This Walmart has almost no cashiers. The whole check out area is filled with self checkout stations and the areas are fairly big so you can get all your stuff but there are hardly any cashiers to check out with in the entire store.

No Truck parking, shop and leave. They have parking enforcement.Has lamb meat.Very popular and requires a lot of stocking.

Not sure why, but this store has been rearranged many times and I am still learning the new layout - its annoying when you just want to quickly get in and out. They built a wall partway through the store (not sure whats on the other side?) and now all the merchandise is squished into 2/3 of the space that it used to be in. The aisles are now narrower, crowded, and hard to navigate when its busy. Its fine overall. I go here for a lot of my things, its just not as open as it used to be.Grocery pickup is hit and miss in a big way. Sometimes its great and takes less than 10 minutes. Other times it takes almost an hour. Sometimes they cant even find the order I am there to pick up (that I was told was ready). That is pretty frustrating.I do like the new self checkout stands. Those are super nice.

Wonderful selection and stocked shelves. Amazing large amount of self checkout which is convenient. Clean adam friendly store. The app is so helpful too.

Well organized store, easy to find everything you need. Employees arent too willing to assist. The store is kept very clean. The new improvements they have made to the store make it even easier to find what you need and check out quickly. The prices range from a stealer deal to ridiculously expensive, all based on what it is you purchase. Produce is kept fresh, and the bakery actually has good food. All in all, this is a pretty good Walmart.

Im noticing that items on my list are few and far between from baby lotion to cat food. I know thats the supply issue everyone is having but that on top of little space and room to move around with a cart, I find the Walmart in PG is more enjoyable to shop in

So, management team, one of your associates remembered seeing us again, mentioned it and asked about us and how we are doing and even remembered about our previous conversation. His name is Christian. A young guy. Give that kid a raise. It was so refreshing to having a personal interaction with a Walmart employee. I cannot say that happens every day, in fact almost never. That is why I am posting it.

The store associate, Jonathan, was so helpful! We purchased several glass vases and he helped get them down from the top shelf and even boxed them up for safe transport. He did all of this and was so friendly as well!

This stores shelves are fairly-well stocked. Better than other local Walmarts.

Amazing associates in automotive!!! My car was done in 15 minutes for an oil change! I was originally going to Jiffy Lube across the parking lot and was going to wait for over an hour and pay double. As soon as I got to Walmart Auto i pulled right up and was greeted by associate.

I honestly wish I could give this store a 0 rating. I’ve done online pick up for groceries for the past couple of years and it seems to get progressively worse each time at this store. Yesterday I went to pick up my groceries between 5-6 and was told at 5:02 that my order was delayed. When I called to see if there was an estimated time, they didn’t even give an accurate time frame. I ended up leaving the store at 7:07. While waiting however, I went in to get a few things I forgot to add to my order and saw some things that they said they were”out of stock” on, like eggs. What grocery store doesn’t have eggs? Even if they were out of the kind that I selected, they still could have substituted - but didn’t. I learned that their system was down company wide, but would have rather been told my order was cancelled than to wait 2 hours, when I could’ve just got the items myself. The pickup order is a nice perk and saves a lot of time, but it seems like I spend just as much time waiting for groceries in pick up. I’ve called and complained numerous times from associates being rude, slamming my trunk shut as hard as they can and for the wait time being far too long, and don’t ever hear anything back. Avoid this store if you can.

Getting more depressing every time I go. Less variety and fewer options for many things we used to get here all the time. Dont even bother looking for things as simple but necessary as pencil lead for mechanical pencils, for example. And the locations of departments are reshuffled so frequently its getting frustrating.

Deli is closed about half the time, even before the posted closing time. Half of their hot food they refuse to sell, but they keep putting on display regardless of their claims that its no good.The rest of their customer service is okay, I guess. Not much to brag about, unless you go there at the right time on the right day. I work in the area for the past 7 years, so Walmart has served as a crucial stop for me to buy my lunch before my shift and quite a few grocery stops after work if the grocery store near my house is out of something, so I feel Im the right one to leave my impressions of this store for a review.

Must be a very busy location. Found mostly what I wanted but was looking for some apparel and alot in my size was picked through.

I have had Walmart delivery service for a few years now. My deliveries used to come from the South Jordan location and they did a very good job. . For some reason they switched me to this location and it is absolutely the worst. Most incompetent and mismanaged store there is. They tell me that things I order are out of stock. I drive to the store and everything I wanted is in stock. The employees are lazy and don’t want to do their job.

