The actual product at Thrive is great. However, if youre signed up for the delivery service, beware!! I have twice been sent $2000 worth of product that I did not order and didnt get notice of until it was already shipped. It has been an absolute nightmare getting it taken care of. The first time I figured everyone makes mistakes and everyone was really helpful and kind. The second time I knew it was time to cancel my account, especially since customer service acted like it was my fault that their system glitched and sent me ridiculous amounts of product far beyond anything Ive ever purchased on purpose. They tried to first sell it to me half price and then to make me pay to return the product that I didnt order and didnt even know about until it was already shipping. This was not negligence on my part. There was no email telling me that they were getting my shipment ready and giving me a chance to make changes (like what I get when I actually order from them). There was just an email telling me to expect my product in three days. I had to spend two hours of my day getting things cancelled and tracking down the people doing the actual shipping (because Thrive told me there was nothing they could do to cancel the order even though it hadnt actually left the shipping dock yet). Luckily, Black Pearl (who Thrive ships through) was totally awesome and got the shipment cancelled for me.

We ordered several products. One of them was a number 10 can of baking powder. We kept it on a shelf in the pantry. We returned home from a trip and it had exploded. White dust coated the entire pantry. It has taken weeks to remove and clean every item. We reached out to Thrive immediately. They have not provided any response whatsoever. No apology. No acknowledgement. What a terrible disappointment.

I just love love LOVE this company and what they stand for! Originally, it’s a company that freeze dries food (fruits, veggies, meat, beans, etc) at its peak. This locks in all the nutrients and vitamins these foods normally give you when you eat them at their finest. After it’s freeze dried, they store it in air tight containers for food storage at home, or can be used instantly for easy meal preps at home for individuals and families. I mean, they even have freeze dried cut up onions so it can save you from tears when cutting onions fresh! But the newest item they released had me instantly - it was LOVE at first sip/idea/concept - it is truly GENIUS! They released RUVI - which are whole fruits and vegetables, picked at their peak nutrition with all the fibers that come with, nothing else, freeze dried to lock in all the nutrients and the wonderful flavors. One packet of Ruvi gives you 4x the daily servings of fruits and veggies you need. Super convenient because I can take a packet of Ruvi anywhere, mix it with cold water, and drink, that’s it! Comes in 4 bursting flavors that focuses on heart, brain, cleanse, and skin+immune system. I can’t say enough great things about Ruvi and since I’ve been taking it first thing in the mornings, I have more energy and wake up refreshed, even when I don’t get 7 hours of sleep. It’s truly a game changer!

Over the years, I have researched and purchased from just about ALL of the companies out there who sell freeze dried food. Once I found Thrive Life, I stopped looking and actually became a consultant so I could get the best prices and benefits. Their food is the best quality I have seen and tasted, AND its all non-GMO, and comes from reputable farms and NEVER sourced from China! Those things are important to me!I incorporate this food in my every day recipes, and I also store it for emergencies, and stock up during their sales. I love making meals in jar and having them on hand for when I need a quick dinner, and making camping/hiking meals too! We make fruit smoothies, veggie omelets, taco soup, and just about every kind of meal in between. We even color and flavor icing with powdered strawberries, blueberries and pineapple! It tastes so good, is easy to use, and its healthy! So happy I found Thrive Life!

Super healthy food.

I want to start off by saying that we are consultants with Thrive Life and we love it! But I gotta tell you...I (Heather) was SO skeptical when my husband decided that he wanted to be a part of this company. Im not typically a fan of direct sales companies...at all! I like the products these companies have, but I dont like their structure. Ive also had quite a few bad experiences from people who wanted me to join them. Because of my high level of skepticism and scrutiny, it took me a good year and a half to 2 years to get on board once my husband signed us up. From the amazing food to the executives of this company, it is all top notch. Weve now been a part of Thrive Life for over 7 years and it has been amazing. The food tastes delicious, has saved us a ton of time and money and its been great to have the income. We love to share this with others and highly recommend it to anyone.

