Drinks are amazing! People are sweet.The only thing I have to say is, if your in a hurry... and theres a long line in drive thru... stay in lineIts faster than walking inside.

Update* Since last visit we have gone twice and those two times they have been out of everything we want.Line was a bit long for it being an early afternoon but it moved fairly quick. The barista was super nice when I couldnt find my gift card. Overall a good experience. We also tried some drink combos and the pink one is by far the best.

9 people behind the counter working and waited 8 minutes to be greeted or helped just to find out they have no impossible breakfast sandwiches while their board says they do. Not even an apology for the wait. Pathetic Starbucks.

Order delivery. Order was damaged and missing products I paid for. Called to report problem and Uber didn’t answer multiple times. Called store to report problem and wasn’t helped, spoke with an incompetent employee. Worst service every from start to finish. Wasn’t offered a new drink, a refund or even an effortless apology.

The drive through and customer service is slow and horrible. Waited 4 minutes in the drive through and order still wasnt taken.and only one car ahead waiting ar the drive up window. For them not to be busy at 605 am, very disappointed. Service has gotten horrible at this location.

Im disappointed in the paper straw issue. Enough so that Im not using this Starbucks right now until they go back to plastic straws. The paper ones MELT IN THE DRINK... gross.

Nice folks working and delicious coffee

Tired ordering a plain iced latte got charged for a 7 dollar drink minus a few toppings. Asked why I was charged for the drink that way & i was told what i ordered didnt exsist.

I was visiting a neighboring business and when I went to leave I couldnt because I was blocked in by an 18 wheeler making a delivery to Starbucks. I waited for almost 40min before I could leave. Myself and several other people were in their cars waiting for a while on a busy Sunday afternoon. I called Starbucks to ask about it and make a complaint and the manager was very rude, dismissive and smart-alecky with his remarks while he informed me that its Starbucks policy that deliveries are not allowed through the back. Last I checked thats what the back doors were made for. I will never be going to this location solely because of the jack*$$ manager I spoke to on the phone.

The last three times I’ve visited after 8 PM they have not had any regular coffee. It was “too” late to brew the last time I visited. Not sure why they claim to be a coffee shop. Other Starbucks in Amarillo have no trouble providing coffee after dinner.

The lines are always busy, but they always make the BEST Starbucks drinks in town. This location is my absolute favorite when it come to the drink making skills.

We swung by the Grand & i-40 Starbucks on the way into Amarillo and it was BUSY. The staff remained professional and courteous despite the fact there was a really rude gentleman refusing to wear his mask correctly and demanding his drink be remade as soon as he took a sip. What could have been a bad experience because of the amount of orders ahead of mine was turned into a good one because the staff on October 18th around 4pm was great! I’ll keep coming back always!

Horrible experience today 6:40pm 04/20/2021 . We missed the drive thru speaker and pull up to the window Barista who had her headset on said she could not take our order, we had to go back to the speaker box and order our drinks when there was no line whatsoever and we were the only customers outside waiting for customer service none whatsoever. Barista with headset stated she could not take our order from the window, Starbucks do t let this type of people work for you only bad representation of your business and will never come to order . We drove off . She should find another job whatever her name is .

I hate to leave a public bad review, but maybe if there are some on here, issues can be addressed. So, here goes nothin’...Been coming to this location, practically everyday, for years. The last few months, this place has tanked. Wait times are extreme and there is no consistency in drinks. Just this morning, I placed a mobile order at 9:18; I didn’t leave there until 9:55. That, to me, is ridiculous. I’m going to have to find a new place for coffee. And it won’t be Roasters.

Great coffee but their line is always so long. Be prepared to wait up to 25 minutes but its worth it.

Friendly employees, in and out of the drive thru quickly. Coffee made quickly.

Always have problems with this store and my app. By the time we tried to figure things out I had to pay for my drink full price that was offered to me on my app for 50% off.. and it wasnt frozen and the whip cream was melted. Hate going to this store.

Just left with order of two coffees and I ordered one coffee with cream and sugar and a caramel macchiato with 2 sugars. I got one black coffee and the caramel Macchiato was not sweet and so watered down I couldn’t taste coffee! Girl at window barley spoke and I had to say have a nice day and got no reply! I usually don’t patronize Starbucks but for sure won’t anymore! Horrible expensive coffee!