Average Walmart visit to get some groceries and such. The store was clean and we were in and out relatively quickly. The staff was limited but fairly friendly from what I could tell.

Major fail. Ordered some ant baits online. Waited until my time to pick up and order was delayed. Went in the store, got the baits then later online order was canceled saying they were out of stock. There was an entire case of them on the shelf. They had been moved a bit but anyone working there should have been able to find them if I could.

I always shop here, but I dont understand the remodel. If you go down the auto tunnel you can look through a set of doors and see a huge area that used to be garden and toys, and it is empty. Things that I used to be able to find in the store are missing, or say online in stock, but I have no idea where. Sometimes associates have no idea either.The associate I asked didnt know what they were putting up a wall, but then the pharmacy told me that it was being relocated to the new wall. I finally remembered to take my medication and empty bottles in to dispose of it, and they wouldnt take them. The new pharmacy lines are more confusing. Almost all the checkouts are self checkout, which bothers me because I know some people cant use them. I am ok with them and like their system, but seems like they dont realize it doesnt work for some people. Their pickup system is confusing at first but I love it now that I get it. You have to get a slot before like 11am to get same day pickup. Employees are usually friendly and helpful.

Its a good store, the customers on the other hand can be quit difficult at times. A lot of them are great but some just have an obsession with being rude. For example, a bunch of customers thought it would be a good idea to just all gather in one aisle and talk, they werent even moving, just standing around clogging it up, making it difficult for customers to walk through, and making it hard for employees to do their job stocking the shelves. Even worse, they let their kids run around making a bunch of noise. When an employee suggested that they should go somewhere else, they got mad. People these days have no common sense, they think they own the placeIts still a great store. I shop here all the time. The employees don’t get the credit they deserve

They have these really good, cheap and not very unhealthy drinks called clear American. Ive only seen them at Walmart. I get a ton everytime I go

I had a pick up at 4-5 My husband waited for 3 hours we checked in on the app and called multiple times I was hung up on twice and had extremely long wait time on the phones. This is ridiculous!! The staff was rude and gave me attitude on the phone. I don’t like to Karen out but this is the worst experience ever!

The isles need more clarification, other than that the ease of shopping is really good.

Sometimes you just need to do a Walmart run so that you can get everything you need in one stop. It is certainly not my preferred shopping location, though. The new layout is awkward. Curbside pickup is pretty convenient, and I heard they renovated to help with that, so maybe that’s the trade off.The clothing aisles- in the kids sections, specifically- are too tight to navigate a cart. Items are usually in the right spot, though, and in stock.What bothers me the most is actually the other customers you encounter at this location. People open mouth coughing into the air right next to you during a pandemic, for example. The other day I saw a guy open a bag of bread, squeeze a slice with his bare hand, then close the bag and put it back on the shelf. Shoppers seem especially oblivious to other people around them and are unwilling to share the aisle, so avoid visiting when it’s busy. That’s not necessarily the fault of the store, but it is what seems prevalent at this location.I haven’t had great luck with produce here in the past, but it seems to have improved recently. I’ll only buy it here in a pinch.I like the new self checkouts. It seems to be faster with so many terminals than it was with a regular checkout setup.

This Walmart isnt bad. Its going through a renovation at the current moment so it will be interesting to see what its like when its done. Store is decently clean but often find that clothes for men and women of any size are slim to non-existent and also when it comes to food, its often I find that things like coffee and other basics have very low stock or are out of stock often.Plus side is they make you work for free with their all self-checkout concept now.

This Walmart itself is fine, but in a couple years I’ve never really had a good experience with the grocery pickup. My home store is the Saratoga store but they run out of pickup slots really fast and this store is the backup. I usually spend a pretty extended amount of time waiting, versus Saratoga where I’m in and out of pickup (I’m assuming that’s how it’s supposed to be, and that’s why they have you check in when you are on your way). I definitely avoid using this location when I can but it’s fine in a pinch.

Is a super convenient store. Its just that sometimes you never know what theyre gonna have produce wise so its almost more worth it to make it out to Smiths for more consistent produce.

Very rude customer service employees mainly just the manager but when the manager tells me I cant return any items without a receipt and then returns the very next persons items in line that was behind me with no receipt is just rude. Completely unprofessional, utterly Disrespectful, and last but not least, a horrible example and not a friendly person at all. She should not work at a place where people person skills are necessary, ESPECIALLY as a manager. Im sure WalMart doesnt want that kind of attitude and the way she treated me and probably slot of other people as well to be passed down and have other employees learn from that kind of behavior. I felt profiled and after leaving customer service I was being watched, I honestly felt VERY uncomfortable and irritated to where I didnt even feel like being there any longer after to finish shopping. On my way out after paying I was stopped by the greeter to check my receipt and asked if there was any other manager I could speak to and was shut down immediately. If I could give 0 or negative ⭐s I 100% would.