Quality product, though pricy for small cans. I would not recommend signing up for their monthly service. I experienced a dropped order, very slow communication (it has been weeks and the problem is still not resolved), and customer support that knew less about the process than I did. Top it off with the service rep cancelling my monthly subscription though I did not request her to do so, although now I think it might be a relief.

The customer service is extremely hard to work with. I had two auto-orders ship out (two separate months) even though I asked them to cancel my orders and my auto-order “cart” was empty. Both times they said they couldn’t Cancel even though I contacted them as quickly as I possibly could have. They were not understanding at all and now I have tons of the same food... They finally deleted my card, but it was a very friatrating experience.We do however, love the things they offer. The food is great.

I ordered the storing system to add to one I already have and love. They’ve changed them! Two rows of #10 cans-who uses that many? Not enough can holder arms as such-there’s tons of extra space. One main piece came broken and they won’t replace it-it’s out of stock and will be until at least fall! Plus, you cannot contact customer service-no phones due to Covid. Emails remain unanswered. What an expensive joke!

Weve been using Thrive Life foods for 5+ years. We started buying the food, in 2013, to start our emergency food storage. Fast-forward about 6 months: our emergency was a job layoff. We werent prepared for this layoff, but having so much Thrive Life in the house, we started using it out of necessity! Thats when we fell in love. I really, really dont like to cook, so the convenience was a life-saver! I was no longer chopping vegetables or needing to remember to take the meat out of the freezer in the morning. (I havent chopped veggies, or even chicken for that matter, for years!) The part my husband loved: we were no longer throwing food out before we got to eat it AND we were saving so much money! At that time, we had 6 people in the house. We spent $100/month on Thrive and $150/month at the grocery store - yes, you read that correctly. This is how we fed our family. We will never stop using Thrive Life!!P.S. the food tastes amazing!!

Great tasting, healthy, convenient food! I love using the freeze dried meats the most because it saves me so much time in the kitchen. And I love to snack on the fruits and veggies right out of the container.

If First Class is the highest then they are above that. Great products that have changed how we eat. Better nutrition and top in flavor. World Class customer service. Our food budget has gone down because we are no longer throwing away produce we cant consume in time. Thrive Life Freeze Dried lasts so long we consume it way before it can turn bad. Our grand kids raid our pantry . they actually will snack on vegetables and fruits too. I fully recommend starting with a chef pack and learn how you cook fun delicious meals.

I really love the idea and the products! I am new to this still trying things but my son loves a lot and hes eating healthier, and that means the world to me! Shipping is a little slow and the service is a little off to say the least but Im still new so I might be updating again. Also, a lot of the products have hardly no nutritional value?! Make sure you read the nutritional value before you buy and think it is loaded with nutrition! Disappointing

I purchased Thrive life for the first and I am not impressed with the taste or texture of the freeze dried foods I received. I tried the ground beef, diced tomatoes, green chili peppers, celery, onions and red peppers.The ground beef has very little meat flavor and a some what off flavor to it. My family really did not care for it. The green chili peppers had no flavor either. In fact, when you smell a freshly opened can, it doesnt smell like chili peppers. My husband smelled it and said it smelled like lawn grass. I agreed. The diced tomatoes had poor flavor and the texture was just gross. In your mouth, it felt like you were eating a spongy texture; very unappealing. The onions were OK. The celery also had that spongy texture. I really wanted to like the Thrive Life products. I have watched many videos on this product and the reviews indicated it was a good product. Me and my family found the food to be very unappealing. We are going to donate the unopened cans I ordered to a food pantry.

I have been using Thrive Life food for almost 10 years now. I have always found their food to be the very highest quality and superior to other Freeze-dried foods. I recently had a can of strawberries arrive that was a little less appealing than what I have come to expect from Thrive. I phoned customer service and immediately talked to a person. She was super helpful and kind and sent out a new can to me. I was really impressed.

