Went there to get my 2nd COVID shot and after waiting for almost two hours while the young lady fumble and tell several people they’ve already taken their shots. Finally when my time came she first told me I had taken my first shot in March when the card clearly said July. But the kicker was she told me that CVS, who administered the first shot, had wrote Moderna on the card, had given my the Pfizer vaccine. So of course I go to CVS and they pull up the records and show me where they gave me Moderna. She definitely needs to get a little more training on customer service because that freaked me out!

Annoying as hell to call the pharmacy and go through their voice commands system to get to a person only to sit on hold 10 minutes and get manually hung up on. It said when it transferred me just so you know the pharmacy closes at 6pm it was like 5:55pm. Left me on hold for 10 minutes with the we are busy with other calls every like 10 seconds then you could hear someone MANUALLY pickup the phone just barely off the hook and hang it up. Hell I would have respected more if you just said sorry were closed. Wouldnt been happy, but that was just rude as hell.
With all the bad experiences shopping here. I dont know why I bother shopping there at all. The manager Terry follows you around the store, just Because Im a minority. I wear blue jeans and a swestshirt, because its comfortable. And because I wear suit and a tie all wear also. I own a successful business, graduated from college, live in the BSA and Northwest hospital area. Im not gloating, just telling you not to judge. Also while I was there his employee was cussing and talking about beating up another employee, while Manager Terry and another manager stood there listening. I look up at them, and all Terry did was stare back. He didnt tell the employee to be quiet. There were other customers walking by that heard. But I guess that was OK at this store. I dont know if I would want a person that doesnt care managing the store. All he does is walk around. At my store I help the customers and employees.

First time i went to the pharmacy the lady was very polite, 2nd time i went to the pharmacy the pharmacist practically threw my bag at me (cultural differences i guess) 3rd time diasater!!! Called in 2 prescriptions, 1 wasnt filled, other wrong quantity and price. Then listened to the pharmacist cashier talk for 5 mins on how the Dr should write the prescription. Highly thinking about changing my pharmacy...dont want this issues everytime i go!!!!

Worst service ever came to do pictures due to the walgreens i go to having their machine down for pictures and i came here....worst ever when i put my order in said to wait for an hr come back and still have to wait an extra 10_15 minutes because god knows were these employees were and when i asked for my invitations all i herd was i was on break gosh well mam i dont think a break takes a dam hr and then act like its ok not to have customers photos ready when promised..... Not to mention half of the employees were playong around and were careless..... I will never be back here again..
