I was followed around this store the whole 10 mins I was in there. They literally were right next to me the WHOLE time. Just because Im black does not mean Im going to steal something. I bought what I needed and left. I will NEVER go back. The store manager was one of the ladies who followed me.

Employees were not wearing masks. Were not friendly, we were not greeted at all upon entering the store. Nobody asked us if we needed assistance at all 0/5 if I could. Would not recommend, just go to Sephora or ulta.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Ive never used anything outside of a box hair color before in my entire life, I went in there not certain might even buy anything because I didnt think I could do it. The employee helped me find the color I was looking for, explain exactly how to do it and made it simple. I will definitely be purchasing items from this place again!