I started with enjoying the fruits and then moved into the pantry items and veggies. Tomato paste is one of my favourites I will never go back to canned version. My new favourite is the RUVI as I am noticing health benefits from the added vitamins I am getting on a daily beverage.

I have been buying and eating this food for a few years now and I absolutely love it! It has made my every day cooking so much faster and easier. We also use these ingredients to make up individual portion meals that we carry in the car, just to have on hand... no more unplanned fast food stops when we are out and about! We even eat some of the foods dry out of the can... sort of like a trail mix. Easy and tasty snacks that help me keep to my diet ... yay!

Thrive food has made my dinner time craziness manageable. I love that there are no preservatives so I know I’m eating clean, whole foods. Saves time, is good for me and tastes great, can’t get better than that!

Thrive Life makes some fantastic products! I dont cook much from scratch, but having fruits and veggies that I can snack on and not being worried theyll go bad in a few days is very nice!Also, Simple Plate makes cooking dinner a dream! Fast and very simple. To get a full meal that will feed 2-4 people in 30ish minutes is incredible.

What amazing products and Customer Support

Very disappointed!! We bought over $1800 worth of food storage 4 years ago. We have used a little here and there. We tried to use up a case of white flour. The first can tasted so awful it ruined everything I tried to make with it (even cookies). Thinking it may be a random bad can, I opened the next can and it tasted just the same. I have called and told Thrive and after taking weeks to look into it I was told be they will not replace it. They said the shelf life is 5 years and it is too close to that and that I may have stored it poorly. Not too happy. I have it stored with all my other food storage some of which is 2 decades old that tastes just fine. It is in a cool storage. I will not be buying anymore! I need a company that can actually back there food until at least the expired date!

We live in Canada but wanted to send some Thrive products to my parents in Kalispell Montana. We have done it before and had no problems. For some reason, I dont know why, policies changed so that we cant have a separate billing address and shipping address. This is weird because every online company is fine with this. We called in and they would not help us. So now if we want to give my parents thrive products we have to ship it to Canada and then to Montana. Shipping makes this purchase not viable. If this could be rectified I might change my review but really I just feel like the customer service is not there as they are not interested in trying to make me a happy customer. My mom likes several of the thrive products and I enjoy sending them to her but thrive is making it difficult for me to feed my mom.

This is the place for freeze dried food. Its amazing what can be freeze dried and still eaten without rehydration. Would be nice to have prices clearly stated; however, they constantly are changing prices, so there you have it

I have tried on numerous occasions to call them on times that they are available. I waited today for 30 minutes to get through to them, and calling back for 40 minutes, before I gave up. That wait is way too long. Your site also would not acknowledge my password which I have had for a long time. I changed it to one you suggested. My account says that that password does not work. Also your music and the repeated message for nearly an hour is horrible. For such a great company I wish you could correct this and make it easier to make orders.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ruvi - I am home sick and I HATE being home sick. Im one of those crazy people who REALLY loves her job and the people she works with but anyway, since I am home sick and dont feel like doing much other than curling up in a ball it is REALLY nice that I have a few Ruvi packets around so that I know I am getting my F+V even though I feel awful. I know my body really loves it too. Hopefully Ill be better soon and back at it with Ruvi to help nurse me back to health!!

Love it.. I use it in my everyday cooking. the tomato paste makes great pizza sauce, it even looks like sauce right out of the can. My grandbabies love the yogurt bites.I use the corn for taco soup. Saves trip s to the store.If we dont try it now we wont like it when its an emergency.

