The owners and workers there are very personable in a respectable way. I always feel like I’m welcome walking in. I can always count on a smiling face, items in stock, answers to my questions, and solid background music while I’m shopping. I have tried shopping other places in the past and absolutely nothing compares. I’ve been going there for the last 6 years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I am greeted by name and have seen them greet other people by name. Can’t say enough positive about them honestly

1 star and I will explain... “American Pride tobacco” was told it taste like a Marlboro when in fact it taste like the cheapest pipe tobacco you can find. So they choose to sell this based on a review of a few people with no other options for tobacco flavors. So based on these reviews they decided they only need one option so apparently they will be the only ones buying it unless you enjoy cheap pipe tobacco. If not and you want an actual tobacco flavor that will not turn your stomach and leave you with a massive headache go elsewhere.

Literally the only vape shop I’ll go to, best prices, variety and customer service is great. Store is clean, professional and modern.

Walked in to purchase a new 510 thread battery and was surprised to see they carry a killer selection of water pipes and accessories. The employee that helped me assured me they only sell quality glass most of what I saw was just that. Ol dude was knowledgeable and friendly and all about making that sale which worked out perfect cuz yuh boy was ready to buy. So I went in for a battery but instead walked out with this little hitter. Definitely worth checking this place out HIGHLY recommended.

Best place in town for all vape and best selection of juice

Been in 2 times. The first time it was great, the girl who helped me was nice and knowledgeable and I loved the juice she found for me. The second time, I was ignored for 10 minutes before being helped and and guy who helped me wouldnt even make eye contact. I told my friends and they said they have had the same experience there.

Best place to get your glass

These guys are the absolute best! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been going to the for several months now and have had a great experience there every time. Recently I bought a new battery from them and have been enjoying it. As of writing this review, yesterday I broke my battery. Today I brought it in to have it looked at on my lunch. They told me it would be done in a half an hour to an hour, and I unfortunately would be at work until they close. So I gave them my info and left for work. later that evening they brought my fixed battery to me AT MY WORK. That my friends... is customer service. I can assure you there is not a better vape store in Idaho Falls. Thanks again guys, you rock!

So far Ive only been to 3 shops. I have had great help and advice. They have some of the Hemp Bombs CBD I love the Pain Freeze cream. They also have a variety of other CBD and lots of e-Juice in 0 nic on up, with nic salts too.

I loved being able to try out the flavors first before buying. The staff is fantastic and assisted me whenever I needed the help. I highly recommend their flavors and will only use them from now on.

Good prices on juice and they have a lot of closeout sales. They have a lot of the newer mods, (the ones that actually work well) and some of the mechanical ones. Good prices on the mods as opposed to the other stores in the area

This place has decent prices for everything that they have, my only issue is that you cant call and obtain a price on something that you are wanting to get a good price on.

Idaho Vape has been the best vaporizer store that I have been to in Idaho Falls. I highly recommend them. I only wish that there wouldve been more reviews about their store before I wasted my time and money by going to The Vaper Door. These guys definitely know their products, I’m still learning a lot about how vaporizers work and they have been willing to take the time to explain how they work. Im very happy that Ive found this store. All of their employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them, if you are looking at vaping as an alternative to smoking; their store is definitely the place to start.

Easily the best atmosphere in town, by far. Love the option to taste what juices I want before I buy, and theres a killer selection of mods and RDAs to your basic beginner kits. Theyre also willing to help you out with anything you need vaping related! Awesome place, keep up the good work!EDIT: I was at Idaho Vape today, picking up juice and coils and had by far the worst experience Ive ever had at this store since I posted this review. The dude with the nasty goatee that smelled of hot garbage told me that, after I had asked for a 135 of house juice, they no longer carry coils or house juice at all and that Id be better off taking my business to some other place. So after thinking long and hard Ill be going elsewhere, because the last 5 months have gone down hill at this store here. Ive never been treated so badly at any establishment in my life. I highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs. Honestly, Outlaw Vapor is better than Idaho Vape anymore. At least theyre not playing on their phones or hiding in the back.

I went in there today and bought a freemax pro starter kit tank which cost about $40 with tax took it home and primex my coil and it kept saying check atomizer so I called the store they told me to bring it in to look at it. The guy use the screwdriver to pry the lead down to the connection to fix it and told me that it was not a bad coil. So after driving way back down there which one is on the complete other side town to me. And having him try pry it with a screwdriver. I asked him if he could throw in 1 replacement coil for the trouble because of the bad coil and he said it wasnt a bad coil it wasnt tightened up enough but he used a screwdriver to pry it so that it would work in my opinion that is a bad coil they could have offered me a discount or something all I asked for was one replacement coil and he said no I dont really think thats very professional I would recommend going somewhere else

Their in house juice is better than any high end juice Ive ever had, I drive 2 and a half hours just to get some :)

For the most part great helpful staff, one of the older guys that works their is rude, un-helpful, and thinks hes special. I will never shop there for myself..even after spending hundreds for daughter, we got the wrong stuff and he was rude, and wanted to leave and go home..if hes the manager, get a new one. Awesome Vape shop. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Vaping stuff and I was not. They were able to help me find the juice that I needed, because I had left mine back in Utah and was visiting in Idaho. The staff knew exactly which juice for me to use even though they didn’t carry the same brand I was used to vaping. They actually turned me to a new vape flavor. Thanks Idaho Vape!!!

