I went through the car wash in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I thought it was a touch less wash when I paid at the pump. When I pull in I realize it’s not touch less but I had already paid so I figured it would be fine this one time. The car wash ends up chipping my passenger side door. I go to talk to a manager and none is available. I come back the next day talk to a manager, she was very rude and condescending. I don’t want anything from these people. All I wanted was for them to check out the wash make sure everything is all good so no one else has this problem again. Very unprofessional employees at this location.

Just left this Pak-A-Sak on Soncy road, and it will be the last time I ever give them my money. I stood at the counter for 2 minutes before the clerk acknowledged me. When I asked him why he did not acknowledged me while I was only 2 feet away from him he said he was busy reading the news paper. I said are you kidding me, and he replied by saying that it was my fault because I did not approach him at the other register. I give them less than a star.

The women who work there are friendly and warm. Makes me go there every day.

Here’s an idea... if your car wash doesn’t work, don’t sell car washes at the pump.
