I paid ybc 20 grand to have a kitchen installed 3 months ago and to date all Ive gotten is the run around and ybc asking for more money to rent by the day for a air purifier for there son to install my already paid for cabinets and granite countertops due to him having respiratory problems buyers beware of ybc in Altoona they are most definitely a Crooked operation as of 4/1/21 I intend to sue ybc for my cost and any and all cort costs

I didnt appreciate the fact that I am a retired professional contractor. I dont get anywhere near a reasonable price. If you are not handy and have a contractor this might not be a bad place to go. If your a do it yourself it is well worth your time to go to somewhere they appreciate the walk in. If I need something small Ill go here but not for anything big. This is an employee owned company and would love to support that. Sadly, at some point price is important.

Went in as a new customer, to ask questions and find info. on redoing our bathroom. Printed off a sheet from website, of examples of textures I thought may look good. I am looking at samples and get approached by a guy who asks me if Ive been helped or need help, I tell him I have no idea what I want or am looking for but I have a sheet of textures I thought would look nice. He becomes this arrogant, rude, authoritative, you cant use this and you cant use that and what I should do and what I shouldnt do person. Im looking at him like, you have got to be kidding!!! I came for advice, not a lecture from an overbearing guy on his way out the door!!!! Wasnt even listening to me !!!! Well guess what? He was the President of the company, Phil. Seriously!!!!! A good Christian knows when to keep her mouth shut, and I did . However I will never darken Phils business again!!!!!!!!!!! I did not appreciate his arrogance and will not be treated that way ever again by anyone at Your Building Center, let alone the President. God Bless you Phil !!!!!

I want to thank your building center for helping us out with a wheelchair ramp they were the only ones that would help us out so may God bless their company and the people over there cuz they really worked with us to help us get this ramp built for my wife Doreen I just want to truly thank him for all the help that they gave us

We have been customers of Your Building Centers for over 20 years. I do a lot of DIY, sometimes more successful than other times. Mostly, I use YBC contractors to do the work in collaboration with their fine staff helping us pick out what we want for our remodeling. My wife jokes that we have basically remodeled every room in our house, sometimes more than once. New kitchen, bath, addition, etc. We have always found that YBC has the best quality products for the money. Our next adventure is to replace our entryway and a broken picture window and we are using YBCs installation services for that and we are pretty excited about it!