Overall, my shopping experience went smoothly and was good. But it would have been a lot better if the welcoming associate hadn’t tried to make me feel shame about my choice/decision in getting/not getting the COVID vaccine. It wasn’t the most professional thing to do in my opinion and I would appreciate it if they would keep their opinion on the matter to themselves. Otherwise, like I said, it was an overall good and smooth experience.

I didnt know where to look for what I was looking for, the employees where really friendly and guided me the right direction.

My Walmart location recently switched all of their checkout lines to self-checkout areas. That would be really great because there was no line to check out. There were plenty of available locations to do it yourself. For any normal person that would be great however, I have a compromised immune system and they the employee that overlooks and helps people with their checkout was obviously not told to wipe down the screens that everyone touches. My experience would have been great if that had been done.

Have come here for years and they are out of a lot of stuff I like and I would rate it as “eh”

I’ve done Walmart pickup for 5 years now at different locations in Georgia and Utah. This is by far the worst-stocked store I’ve encountered. I’ve never had to wait so long at pickup at any other store either. I don’t know if it’s mismanagement, underemployment, or just overpopulation in the area, but I would avoid pickup here if at all possible.

Always clean, stocked and they have the full size massive self checkout as well as short self checkouts

$12 hour starting pay for cashiers after you advertise raising everyone’s pay, Especially now that you have most customers doing the work for you through self check out. Shame on Walmart once again. Way to save yourself a buck and not even offer the lowest prices.

I like Wal-Mart generally. Kind of one stop shopping. I wish the owners of Wal-Mart wouldnt use profits from their operation to fund things like a massive art gallery in Little Rock, Arkansas buying up overpriced, pretentious art from snobs around the globe to install there. Just my two cents...

When they remodeled the inside they made 80 % of there isles smaller where you walk through. Can get 2 carts in most of the isles but not comfortably. I get it that they want to be more competitive and have more stuff, but I dont like how they did it.

Literally the worst walmart I have been to in years. They will have entire sections of things out of stock, nothing is listed correctly in the store, and I am constantly having to scan for price checks because they almost always have something in the wrong spot and to end up paying way more for an item. Use to be a great store, now its a sinking ship.

Staff here is always helpful and so nice! they are always willing to help. I try my best to do my part to pick things that that may have fallen on the ground or needs to be hunged back up. if we do our share of help even tho we dont work there, the store can be easily handled.

I dont normally post reviews, but I had to this time. This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. Its very unorganized with clutter everywhere, and yet the shelves were empty. They cant use COVID19 as an excuse anymore. The store layout doesnt make sense, the isles are super condensed/tight, and you cant find what you need. I dont mind all the self check-out registers even though they arent great either. This store is ghetto!

Its a pretty clean Walmart. One gawdam kid was on an endless Marco Polo loop with his mom 6 feet away. After laughing and encouraging him, they couldnt shut their spawn up, and the nightmare dragged on for close to 15 minutes.

Trying to make a school supply purchase, which can only be done at a register and none were open. The gaggle of self checkout teens had no idea and wanted me to just pay without my school tax exemption because they couldn’t find a manager. The store is in disarray while being renovated and it is ridiculous to have absolutely no regular check out available. At the very least make all the self checkouts capable of the same thing regular ones are since it takes five teens to stand around not knowing how they work to get one person to open a register.

Walmart is fine always good prices noticed they went to all self scan a lot of cashiers must of lost there jobs they probably only made a very small wage anyway hope they found a home working somewhere else

They have remodeled againg and the you cant fit 2 carts to get past anyone and there is no direction to find anything and its all self check out thats so big you cant tell if some are open or not

If you know me, you know I never leave bad reviews.However, at this time I’m a bit worried about public health/safety due to the management of the food products at this Walmart location.I’ve on 3 recent occasions (past 3 months-ish) found that the meat I had just or was about to purchase had gone bad (and I mean really bad) though the expiration date looked fine. When I brought it to an employee, they seemed unconcerned about checking the other packages (however, perhaps they did and I wasn’t there for it).I feel like I always need to dig through the milk cartons to find one that isn’t split open.The containers of small tomatoes are often full of mold or are old and shriveled.On one occasion I overheard employees talking with disgust over a shipment container they found full of mold.Anyway, I’ve had nothing but good encounters with the employees who are always helpful and kind.I’d definitely be giving 5 stars for service for all the people who work in the aisles, the greeters, and this super sweet guy who fetches the carts in the parking lot- if it weren’t for these product experiences. I’m hoping most of this can be chalked up to human error and not negligence.But for now, I feel more comfortable driving a little further to shop at a new location, as I’m worried my family will get sick from a mishandled food product.

