I went to get a coffeee this morning before work and it was something that I really needed to relax. When I got to the window I told the girl what I wanted and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She did not even repeat what I wanted back the right way. She then turns around and talk to another girl to tell her what I wanted. The whole time this long red headed girl has her back to me and I can hear her talking about me to the girl making my drink. I mean I’m my opinion if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Also that is not what customer service needs to be like. I got my drink and it tasted straight up like pure chocolate milk. I order a white chocolate mocha ice cold brew coffee. I didn’t have time to fight it I had to get. To work but I’m so upset about how things turned out this morning

In line at 4:55. No hours posted. Was told at 4:58 that they weren’t going to serve us because they closed at 5. Was then stuck in line with a car behind us while they got the drinks wrong for the car in front of us. Got out of the drive through 10 minutes later and went to Dutch Bros.

Met the amazing baristas Faith and Katheryn today! They were quick, quaint and helpful in my decision for a good ol cupa joe ! If youve left starbucks i do find this to be an excellent establisment to spend your bucks 🙏 thanks Guys keep up the great work and awesome attitudes !

Best Coffee stop in Amarillo. Selections are awesome, coffee tastes great, personalizing your drink is easy and the customer service is a model example! We literally keep returning because we always feel appreciated as customers and get fabulous coffee to boot. I love trying flavored coffees, especially seasonally, but its always to sweet regardless at other shops. However, when I explained this the very first time we went to Cliffside they made one half-sweet and it actually was perfect! So here we are,, still rockin the half-sweet coffees and enjoying each cup! Thanks Cliffside!!

Still after all this time they never disappoint! Coffee never has a burnt taste like others here in town, and its not over priced. My favorite coffee shop hands down!

My peppermint mocha coffee was wonderful. Just the right temperature. On a cold winter day it was so nice. They were busy, but the line moved along. Great service and reward points.

Absolutely a wonderful place to get some coffee! There are plenty of coffee joints around town and this one is one of the best. Such friendly staff sure make the experience a lot better. The coffee is amazing of course. It’s pretty busy in the early morning but the coffee is sure worth the wait. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been yet.

What kind of coffee shop has no normal brewed or drip coffee? Only espresso drinks? Disappointing and too long of a wait.

The Redbull Infusions are my FAVORITE. I’d recommend the Malibu Barbie or the Trixie!

Coffee is great. Customer service, not so much. They need to do a better job of greeting walk-ups. I didn’t know a girl was waiting to order and I just got yelled at by a stranger that thought I was cutting. if someone had just acknowledged I had walked up and said “we will be right with y’all!”. It was an honest mistake due to miscommunication. Communication is key and I just left your store in tears...with no coffee.

Cliffside Coffee is the BEST! They have super delicious coffees and teas, of course, but the staff is even better. They always ask how my day is going or what im up to and have a good conversation with me while they are making my drink. Ive never had a bad experience ever.

Drove down here from Minnesota and the next morning coffee was a must! Great Americano and my sister loved her moka. The drive through made it easy to pick up our addictions and be on our way but the best part was honestly the girl who took our order. We think her name was Madison. Upon hearing where we were from she gave us pointers on where to go around Amarillo and even gave us free coffee passes as we were only in town for a few days and wouldn’t be able to fill our punch cards. Definitely a perfect example of southern hospitality!

My daughter and granddaughter go here daily. If this is open doesnt go anywhere else. The servers know them by sight!

.We are more than upset with the service we received at the western and 45th location. Generally we go to the Ross location and everything is perfect but the past couple of times we have stopped at 45th on the way to work and it’s always a horrible experience.The other day we were in the drive through and the guy messed up my order 4 times! Even charged my double and I ended up having to get a partial refund. It was his first day so I gave understanding but today was horrible.We walk up to the counter today to avoid the 10+ cars In line.And we stood at the window for 10 minutes before being greeted. The young lady at the window took 5 cars order, took their payment, and gave them their order by the time we finally said “Um can we order? You’ve taken like 5 cars already” she told us to wait.And Another girl seen our frustration and took our order. The drinks then took another 10 minutes to get out to us and we had one drink missing so we waiting a few more minutes for that. The last drink that was forgotten was a hot drink and the lady was sweet but before she handed us our drink she SCRATCHED her head then grabbed the stopper and then put it in the cup. And So unsanitary(especially in these times) and so unprofessional. We walked up to the counter at 830 and did not leave until 8.57... every car in drive through had gone on by by the time we were driving off. Literally ruined our day and made us late to work.

This is the place my addiction for Cliffside coffee started...and the employees are always super super friendly my coffee always have a perfect taste the one in Ross is closer to my house but its not as warming as this one I dont feel welcome like I do in this one... not sure why but is different...

I changed my bad review because the owner offered a gift card to try them again. He apologized for my bad service and said they would work on it. I declined the gift card but did go back later and had a better experience. That time I had no problem with ordering no ice.

No indoor seating, but in nice weather they have a tiny patio to relax on. Staff was very friendly and even filled up my water bottle while I waited for my espresso! Their drive thru line seems to be the most popular, so if you need/want your coffee fix quick- this is your place!

I LOVE this place! The employees are awesome. Coffee is great. Today after church I was frozen, and well feeling like poo. I stopped for coffee. The little lady asked how my day was, how could she make it better. She could tell i was sick. I handed her my CC & stamp card after she took my order. She handed me back my cards, & coffee. Told me it was *on them* and she Hopes I felt better. Not only did I get coffee free but the thought of someone ( that didnt have to) hoping I felt better... made me feel better.Super sweet place that always is happy to see their customers!!!

Cliffside is hands down amazing. I love supporting local anything...and this is one place that truly shines with their customer service. They offer a large variety of add ins for even more customization. The staff is SO sweet and seem to genuinely care for their customers. You also cant beat their punch card for a free drink of any size after you purchase 10. Their turtle macchiato is to die for.

Love this place. The coffee is always great and the people are always happy and so nice. Its always great to have nice people be the first you talk to in the morning!

The Cliffhanger is a good coffee drink there. It is not too bitter and not too sweet and if you are tired....it will give you a boost.

We absolutely love cliffside. Theres hardly ever a long line and when there is, it always moves really quickly. The coffee is delicious and they are very accommodating to make it just how you like it. And even though they are quick and high quality, they still dont sacrifice OUTSTANDING service. I seriously cannot say enough about how genuinely sweet and friendly the staff is. Cliffside is definitely where you want to go for coffee! (And smoothies and other beverages for kids too!)

My family, friends, and co-workers all love this place! Theres always a line but that should be expected at any exceptional establishment. Excellent flavor and unequivocal service. The young ladies and young men that work here have no sense of communication. I purchased a reusable mug but every time I hand it to them they give me my coffee in a disposable cup, defeating the purpose of a reusable cup. Also when I order multiple coffees the dont ever honor the free coffee card I earned by frequently going to their establishment. Instead they charge me for 2 coffees and hand me another free card pass to use the next time. Which if experience has shown me wont be honored again and they will hand me another one. Great coffee, horrible communication.
