Well theres not much that I can actually say about themI have not done business with them, nor will I, but its not for the lack of trying!!I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month, so they can give me a bid on some windows, Ive called more than 10 times and have left a voicemail at least 5 times, asking for someone to contact me about pricing for windows, left my name and my number, and I didnt even receive a single returned phone call 😒, not sure why and it doesnt matter at this point!If they have bad or even no customer service then I can only assume what their work is like! Hope everyone else has a better interaction with this company.Amarillo office

No service or return phone call...

The install guys are amazing! Our house is old and brick. They did not have an easy time and it was HOT! This was our second install with these two guys and we love them.

Very good window, good service, in comparison to 3 other companies with the same product, they have the lowes prices.

Filled out an online request for a quote 3 weeks ago. No response. Finally called their online posted Amarillo, Texas phone number today. Followed their automated prompt, pressed 2, and nothing. Called back immediately followed their prompt again, made a different choice (1) and some little kid answered and screamed in my ear for their mother to answer the phone. I hung up thinking their system messed up. Called for my (third) final time, followed the prompt, and a woman answered the phone and told me they close at 3 pm instead of the 5 pm they have listed online. She said her kid answered the phone the first time, she would take down my information, and someone would contact me. At this point I had to ask myself if I trusted this company to professionally install windows for me? My answer, No. Told her to forget it and hung up. I know Window World is a national chain but I would avoid the Amarillo, Texas location.

The salesman, and the installers were very professional, did a great job, and left everything very clean.

Very prompt and cleaned up everything. Attention to detail and fit. Everything looked really good when they finished!

Ordered front windows across the house.. they come 6-8 weeks later came in one was the wrong size but they did go ahead and put in 2 but left a mess. My husband called and let them know about the mess.waited another 6-8 weeks for our big window to come in and they broke it as they tried to put it in so they say they will need to order another one my husband called them to ask them to send someone out to seal the hole in the window until the other one comes in as they left it like that. but no one ever showed up or called. Then it comes in after waiting weeks again. they get it done this time and after having to take the window treatments up and down over and over they did hang our blinds back up at my husbands request. thank youMy husband then called their office to tell them they can run the check now but would like to talk to someone concerning all our issues as there has been really no apology or even a discount offered other then the discount/coupon given to get the job.No one ever calls concerning our concerns.Then we get a call that the city requires more smoke alarms for the inspection but they do not have money in the job so will we do it...mmmmm.............. we have had excellent customer care from others and we believe in customer care,,, BUT this business did not treat us with GOOD CUSTOMER CARE.... for those of you that have had good customer care from them I am glad...but sad to say that was not our experience...we do not usually leave bad reviews but after ample time and the calling about inspection issues and my husband informing we never received a call it still really did not matter. wish them the best in the future but we will not use them to finish out our windows :(

Better than Woodbridge windows and siding!

I had Windows put in thru Windows USA for twice the price. They did good work no issues at all. During a remodel I got abid thru this outfit, half the price. Yes! But they left a mess. But thats ok. IHave a mess anyway. They caulked around half the Windows an I did the rest. The real kicker was the 50$ lead test. The house was full of new sheet rock an existing paneling. No paint. I asked where they got the sample an for the results. Under protest they dropped the 50$ charge. This was in 2011. Window quality is good, no problems. Two Windows the window stops are upside down. You know, the little things that only let the window open a few inches? Over all, I will use them again. They should work on pride an craftsmanship.
