I dropped my daughter’s iPad off 13 days agoI was told yesterday it was done. So today I walked in and the tech said he was working on it to give him 20 mins to finish up. I gave him a whole hour and 15 mins. I walked in the stores do he’s on the phone. My iPad was on the counter still cracked and very hot!!!!!

I found seven places that might do the job.... Two didnt answer the phone, two didnt have parts, and Cardinal Phone Repair recommended Ray at All NYS Wireless. A recommendation trumps almost all. I drove to Amityville.Appearance:The shop is a small storefront next to the local Mexican grocery (CTown). Store has exactly what I want in a repair place... Walls filled with parts. The store also sells phones and plans, so there is some marketing fluff, but key is 4 stations in the back to fix phones. Its a lower-end area, so my shirt/tie was out of place. Well dressed girls, Spanish, hoodies, and cash pulled from socks.Business:Their business seems to be a equal mix of phone repair, phone sales, and cash for phone minutes (pay as you go). The employees were smiling and truly out to help the customers. Seemed a great community business. Ray and team project TRUST. They seem honest and trustworthy.I called ahead, they were professional and helpful. I showed, and they took the phone and got started. I hung out and watched people while they worked. After 30-45 mins, they handed me the tested phone. Its been working for 24 hours.Overall:Great Service. Trustworthy (which is HUGE). Great price for this service (walk-in cell phone repair). I am bringing my wifes NoteTab and my laptop back for service.