Hottest store Ive ever been into.... like no AC. Only above the new self checkout, it made for a very uncomfortable shopping trip that I cut short because of it. The new construction in the store and layout does not make any sense. Ill go back maybe when the store is done. But the layout is horrible right now.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT — Walmart at American Fork, please don’t advertise that you close at 11:00 when you actually close before 10:50. We were traveling and got there at 10:50 and were not allowed to go in because they were “closed”, according to the employee at the door. I asked at what time they closed, and she said 10:55. I explained that it was 10:52 and that we literally just needed two items and would be at check out in two minutes. She yelled, “we’re closed!” Another couple coming behind us were told the same thing, and they explained that they called and were told 11:00. That employee explained that they close “a couple of minutes” early hoping that everyone is out by 11:00. If you stop letting people in at 10:45, please update your website and phone message.

Aside from the current remodel making it a tad difficult, this location is my go-to. The staff are usually great and very helpful, there are always self-check out options available and when a line is open, the cashier will stand at the end of the row to let you know. I can usually get everything I need here with little hastle.

Associates are rude, will walk over you with their carts and are more interested in having conversations with other associates. There are always carts in the aisles and spills on the floor everywhere. Not a clean store

Not as well stocked or nice as AF or Provo/Orem. Merchandise is subpar esp in clothing. Shop at the other locations if you want nicer in that dept. Cranky employees has always been an issue here, since day 1. Location is convenient.

Walmart is always handy when you need to grab a variety of things and always at low prices.

No checkers at busiest times, all self check, long lines. Nobody at fitting station to try on clothes. No help at the paint counter wanting to get mixed paint, waited there over 30 minutes. Skeletal crew. An hour and a half trying to get a couple of things that should have taken a 15 minute zip.

I dont care for the new setup . I cant find anything in the store amore and its now cramp. Do not go to american fork Walmart

This is one of the best, if not THE best Walmart Ive ever visited. Their entire store is clean. The most impressive section is the scented wax and candle section. It is so organized and well stocked. Keep up the great work.

I definitely spent more like 4 hours there yesterday so I love going there! Plus they have a lot of good quality things.

They carry my favorite healthy cereal! It’s called Heritage Flakes by Nature’s Path! Our online pick up people don’t always find it, it’s in the cereal isle, near the health cereals on the very bottom shelf.This cereal doesn’t get soggy, has an amazing flavor, and a high protein amount. They don’t sponsor me in any way, I just want everyone to know how amazing it is because I eat it every morning!

Very disorganized. Theres only 2 cashiers the rest is self-checkout, dont forget your Walmart vest, youll be working if you shop here. Very inconvenient for buying gift cards-it took almost 20 minutes while we stood at tye self-checkout register. They need to issue a badge we can scan for gift cards if were expected to be our own cashiers. Shop local instead.

Worst customer service of any walmart I have ever lived by. They consistently show they have stuff in stock on walmarts website when they dont. Then they never answer the phone when I try to call to see if they really have it in stock or not (I have called 5 seperate times and never once has the customer service desk picked up.

Brought in tires to have installed on rims... a young woman approached to assist...Me: bought tires online, brought them in to be installed.Her: do you have the email.Me: the email? No, I just want to have these tires put on these rims.Her: I need to see the email.Me: what does an email have to do with getting these tires installed?Her: we cant do it without the email.Me: Ill just go somewhere else, thanks.Me: Went to My Tire Guys in Lehi...Them: first name? Phone number? Well call when theyre ready.Somehow My Tire Guys managed to install my tires without the email.This is why no one goes to Walmart auto centers... they cannot provide the service real auto centers provide, they simply dont know how. Walmart had one car in front of me, all bays were empty, and because I couldnt provide them with the email they couldnt serve me; My Tire Guys was slammed, I had nowhere to park, all bays were full, yet they asked two questions and got right on it.Its not rocket science.

Toilet paper is in stock! J/K aims Walmart they do a food job of fair prices for the most part and the store is mostly clean.
