I got to tell Rachel exactly what I wanted and she made it happen! The price was great and I got the perfect dress! Before I came here I was thinking about getting a different dress and having it altered which would end up costing a ton. At Rachel Elizabeth I got to come in for multiple fittings as it was being made to make sure it fit perfectly and was exactly how I wanted! Having the dress tailored to you in the first place is WAY better than getting alterations. I would recommend this place to any bride looking for the perfect dress and the perfect price!

Great to work with! They made the perfect dress for me. One thing I wanted for my wedding dress was pockets and they made that happen for me. If you get lucky you might even get to meet the cute dog that helps out at the shop sometimes!

I was feeling defeated when I walked into their store, all the other stores had pretty dresses but none of them were right. The first dress I tried on here was my dream dress. They let me add long sleeves, change the neck line, and make changes to it over the course of a few months. They made it so easy.

I just picked up my dress and let me tell you, everyone here is fantastic to work with. My wedding dress turned out beautiful and they were so patient and professional with me along the way! Only one suggestion for improvement: they have dogs in the back room and there is dog hair on the bottom of my dress, luckily I love dogs so this doesn’t bother me much, but it might bother some people! 10/10, come here to get your dream dress!!

I heard about a new Bridal store near Cold Stone in American Fork and was interested to see what they had. I had been to a lot of bridal stores and they were disappointing, because most of them carried the same dresses. I was worried that Rachel Elizabeth Bridal would be the same experience and I was completely wrong. The gowns were so classic and timeless it wasnt like other gown stores that were hipster and youd regret wearing it 6 months after your wedding. I loved going through her collection of gowns! I really loved that she makes the gown specifically to my body shape so I dont order from over seas and hope I get a good seamstress to fit it for me. She was brilliant and making me feel comfortable and so excited about my big day! I loved a gown from her collection and she is building it to my body shape and adding on sleeves! (If you want to add something to your dress she doesnt charge you!!) I loved that I didnt have to break my bank on my dream gown. Everyone was so cute and inviting they all seem to love what they do! I had my first fitting already and adored what she did! I cant wait for when I get to pick it up ❤️❤️

Rachel Elizabeth Bridal is not just another Utah Bridal shop. It is very unique store and offers a bride the chance to have a gown designed and made just for them. This gives a bride the opportunity to have a dress nothing like anyone else has worn. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the staff are really nice, giving very personal service to every bride. They also have dresses hanging in the shop from their own collections that you can try on and if you like one, have it made in your size. No need for alterations. You could even take one of their dresses and customize it to your specifications and chose your own fabrics from books they have. Every bride should take a look.

Rachel Elizabeth Designs is fabulous!I had my wedding dress custom made with Rachel and from start to finish every piece of material from chiffon to organza, from tull to lace, and pewter jewel belt, I hand picked for my Whimsical dress. Rachel was always so sweet and patient while I contemplated my choices and she even waited longer to finish the dress when I told her I wished to work on my physique. No one else would do that. Rachel Elizabeth Designs was amazing for me! She is so talented and made my dress from scratch! She was so patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted for my dress. From start to finish my experience was so great. I loved being able to get everything from my garter to my veil to coordinate with my dress since everything can be done custom. I felt like a queen from head to toe! A great addition to the bridal market in Utah!

Horrible!! They gave me a dress to take photos with to promote my photography and their business and they’re trying to charge me an extra fee even though I have written evidence of it “already being dirty”. Not good people to work with at all!!
