Had a poor experience with one of the workers. She would not help us until we had the cosmo prof number. Even though we had the phone number. We came back a second time and was helped by Kelly! Kelly was so helpful, gave great tips, and didn’t make us feel belittled. She definitely made our experience better. Thank you Kelly. You are amazing.

I called to get a copy of my reciept emailed to me because I couldnt find it. Over the phone the lady sounded like an antisocial 14 year old who didnt want to be helping me, like it was a burden. They said they would email me a copy of my reciept and I never got it. The employees at Salon Centric are much more cheerful and happy to help. The only reason I will ever go to CosmoProf is if Salon Centric doesnt have what I need.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and while in the store a worker started up a conversation with me. During this conversation she asks me my preference on product and I tell her. She gets upset with my preference and says “no no no… you need to stop what your doing and get something professional.” THE WORKER TREATED ME LIKE I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL COSMETOLOGIST EVEN THOUGH I AM SHOPPING AT COSMETOLOGIST STORE AND HAVE A REWARDS CARD/MEMBERSHIP THERE!

I usually go to salt lake locations and have been to quite a few other locations I also have been an ACTIVE hairstylists for 16 years. Ive always been able to use my ph number and been verified to make purchases. When I called they told me I had to give my cosmoprof card number and gave me a number to call to get it. When I told the girl Id never had to do that before and this was a first she said thats not true. How are you going to tell me about my experience the last 16 years of making purchases through your company. Lost my business based off you could have made the phone call for me. Poor customer service at this location.

Prepare to be treated like a third class citizen if you do not look licensed or have your Cosmo card number memorized... Lost my business!!! Salon Centric around the corner knows how to treat customers!!

The prices were wrong it took a half hour to get my credit back because the system was down this is the second time that I have the same issue, first time I didnt when back because I felt like it was not worthy to go back I will spend more on gas than getting my money back.