Came from Colorado stopped for some coffee and Texas is an open state as far as the mask mandate and hadnt had any trouble until we walked in and before even being greeted was asked immediately if we had masks, we did and put them on but just seemed kind of a rude approach. Otherwise okay.

Past three times my coffee has tasted bitter and old and the wait time is usually a solid 15 min in the drive plus customer service could be better but hey, its a starbucks

Im not the biggest fan of Starbucks, but it was open and we went for coffee. It was acceptable but I was bummed that they couldnt (or wouldnt?) make my white chocolate mocha a skinny. Every other coffee place I go to makes it skinny, so not sure why they couldnt. Its okay in a pinch.

If your going to order from this Starbucks you might as well go through drive thru or mobile order because they’re not going to acknowledge you at the register.

Ask if the coffee on the countertop was mine and the jack wipe behind the counter says thats why they have names on them. But there was no name on my drink because she never asked my name

Wonderful customer service from Andy. He was extremely friendly and genuine. The rest of the staff were swift with my large order. I was particularly impressed as this was a very busy morning. GREAT WORK GUYS!

Put in a mobile order for 2 venti carmel brûlée lattes. Took them 30 minutes to get them. People at front counter were rude. Got coffee and get home with it and it tastes like almost pure water. It tastes nothing like carmel brûlée at all. We typically come here 2-3 times week, starting to rethink that decision.

The lady that greeted me @ the speaker was quit rude when i let her know that i could not hear here over the rain. When i asked her to speak up she told me i am speaking up... Therefore i followed up @ the window when i spoke to her there she said that i was not to her problem that we were under a thunderstorm. And all her other customers knew what they were getting into when they got out in this weather. When i on otherther hand am traveling through and needed a pick me up with some coffee through this bad weather. She wore her hair up in a top knot and looked old enough to have manners which she does not. I then came to a different Starbucks where i was met with understanding and appreciation. The kind of service that this Starbucks is missing.

They were out of the stuff to make my drink and instead of asking if I would like another drink they just gave me water I paid 10 freaking dollara for 2 cups of freaking water I am very unhappy!!

The worst Starbucks Ive been to. I love Starbucks, but I rather visit a Dunkin Donuts than to deal with this Starbucks ever again. I placed a mobile order and it took over 30 minutes for it to be prepared. Upon arrival I noticed that the sanitary conditions were terrible. While waiting on my order I witnessed that the bank drop was sitting on the counter for anyone to take and run off with, the employees were not wearing their masks properly, the employees were not wearing gloves when handling the food items, and they were picking up trash and not washing their hands before handling food again. These actions were unacceptable before the pandemic started so they are absolutely absurd at this point. I expect more from Starbucks.

I go here on the weekends and the staff is always great and friendly. I use the app a lot which makes things easier. The only negative about this location is that it closes at 11pm on the weekends when the one on Soncy closes at midnight. Overall a good place.

I just Don’t understand why every single time i give this Starbucks a try the line isn’t that long, but always takes 20 25 minutes? It’s absolutely ridiculous, they don’t even apologize for the wait ever.

This is my go-to Starbucks. Some of the employees, like Mandi, known me by name and all employees make me feel very welcome always. They always work very hard to get things out fast and they are seemingly organized. This is not the case with all Starbucks. This one just seems to flow very well and I have always enjoyed coming here. Drive thru or inside is fast, it’s just kinda hard to park if you go inside, and that isn’t their fault. It’s a cramped “shopping” center.I’d like to add, especially in the mornings, my coffee is consistently on point and made like I request which I always appreciate deeply.Thanks for staying positive and friendly, Starbucks Georgia!

Good, prompt service. Drinks were amazing. I wasnt sure what I wanted, so I told the barista what I liked. She recommended something that was just right.

Great Pink drinks. They put lots of fresh strawberries and plenty of coconut milk. Pumpkin Spuce latte is to die for. Rich and creamy.

Lol that the drive-thru barista, Breezy just handed me a hot coffee through the drive-thru with the lid not secured correctly, watched me spill it all over my lap and my seat... then did nothing but hand me napkins (that I had to ask for) and say have a good day. Im new to town, and I will never be visiting that Starbucks again!

We are so privileged to have so many Starbucks locations in Amarillo. So many, in fact, that you are never too far from at least one of them. Starbucks is a great place to meet friends, study and enjoy a coffee based treat. The hot sandwiches are made from fresh, high quality ingredients and will curb any hunger while you get your work done.The Starbucks location at the I-40 and Grand location is a conveniently quick, off and back on, location for those that need to keep going. Try and call ahead to have your order prepared as you drive.

