Im married to a reviewer below and just want to verify our absolutely horrible experience. If someone with multiple lines needs to replace a phone, why wouldnt you verify youre replacing the right one since all lines belong to the same account number aka phone number???? Still have not received a refund for the useless month we paid for nor did we get an apology when 2 phones were rendered totally useless after 11 years of being with this company. Thanks a lot, Ray.

After being with Boost for 11 years, I entered this location needing to replace my phone associated with my secondary line(screen busted). The agent, Ray, asked me for my account number, which has always been my primary number. Instead of confirming which line needed the phone replaced, he removed service from my primary and unsuccessfully attempted to move it onto the new phone Id brought. When I noticed my primary not working, his reply was 3 months ago Id have been able to restore service but Sprint no longer allows switching between the standard and expanded networks. Both phones were rendered completely useless on the spot after having paid for the month just 4 days prior. No recourse, refund, or even apology was given. Ray was shouting places we could go to get cheap replacement phones that would work on the new network as we were exiting the store, which wasnt factual either(majority of Walmarts no longer carry Boost phones).I filed a request with my bank for a refund and am no longer with Boost. 1 star is giving them too much credit.

Never open when its supposed to be. Have wasted my gas twice now trying to pay my bill just for it to be closed during business hours. Itw 3 oclock right now and the open sign is on but the door is locked. Very frustrating

I just had the most delightful experience at Boost Mobile on Bell Street in Amarillo. It was a most pleasant and unexpected surprise based on my prior experience with other Boost locations in Amarillo. I have been a loyal Boost customer for over 10 years. I can say unequivocally that Jessica, John, and Mary provided outstanding customer service! They were responsive to my needs, knowledgeable, and enjoyable! In the past, I have contemplated changing carriers due to my experience with staff from previous Boost locations that I have visited. The staff at those locations were indifferent and not interested in helping and/or not knowledge of the products. Needless to say, I am thrilled and relieved to have discovered Jessica and her team! Thank you!

I have never been so pleased then when I came in for new service with Jessica over at the bell location - Amarillo! She went above and beyond to help me!!! Not only myself but my mother as well!! Talk about super friendly super professional and excellent service!! Definitely recommend any day!!! Thank you Jessica!!!! Your amazing!

I love this store the ladys here know thier stuffAlways greet you when you walk in makes you feel like your visiting family . they alway know how to fix my problems when they occur if you want to go and have great service this is the place.

The girl that works up there named Jessica who I can only presume is the manager is always willing to work with us however this time the problem that we presented her with was a bit too much for her to come up with a satisfactory solution that would work for us so I still give this place highmarks I still give Boost Mobile High marks however the only solution we were given was to get our bill paid in time which could not happen unless we had some assistance would be to switch to a $3 daily plan for each one of us so that would be $6 per person over the next four days until my wife got paid on Friday and that only gave us phone and text no internet no hotspot nothing else.

Came in for a port in and upgrade. Jessica was very helpful and got me taken care of.
