It was close to where I live, next to Amityville, but I was unable to get a good answer about wanting to clear some of my apps. I asked if he could erase something for me, and I felt he wasnt giving his attention.I am not internet literate and I needed him to help me w a little technology question, that I did not understand.

GREAT PLACE TO BYE A PHONE

Services were not rendered and phone was returned. I was told since August that a refund would be issued. It was not. I gave them multiple opportunities to do so, and they dragged the situation until new ownership came into play and they claimed a lack of responsibility for the refund. When I refused to leave the store after this answer, and simply quietly say waiting for a resolution, the police were called staying I caused an uproar. I told the officer to look on the video himself and he even tried to speak with the new owner regarding the circumstances. However, since it is civil, there was nothing more that could be done on his end. Corporate refused to refund the full amount and will only refund a portion and told me to simply go back to the store. I refuse to under the circumstances. This is unprofessional and disgusting and I demand a resolution immediately.STAY AWAY.They do not accept responsibility for their mistakes, are essentially no better than thieves, and treat their customers poorly.

Whenever you have two hours to spare, go to that store. They usually take forever. Horrible people skills. While ypu are being attended, the personal will be on their own phone!

Terrible terrible. The associate james was terrible. Very condescending. They just try to push a phone on you and hardly try to help with any problems you have with your existing phone. Mark my words stay away from this freaking place. GO TO ANY OTHER METRO PCS JUST NOT THIS ONE!!!
