Very helpful and knowledgeable. They have great prices on paint and anything you need for your project.

Customer service is amazing...evertime I go in they do everything to make sure everything is perfect before I leave and I highly appreciate thier work...awesome to see ther service I give to my own customers...highly appreciate everything they do.

I am very disappointed in my experience here! We had an issue with the a paint color and was pretty much told buy some more since they are not able to return anything. Which I wasn’t asking for a return but some sort of solution. None given.I have painted several houses with Sherwin Williams and unfortunately will never buy here again.

Never ever have anything in stock at the I40 location and customer service is horrendous. I will never spend another dollar in that store. Its happened on way more than one occasion. The staff find it humourous to make you wait for over a half hour to tell you they dont have what you need. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke of a paint store.

I always go to Sherwin Williams to buy my paint supplies. They are always very knowledgeable and happy to help those of us that are rookie painters. Alec was especially helpful with my purchase and gave me great painting tips!!

I received help to find color swatches I found in the SW app, came back two days later to get the paint I needed. My husband wanted advice on a primer and called the store today—everyone is helpful and courteous.
