This place is the only professional hair place I purchase from. Love there location. Hardly ever see the same sales reps twice so that can be an issue as far as getting orders maintaining and serving customers. And knowledge of orders and products. None the less some how still seem to do okay.

HORRIBLE customer service!After receiving deplorable customer service I asked for a name and number of management to file a complaint. She said she was not allowed to give that information. Lol. I was appalled by the refusal to give me that information. I stayed there requesting that information and she said she would be back. She disappeared for quite some time to the back. Then came back with another lady who was a manager. They came laughing. Which I dont appreciate them making a mockery of my issue. The manager then proceeded to give me name and number to make complaint but then continued to argue with me and and defend her employee. I was telling her about how her employee handled the situation. She was not there. She does not know the facts and she continued to argue with me and imply I was lying. Which again is EXTREMELY horrid customer service. This experience altogether was a nightmare. Will not recommend this store to anyone and definitely will keep my business with Armstrong solely. Do better RDA.

Not very many powder colors for nails and cost twice as much. The two staff girls werent engaging with me. Will not returning anytime soon.
