On Friday March 27th 2021, my boyfriend & I bought a queen mattress and an adjustable frame. There was one man working that afternoon. He said the bed would be delivered and set up the following Monday (3/28/2021). Then he called and said he couldnt get this to us until the following Wednesday (3/30/2021). And the he called again to say it wouldnt be here till Monday, 4/5/21. Then today he said it would be pushed back to delivery on Friday April 9th. That is a full 2 weeks after purchase. Meanwhile, we received the bill; it was not a cheap set! We are frustrated and very unhappy with all of this. And throughout it all, no mention was made of any ways to help compensate this fiasco. This has been a huge mess and we are not satisfied.

This has been the best mattress store Ive been to! They have sold me two beds and both times they have been incredibly helpful and quick. Sam sold me my first bed which unfortunately had to go to my now ex - so I went in again and talked to Mike I believe, I feel bad cause I am pretty bad with names but hes the one with the deeper voice and glasses, and was able to use the rest of my credit line to purchase the same bed and have separate payments which is really nice. They were trying to do anything in their power to help me save money even when it was close to closing time they still take the dedication in helping me out in anyway possible. Completely painless process. Rick was helpful and concise. The prices were reasonable; delivery was free, and the mattress was readily available (delivery 2 days later). Box spring and mattress werent a fixed set, which was nice because a new box spring was not needed, which saved about $100.

Over the last 2 months Ive stopped in looking for a queen size split box, new bed frame, and a full size matress. Price and service were great. The biggest thing for me is theyve always had what I need in stock or could get it in a day or two.

I went in looking for a king mattress. The manager was the one who helped me actually recommended that I downgrade to a queen after listening to my story of a recently divorced, single mom. There was a $350 difference between the queen and king mattress. They actually lost money by recommending the queen. I was in and out on 20 minutes. My delivery was scheduled for the next day and the delivery guys were awesome as well. I would highly recommend them!

We bought a full sized mattress in October. The salesman, Michael, wanted to upgrade us to a queen sized for no additional charge, but we thought that our bedroom was only big enough for a full. For eight months our bed was working wonderfully! On a whim we decided to upgrade to a queen sized mattress and we remembered their 1-year comfort guarantee. When we contacted our same salesman he informed us that the price of the beds had increased. However, he did not pass the increased price onto us and we received our queen sized mattress the next day with no hassle! This is a wonderful store with great service and I recommend it to anyone!

These guys seemed like the most honest and helpful out of any of the three stores on this street. No-haggle pricing was definitely a plus for me, and I dont believe they work on commission, so they dont push you to buy something more expensive. Didnt feel pressured at all in this store. They offer free delivery unlike the other places in town. They gave me two free pillows for writing this review, but Im honest when I say it was the most comfortable buying experience out of any of the places in town for someone who wanted to buy a mattress on the cheaper end.

I bought a mattress only (not with a box spring) from Midwest, and I liked that I wasnt pressured into buying anything extra or unneeded. I was helped by Thomas, who was both knowledgeable and very sincere. He made sure to let me know that they dont work for commission, so he simply wanted me to get whatever mattress was right for me--whether the cheapest or top of the line. I visited other mattress stores with my roommate a couple weeks later, and she ended up coming to Midwest herself because of the lack of customer service everywhere else. Only downfall is they forgot to add the bed frame to our order while in the store, although they had an extra one on the truck so we just had to pay for it by check or cash and they set it all up. Sam not only offered to help me find a new mattress, but told me he would personally deliver it after closing for no charge. I found a mattress, had it delivered, and set up in about an hour. Sam went out of his way to help me, was knowledgeable about what I wanted, and was so kind. The best service I have received!