Wouldnt give me coil prices over the phone. (All he could tell me is they are $10 and under.) Thats not only weird but frusterating. Guess they charge people by what they can get away with. I just came back from Utah and they are only charging $3 for my coil.

Im from ogden utah, I tried there juice when I was up there definitely some amazing juice, some of the best Ive had, so instead of going to a local shop I just ordered a big bottle from them, and as if it wasnt cheap enough there was a half off code!

Wow, stay away! I had the same experience as similar customers - my vape leaked and they would not refund. Im guessing most of these positive reviews are fake!

Not the chattiest, but they had the coils Ive been looking everywhere for and a good selection of juices.

I went in knowing little about vapes. Aside from buying a few cheaper ones from gas stations and smoke shops over the years. I walked in and said I was looking for something to quit smoking. I explained I had tried a few times in the past and had no success.To my surprise I was show the mods which are box like devices about the size of a small Motorola that have vaporizers on top. A lot different than what I was expecting. Long fat or short skinny tubes as I had tried before. She was blunt. Saying if I was a heavy smoker those devices would not help me quit. I was skeptical about these much higher priced devices. But decided to give it a try.I tested a few flavors on a similar device to the ones she was recommending and was surprised at the difference to what I had experienced before. This felt like smoking. I actually felt it. What they call the throat hit. That effect you feel taking a drag of a smoke.I decided to go with a model that was $115 dollars. The most expensive one she recommended. With a $60 device being about the cheapest. On top of that I got extra liquid and an extra tank and batteries. Batteries should really have been included for the price IMO.It has been 3 days without smoking at all today. Of 5 days I have had the device. The first day I still smoked 3 cigs, the second two. The last ones I had. The last one I smoked I tasted it... like really tasted it. I tasted smoke like burnt ashes in my mouth. A taste I remembered from when I started smoking when I was in the military. In addition I was smoking in garage as I often do and the smell lingered for the entire day after that, I noticed it something I hadnt noticed in years. Doing laundry today I smelled smoke on my cloths I hadnt washed them since I got the device. I smelled smoke just wafting off of them putting them in the washer. I sniffed the shirt I was wearing no smell, and the one I wore last week and let me tell you I dont know how I never noticed how bad it was.Anyway. The device. I got the Alien mod 220w. A baby beast came with it and I got another called sense blazer 200. The second tank I bought separate is why I give 4 stars. It was not the correct ohms for the device. I tried using it and it was horrible compared to the one that came with it. I dont blame her entirely I picked it out. But she said it would work for my device and it wasnt right for my device.She did set my device up for me and explain how it worked, and spent about 5 minutes telling me how to work it. I tested it before I left and it was great. It is still great and I will buy more tanks like the one that came with the mod, but likely will want to try others before I leave the store. For some models they let you try them on your device at the store I think.As for price. Well I checked online to see how much I spent vs how much it would have cost online. I could have spent about 15% less online. However I never would have gotten try it out, or gotten it setup and working out the door like I did at the shop. Plus it would have taken a few days to arrive.Now that I have the device however the cost of the accessories and fluids to keep it running are pretty much the same price and cheap, and the ability to test before you buy various liquids and some of the vaporizers is worth going to the store. However I will be searching for discounts in the future if they offer any just to be sure I get the best deal.After calculating the cost I estimate it will cost me far less to vape then smoke. Even if I decide to buy more expensive mods as backups or for variety. It works, and this whole mod thing is WAY better than the cheap ones I tried before. It is like comparing a cooler to a fridge. Or a hotdog to a steak. Or to put it in smokers terms... a butt of a smoke with like 1 puff left on it compared to a fresh new pack. You know that 5 day old butt you found in the ash tray covered in ash and light up desperate for a hit when you accidentally left your pack at home? (we have all been there).Anyway. Thanks Idaho Vape. 72+ hours no smoking.

Hot garbage! Bought a vape that leaked all over and took it back after a day of cleaning up the mess just to be told they wont refund or replace and showed it stated on the receipt!?! Would have been nice to know at purchase!!! I only went in because Vapor Outlet was closed...stay away from companies that wont back their own product! Plus their juice is trash!!! One star is one too many!

Im from Salt Lake City and we have hundred of great vape shops but nothing compares to the juice I had from Idaho vapes hands down your guys juice is prime compared to any vape shop I go to in Salt Lake City. Love the fruit loops.
