Go in once every 2 months to get shoes for my 2 year old daughter. The main lady there is always super nice and great help.

One of the WORST experiences Ive ever had. I ordered a pair of shoes that they didnt have in store through the store and was informed that they should be shipped within 3-5 business days. Tried to find my order number on my receipt and found out the order was never placed because they rang it up as an in store purchase. So I called the store the next day and the manager took care of me by luckily finding a pair within the district (because they were now out of them online to order). He said the store would over night them to him and he would over night them to me (since I live 5 hours away in Dallas). A week later, they still werent here. So I called back and found out that he told another employee to over night them to me and they didnt. Shocker. I finally have a tracking number in my hand, and Im just praying they are actually being shipped out. Honestly, this is the first and last time I will ever shop here. #ijustwantmynewshoes 😭
