service you offered. A simple “no” would have sufficed. Was I mad that you couldn’t do what I was asking? No. Was I mad about how you handled the interaction? Yeah because it was unprofessional. Obviously if I had extensive 3D printing knowledge and capabilities, I wouldn’t have bothered to even call you to inquire about the project. But it all worked out because I found a much kinder business, who offers expedited services and can have the 6.52 inch x 7.4 inch x 4.99 inch mask that I was looking to have made when I need it. They even took a look at the file before giving me dates and times which is not something you ever did. I was told no by a few businesses and that was completely fine and understandable to me. At least those businesses that couldn’t do it, weren’t rude about it.Did I expect anyone to defy physics? No. I was simply inquiring if I could have something done by Saturday.
I bought a ender 3 v2 about 9 months ago. learned what i could on my own and hit a road block. I gave up on printing because of my failed attempts to fix it on my own. after a few months of break I decided I would look up a repair shop. This is the place I found. They got my printer up and running with upgrades. I am so happy I found this place. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.
Thank you 3D printing ! Saved me $500 from the salvage yard & Nissan.Doing a restoration project on my 06 truck, hard to find discontinued parts.Boys here saved me, they designed and measured out this 💎 printed it up like a true professional !Just cant say enough.Ill be coming in soon for lessons and chillin 😎But thank you honestly !!
This is my first foray in to 3d printing. Their web ordering form was extremely easy to use and I was very happy with the result. The staff were very friendly when I picked up my order. Im glad there is a local place that is knowledgeable in 3d printing for casuals like me...
Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable staff. They know the printers inside and out. They’ll find and fix the weird unique issues your printer has. The store has a good selection of tools and parts as well.
I had a Folgertech FT-5 that I built and half way tore down to add some upgrades but didnt really have the time to finish it up due work getting in the way. I stumbled upon 3d Print Orlando on Facebook and noticed they also build printers. I had a bunch of upgrades: Aero, Bltouch, rj-45 breakouts, silicone heat pad, ceramic bearings for the X and Y axis and wiring cleanup. I just dropped off my printer and Andy got it all installed for me. My printer is now running great. I Highly recommend this place for hobbyists that are into 3d printing in the Orlando area.
Damaged my new Prusa i3 printer. Took it in and the problem was identified and fixed in 10 seconds. Very impressive skill and professional.
We decided to upgrade some time ago to an Ender 5 Pro and it definitely has had its challenges. We have taken this in several times to 3D Print Orlando and every time they get us back up and running in no time. They are extremely knowledgeable with excellent customer service. We use them now exclusively for our printing needs.
Great service they had my printer fixed the day I brought it in they even called me befor I made it home its a far drive for me but worth it
Great group of guys! I needed a simple custom piece done that needed to be a specific fit and was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm they all had in getting it right to which the final product was a perfect fit.
Anthony seemed nice and willing to help, but insulted me and my printer. Mentioned I have a Tenlog he stated he never heard of it and it must be a cheap Chinese knock off. I politely let him know it was just under 600.00 and I had tried 2 Creality printers and they failed. Bought 2 nozzles and will not return. FYI they have no sign outside of the store. Their to the right of Cheers if you go.
Took my printer in for repairs for jamming issues. After calling for an update on the printer was told they were still having problems getting the printers to print right, told them about a common issue I had with the printer. I was told that they had ten years experience working on 3D printer and started talking down to me. I get the printer back today get one print out of it and after that it starts jamming again and keeps failing. They had my printer for almost two weeks to replace parts for the printer to not work. Now I’m taking my printer to Tampa to have a professional fix it. I tried to shop local knowing that their filament is $10 more then online. I tried to support a local business but when they brag about how much experience they have in fixing printers only to give you back a broken printer and tell you it’s fix is a joke. I would avoid this place and drive to Tampa.
I try to run an ender5pro and am new to this. I took the beginner class and was tremendously suprised at the knowledge I gained. Andy was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. I am 70 and found it to be a wanna return situation. I also learned you can do private classes. A haven for 3 d people.!!!!! ps there was only four in the class an added plus! Andy waited until every mind was happy with answers to all of their problems (2 hours) .
So friendly, and enthusiastic. The best customer service. Sure, I could have bought the printer cheaper online, but the knowledge, setup, adjustment and service far exceeded the price difference.
Excellent company & employees.Called with an issue I had with Ender 3 Pro I was working on.They were very insightful & solved the issue. They know their stuff & are very affordable.Recommend stopping by for anyone interested in 3d printing as hobby or work.
Fantastic shop, amazing customer service, incredible knowledgeable staff! Wow! Super excited to have a repair shop that can upgrade and fix my printer anytime I need it!
I have been wanting to stop in and check thair shop for some time now and I am glad I did, I meet 2 very helpful and friendly guys answered all my questions and then some will definitely be returning and passing on my experience.
Went here with a friend and Andy was really helpful. He’s knowledgeable about the printers and filament and the whole experience gave me much more confidence with my own printing. I’ll make sure to get my filament and equipment from him from now on. This shop is a great resource to have locally and I hope to see them become very successful!
Andy was an exceptionally knowledgeable and tremendously helpful person. The shop is easy to find and contains all the parts and filament one may need. I thoroughly enjoyed the selection, the wealth of information that i acquired, and the no nonsense attitude. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in starting or exploring 3d printing to talk to andy and visit his shop from beginners to experts in the field. Could not be happier with my first experience here. Will be coming back for more and recommending to all.
They always take a moment to talk with you and help diagnose issues. Its awesome to have a place locally I can go and pick up replacement parts and upgrades for my printers.
A great place for entry level and advanced makers, this shop will become your new go-to spot. The owner Andy is extremely knowledgable about products, services, and materials and is always willing to offer advice. Its a pleasure to go in and talk shop, grab some material, and start printing that same day. Stop in and see what all the fuss is about. Thanks!
Amazing service that addressed everything wrong. Will 100% be giving 3D print Orlando more business in the future! Thank you for dealing with my mess of a machine!
This new store is exciting and is the only place around that offers all types of filament and parts at affordable prices. Andy is very knowledgeable and willing to help you get into this awesome hobby. Lots of excellent printers assembled and ready to go. Check it out!
Fantastic service and great prices on repair, filament, and upgrades!Walked in with a clogged ender 3 Pro, walked out with a bedspring upgrade, a new extruder, since his prices were so cheap. Its running like a champ!
Wow! If only we had known sooner about 3D Print Orlando and Andy we could have saved a lot of headaches and money. Andy was not only able to advise on repairs for older equipment but also provide us with newer models that gave better prints at 1/4 the cost. We joked about the fact that he was pushing a particular model without all the upgrades we had seen recommended online - he was truly more interested in helping meet our need than sell add ons we wouldnt benefit from. Having flirted with some higher end models over the last 5 years we have been intimidated when trying various materials but Andy broke down not only the settings but also the use cases for each material. A few weeks later and we have been running the machines we purchased non stop and tackled some pretty incredible stuff wed have paid quite a bit to outsource. Very fortunate to have such a resource in Central Florida and in Andy. Get some Marble PLA - you wont regret putting your head on the statue of David.
Andy was extremely patient, kind and didnt hold back any information on the printers I asked about( which was all of them ) lol. Ill definitely buy my 3dprinter from him!!