I love the quality of Thrive Life food. After spending years on the search for good quality shelf stable food and trying out other food on the market that was just plain gross...I was delighted to discover the excellent taste and quality of the food that Thrive Life sells. It is so versatile, I find myself using it almost daily - throwing freeze dried onions into a recipe to save time from chopping fresh onions myself, or pre-measuring a recipe with freeze dried ingredients to take camping, or taking one of the new To Go meal pouches on an airplane when theres no time to stop for food, or sending freeze dried cheese to my daughter living overseas who cant access cheese there. I seriously cant live without my Thrive Life food!Additionally, I have always had positive interactions with the customer service people there. Any time I have a question or problem, they have always done their best to resolve it in a timely manner. Although I have occasionally run into website glitches, the customer service people are always quick to resolve any problem. I love this company and will be a customer for life.

Today is my last day working as a freeze dry operator so I thought I would share my experience working here if anyone thought to apply here. I had the worst experience working here when I first started we were pulled in a meeting by our supervisor who yelled at us and was swearing and very upset that someone on our shift spoke to the manager about his performance with us. I was so caught off guard, I never had a supervisor talk to us like that. He said no one was supposed to go speak to his manager and to keep it between him and us Man to man he said. So when some of us went to go speak to the manager the manager named Jason said this is something that has happened at least 5 times before and he has spoken to our supervisor before about this. He said our supervisor grew up in a tough neighborhood in long beach California and thats just the way he expresses himself. Then our manager Jason said not to speak to HR about it and that he would talk to our supervisor again. I was so surprised that if this is something that has happened before many times and youve spoken to him about it and he still continues to degrade us, then its clear that talking to him for the 6th time nothings going to change. So when he spoke to our supervisor the next week he completely shut himself off from us. He locked himself in his office and didnt speak to us for a week. He then later stated the next week that he was upset at some of us and didnt want to have to fight us. Again Im thinking where am I working were my supervisor said he didnt want to have to fight us. I went to speak to HR one day 3 different times but couldnt find the hr person Cole each time I went to look for him. So I then asked a lady right outside for Cole phone #. She gave me his extension 101and I later called and left a voicemail. Never did I get a response and that was a month ago. I then gave up hope that this company cares about its employees. Just last week 20 people were laid off. Other employees on my shift shared worst stories to me about our supervisor Roger when they worked there before I arrived. So just know this company really doesnt care about their employees.

I have found that my kids LOVE Thrive. If it doesnt pass the kid taste test, then I usually dont buy. My kids have cut the junk food and candy snacking habit by 80%! They now ask for corn, yogurt and peaches instead of cookies, crackers and chocolate. It saves me money too. Im not throwing away as much produce now that I have switched to Thrive on things like celery, onions and berries. I recommend Thrive on taste, hands down!

The Thrive life products are such a time saver for our family. My favorite are the sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, spinach, kale, sausage (tiny balls) sweet cherries, and the sauces. I also like the pease, corn, rice, refried beans, tomato powder (for paste) and many of the ready-to-make meals. I tried the new Ruvi product and really enjoyed it as well. Textures of asparagus, cauliflower, and broccoli dont do it for me at all - I much prefer fresh - but the idea of grinding them up and adding them to rice is something I will try (inpsired by the ruvi powder).

Their food is the best. Unfortunately, they have decided to become the next Amway, bringing in thousands more associates, and are now constantly out of stock on everything all the time. Too bad, because the food is the best there is. Also, be careful who you sign up under. I have found some of the highest level uplines, who will do anything to get you to sign up, are completely dishonest, steal people from others teams, and badmouth you to other reps. Both of these are regular occurrences on the team Im on, and it goes all the way to the top. Consequently, I have stopped selling, and avoid them like the plague. But if you can get the food, do so. I have food from many companies, but none of it even touches the quality of Thrive--at least when you can get it.

I love freeze dried food and Thrive Life does a great job. Not only do they have the standards, but they have also developed snackies, which are great treats to munch on during the day. I have enjoyed the beet and the carrot snackies. The veggie is pureed with fruit to make it so tasty to eat. Im also a fan of the yogurt bites and just plain fruit like mango, pineapple, and banana. Thrive does a great job of making a product that one can eat without the need to hydrate, but have a ton of options if you pretty rehydrate. I shared with a friend and she ordered the snackies too.
