The lady owner is rude. I asked her about frontals and she got an attitude. Her wigs are overpriced. Who exactly is buying a synthetic wig for $65?? On Amazon human wigs are $50 the selection Of hair was ok but I’m from Florida our hair stores have better hair.

There is a lot to choose from. The staff are friendly, but it is truly sad to feel eyes constantly watching like they have something worth stealing. I only go occasionally because I would rather order items online than to be watched like a hawk. Its sad because they make their employees on the floor follow people,, doing their dirty work.

My first visit to Amarillo and my 1st stop. This store was amazing. Super clean & organized. I think I was a bit picky asking to see so many wigs lol. Yet, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly to my daughter and I. After making my purchase the owner gave my daughter and I a few gifts. If Im ever in the area again, I will gladly spend my money here.

I have had the opportunity to go there several times and shop for my wife. The place appears to be very friendly and very knowledgeable of certain items that you need. Olsens Beauty didnt appear to be too expensive in my opinion and yet Im just a man so Im not sure what to expect in cost. Very accessible from the road Im easy to find give it a try.

The man in the store is sooo rude,he had no respect at all for me and my cousin. The lady on the other hand was very helpful and was willing to help us as much as she could. Every time I go the man is there and he is being rude and he tries to rush me out the store. The store is very clean tho but i dont recommend you going if u want to be disrespected

Awful experience. The Black lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. She was very informative and professional. The Asian descent lady at the counter was rude and over bearing. They hounded you as if you were going to steal from them and kept enforcing the no refund/exchange policy. I am a business owner myself and was absolutely insulted by the unprofessional and bias behavior they displayed. I will never go back to that store again.
