This place is a MUST go for all outdoors needs. As new homeowners, we were searching for a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for us to enjoy with company. We found exactly what we were looking for in a one-stop shop. Patio Barn prices are extremely reasonable and everything we looked at was of the highest quality. We had a pleasant experience while shopping around. Everyone we spoke to were knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help. We will certainly be back!

My husband and I just love the Patio Barn. The Wilson family has always been welcoming, very knowledgeable and kind to us. Their prices are reasonable for the quality products they carry. We remember the original Mr. Wilson, back in the day, when their shop was filled with thousands of baskets. Thats how long weve enjoyed this store and the Wilsons. Totally over priced! One guy had no clue what he was doing. The other guy came and was helpful and friendly.

Service was good but didnt have what we were looking for. They offered to order it but it would have taken 3 to 4 weeks for us to receive it. Great selection inside for umbrellas for shade or Adirondack chairs. Just didnt have what we were looking for.

Way to go Patio Barn! About 8 or 9 years ago we bought a composite material picnic table with matching adirondac chairs from here. It was not cheap, but came with a lifetime warranty, so we decided this was a worthwhile investment. Over the past 2 years, the legs on some of the 6 chairs gave way. After communicating and documenting the problem to the owners, we got a visit from 2 employees that came and replaced ALL the legs on every chair! They were friendly and efficient, and we greatly appreciate that Patio Barn and their suppliers stand behind their products. Bravo! We will recommend to anyone that asks, and will visit again next yard purchase that we need.

Patio Barn has a wide variety of high quality outdoor furniture. I bought 3 adirondack chairs for my porch. They are such high quality and I am confident that they will last for years. The employees at the Patio Barn were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I had no idea what was I really looking for and they helped me find chairs that would fit on my very small balcony, ones that I could leave out year round (limited storage space), and chairs that would stay of high quality for years. I entered the store for 3 chairs, now I have a list of things that I want for my home. I will certainly be returning to The Patio Barn for all my outdoor furniture needs!

We returned to Patio Barn last weekend to purchase chaise loungers. A few years ago we bought a teak table and chairs from Patio Barn and have loved the set. The quality is great. The chairs are sturdy and durable. So we knew we would be back when we needed more outdoor furniture. The staff is knowledgeable and their products are made to last. It was Mothers Day - they even gave me a rose. Very thoughtful. Patio Barn should be the only outdoor furniture store you need to visit.

Weve purchased from here previously, and will be making a major purchase from here ahead of summer. Family owned, no pressure sales who are happy to either let you look around, or spend any amount of time you need to answer all of your questions. This isnt your cheap big box store furniture, this is heirloom grade furniture that with the right care will be around for many many years. Were happy to make the investment so we are not replacing our purchase in 3 years time.

These guys are great to deal with & they carry many beautiful lines of outdoor furniture that you will not find at your local box store. You will not be disappointed.

Too pricey

So Im torn. Let me preface with this, my first interaction was calling them to ask them about the breeo double flame. Taylor (i believe), one of the sons, picked up. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing to interact with. The second time I called was because they were closing at 6p, and i wouldnt show up until 550p. I just wanted to check out the two sizes in person and take a look at build quality. I was ready to drop $1000+ on one w/ all the accessories, within the 10 minutes that I was there. I was more than happy to spend money at this place because my interactions with the two sons were nothing short of friendly and genuine. So I called them and told them that I hate being that guy who shows up right before closing, and I told them that I would be totally fine w/ going to check it out another day if they were in a hurry to close up. I was told oh no, dont worry about it. Just come, we dont mind staying a few minutes longer. Its not a big deal. I asked again if they were sure, and I got the same response of just come in, its not a problem. So long story short the dad (owner), essentially walked me out the door as soon as i got there. What makes me mad is I went through the effort of even calling ahead of time to be sure that it was ok. If they wouldve just told me to come in another day Id have no issue. But dont tell me one thing, only to send me out in a passive aggressive way. Passive aggressive behavior has no place in business, and it has no place in daily life. So im torn. I really want to support a local family business (which is huge in my book), I want to support the guys who made the effort to be professional and friendly. But I dont want to support the guy couldnt be as considerate of my time as I was with his. If I was just told ahead of time to come back another day because theyd like to close up shop, I wouldve respected that and gone back another day and had a friendly interaction. Theyd make some more money, and Id have myself a firepit this weekend. Instead, everyone loses.