The guy on the register did great considering how busy they were an how rude another customer was to him about a brownie an oatmeal. I got my five drinks pretty quick

Good service, friendly staff. My first time here, I ordered a dry cappuccino. Delicious sweet dry foamy goodness! Ill have to try some other things that they offer, it is a sled crew of barristas working at this location.

5 people standing in the back chatting. 1 person taking orders with a line. They are bringing in great value half and half and Walmart milk. Instills confidence in the product.

Very slow, people who have orders after you will be done first. Just go somewhere else.

This was THE most kindest staffed Starbucks we’ve been too, and boys and girls we’ve been to ALOT. my wife and I had a blowout on the road and while getting it fixed we stopped in here for some coffee. We got to talking to the guy on shift, didn’t get his name but he found out why we were there and unbeknownst to us, told him Manager who comped our coffee. It’s a small but powerful gesture like that can truly make a difference in someone’s day or life for that matter. @Starbucks Corporate, y’all should give everyone on shift today 12/17 around 0900 a Christmas bonus. A BIG one. Truly kind and caring. Humans loving humans. God bless.

I wanted a latte for my long trip as I was traveling through on I-40. I picked this Starbucks because it had a slightly higher rating.The store, building and restrooms were not new and polished as I was expecting, however, they were clean and the staff here were amazing. They have small crew for a small store.It turned out that the woman running the Drive Through made my latte even though I was a walk-in customer. Her swiftness, competency and kindness inspired me and this review. Just that tiny interaction made my day, and my latte was quite Superb.Bravo!Im so pleased that I got off I-40 for 1/2 mile to stop in here!Thank You.

On our way out of town we stopped at this store and should have known not to stay after seeing and hearing all the people who were standing around waiting. After 30 minutes we finally inquired as to whether or not they had our order only to discover they did not. They did however offer to put our order in the back of the line at which point we got a refund and left. I wouldnt have given it a star at all if it had been possible.

Service was quick and friendly, but for some reason whenever you order a drink with no whip they cant seem to not put whip on it. Im gonna say the last 5 times Ive been to this Starbucks Ive had whip on my beverage every time. I know its a simple thing, but asking for a specific deletion should be pretty easy.

This is my favorite location in Amarillo. MUCH better than Soncy. Love Georgia Street Starbucks! They get my family’s drinks correct the first time.

I love this Starbucks. For one I love that it is centrally located in a good neighborhood district in town. They added outdoor seating which has been quite a success! The staff that works here are all very friendly and they usually have a good selection of cups to purchase. The seating is kind of cramped but there are really no other options and it stays full 😁

I was in town for a wedding and a couple of us stopped by for a drink. The coffee was typically Starbucks which is why we stop here. The staff was great and very quick with our drinks. We sat here enjoyed our drinks and discussed old times.

Horribly slow drive thru. 22 minutes for 5 cars. Had to ask if they were being robbed, because at one point, nothing happened with 1 car for 12 minutes.

Google told me to write what others can expect when they go to this Starbucks. So, I will give it my best shot. You should expect that when your wife falls down on the floor in their establishment, that not a single one of their employees will take a moment to inquire whether she is okay or not. That is what you can expect.

Starting to not love as much. They are not as careful on their mixing and the coffee is tasting horrid for the cost. Not sure what is going on but Ive recently taken up Roasters and may permanently turn in my Starbucks if they cant get it right. Im going less and less. Ive even tried other locations, pick it up!! I love the happy customer service and that keeps my heart smiling, just cant keep doing the sledge like coffee.

Nice to finally have a corporate store in town where we can use our stars and rewards. Customer service is great, good crew working behind the counter.

Weak iced coffee, slow service, still pay premium price

Aside from my own personal love for places like Roasters, or Dunkin donuts coffee this place doesnt offer much in terms of great coffee. The primary drinks sold are Frappes which are overly sweet other than the occasional perfectly blended one. They have decent coffee, and free wifi but are overly expensive for a relatively small drink.

It never beeped and was not greeted so I pulled forward and she wanted me to go back thru the line to order! Now I work in a fast food line and customers add things alll the time! I never tell them to pull around and reorder ! ReallyThen she shut the window and wouldn’t take to me. Drove to Soncy location where I usually go but happened to be right there. Never again will I go to this location.! Very disappointed
