This store has the nicest, just helpful employees of all time. Every GameStop I have been to does. They are really helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and organized. Being a pro member is definitely worth it! Too bad they closed the one in Dumas.

Located inside the mall across from food court. This store limits # of people entering. Smaller than stand alone locations but had large selection of games and accessories to choose from. Informative employee during lunch rush.

Every time we go here, their reps are fast to help us and respectable in how they talk to us.They make sure what we’re buying is in great condition, and let us know to swap it out if there’s ever an issue but there hasn’t been yet.The prices aren’t bad either. You’d probably pay 10-20 dollars less at a pawn shop for game systems, but you wouldn’t get the quality of product that GameStop offers nor the level of customer satisfaction.

Or your trying to sell your old n64 games this is the store and spot for you. Be aware if your selling back pre-owned hot games they have been know to bamboozle there customers with shockingly low buy back prices!

The guys at this location went above and beyond. My son had lost his Xbox gift card code somewhere in the mall and they stayed late to call the Xbox help desk and even called me the next morning to give me the code. They had no obligation to help us as it was my sons fault but they were more than happy to help. Great customer service!

Great! The guy that works at the gamestop at the mall in Amarillo always makes it a pleasant experience. Yesterday he informed me about the loot goblin for my Switch version of Diablo 3 to open a daily portal to the treasure room. Always shows an interest in what games I like and then offers info on similar games. He deserves a raise!

The staff was super courteous. The had what I needed and even a few things I didnt. Great experience as usual!!!
